Guest Reviews
- Denise (7/5): Clean and modern loved that they have a washing machine and dryer. - Was clean Bathrooms were to small a larger person would not be able to get into the shower. Bedrooms are small very little room for bags
- Abigail (10/5): -
- Rhianedd (10/5): Highly recommend - Comfortable beds, great night sleep. Private. Handy to have a fish and chip shop at the end of the drive. All shops in walking distance. Lovely friendly people.
- Aleksandra (9/5): -
- Joy (8/5): I would probably book again if the issues were addressed. - The location was great for my needs. Entering was easy , following the instructions. There could have been a shelf by the beds with a lamp on.
The sofa, underneath the blanket was very grubby.
Cars were often parked on the drive blocking us in( although they moved when asked).

- Michelle (7/5): - Place is nice, super clean, spacious and with all the amenities you'd need. Showers good and beds comfy. Every evening when we came back there was someone from the shop next door blocking the drive, made it a bit of a pain to get in each time.
- Sam (10/5): Excellent stay - Exceptionally clean. Brilliant amenities, they have thought of everything. Very quiet location.
Comfortable beds. Great communication with the hosts, I asked a few questions, responded in a timely manner. Private parking. Nothing⦠we only stayed 1 night, it was perfect.

two ensuites were brilliant.
Ample of room to get ready
Perfect location for my wedding weekend stay at hazel.gap barn Would be nice to have a clothes stand or chair in each room.
Rather than handing worn clothes with the clean clothes in the wardrobe...but it did not spoil our experience.
- Andrew (10/5): - The place was clean and comfortable and easy to access. With reserved parking it was ideal. We only used it as a base but seemed to be well equipped. It was all good.
- Tasha (10/5): - Bluetooth mirror Driveway sometimes been blocked
- Chris (10/5): -
- Patrick (4/5): Disappointing -
- Oliver (8/5): Very good -
- Charlotte (5/5): It was fine for what we needed it for but the cleanliness let it down. I will not be rushing back. - It suited what we needed it for. Floor was not clean whatsoever. Our socks have come home black from dirt. Cups and glasses were not clean. There were three tea bags. No bin bags in the bathroom bins. Bedding had a lot of fluff and marked on it.
- Colin (10/5): Delightful stay, cannot wait to stay again - What an lovely place to stay, clean and spacious, with a lovely garden (was too cold out to enjoy it sadly). property has a lovely modern feel, yet feels very cozy from th moment you enter. Cannot rate it highly enough adn hope can stay there again Cannot fault anything
- Bailey (8/5): It suited us as visiting family a few miles away. Perhaps a bit overpriced but possibly to be expected for the local are - It was suitable for our requirements. It was quiet and apart from the ? Owners house and business. Could not hear the main road. It was warm and cozy in the majority of the villa. There was opened food, left in the fridge and freezer which were unsure about. It seemed they had been left by a previous occupant. The frying pan was somewhat greasy so didnβt use. The parking in front was ok but difficult to turn a larger car around. It is located behind the chip shop so sometimes customers park in front of the entrance gates. Bathrooms chilly compared to rest of villa. Not major things but just responding to the question.
- Israel (10/5): Exceptional -
- Louise (10/5): Really nice place to stay as a base to visit local attractions. Everything you needed was there great lil place - Cosy , modern and had everything needed for a short break Nothing
- Heywhysamba (10/5): Exceptional -
- Osmond (10/5): Exceptional -
- Allie (9/5): Clean, cosy and modern - Clean, cosy and modern. Villa had everything we needed - fully equipped kitchen, washing machine, tumble drier. Villa was comfortably heated with great showers in each on-suite. Excellent location for us and close to local shops and eateries. A car was blocking the driveway up to the villa on the first evening, but there is an allocated parking space by the main gate. It was clear for the rest of our stay.
- Shanice (8/5): our weekend away - The villa was exceptionally modern and comfortable. Great facilities especially the showers with the Bluetooth mirror! Lovely and clean and everything worked perfectly. Very cosy. The parking situation, leaving the cars right down at the front on the main road and walking up to the villa. Not a snob but the garden was very sludgy and felt uneasy leaving the vehicles unattended and not in eye sight
- Victoria (10/5): Great location for sherwood forest. - Great space for 5 people.
Fabulous location.
Two ensuite bedrooms.
- Anthonie (9/5): Superb - check in was straight forward had everything we needed The tv had limited channels was OK if you wanted to watch master chef all the time
- Jolley (10/5): Exceptional - Perfect, the place was fantastic.
We had an amazing time. Thank you
- Shazi (8/5): Very good - Really clean and modern appartment.
Owner is very nice, friendly, helpful and hospitable.
All basic kitchen crockery, utensils etc & tea and coffee provided (powdered milk or a small portion of fresh milk would be helpful just to start the guests offπ)
Lovely spacious living area with table & chairs for meals and a sofa bed.
2 bedrooms with en suit shower rooms & wc.
Patio area with seating in front of appartment to sit at and have a coffee or just enjoy the fresh air.
Enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend π₯°
LOVED the Bluetooth bathroom cabinetπππ
Had a little sing song and jig about in the shower because of that! π
πππ Some lights in the path leading up to the appartment would make it less awkward to walk with bags etc.
Bedroom and bathroom a bit small which is only notable when you start using them otherwise look perfectly fine.
This is personal preference but we found the matteresses a little soft.
Shower cubical just about fit me in and im a little on the large side!
It would be great if both bedrooms had a full length mirror, at present, only 1 bedroom has it. Also a bedside table would be great, it isn't possible by the bedside due to lack of space but, small table or cabinet somewhere in the room would be very helpful to put little bits on like phones, chargers, watch, jewellery etc.
Very nice place and the above are recommendations that would make it even more fabulous πππ
