Guest Reviews
- Anna (6/5): - Room was clean no hot breakfast staff was really nice
- Griffin (10/5): - The manager was extremely friendly, lots of parking!
- Nora (2/5): - There was no one at the front desk. You had to call on a cell. Water was brown. No garbage can. Towels that fell apart. The doors into the place were propped open with a rock. I couldn’t get into my room so called the cell at the front desk, but someone unlocked my door and left it open. I cut my toe on a rusty edge of the bed. The phone was blocked so the staff wouldn’t answer.
- Amy (2/5): Avoid, just don't. - There's barely any lighting around the property, I came from out of state and didn't arrive until 8pm. My reservation wasn't even in their system, but at least a room was still available, although now I wish I had just left. The room and bathroom are dirty (I have pictures and video). The balcony door does not lock. Someone opened my room door at 11 pm (the key card worked but thankfully, the deadbolt was locked so they couldn't open the door all the way), no idea who it was, but I yelled and they left. Barking dog downstairs, smoke detector ripped off the wall in my room but can hear other rooms beeping because the battery is dead.
- Shannon (2/5): Do not book a stay here - We were unable to check into this hotel. There was a number for management taped to the desk, but all calls went directly to voicemail. The restrooms near the lobby were disgusting and half out of order. Half of the hotel room doors were propped open, some had phone numbers taped to the door. Even if we had been able to check in, we would have felt unsafe staying the night.
- Scott (6/5): - The staff was nice but the room card machine was not working so we could not get in our room.
- Darwin (2/5): - This motel shouldn’t be open need to be fully renovated no breakfast no towels
- Jennifer (2/5): - Staff argued we didnt book 2 rooms. Tv in room's didnt work, no towels, no rags, dirty, hardly any outlets to plug into, hallways unsafe littered with renovation trash, debris. No one in the office at check out. Toilet overflowed. No smoke headed in rooms. So much more! To much to list.
- Jill (2/5): Stinks - When we got here we got checked in. To find Internet and TV was down. They tried telling us it wasnt that it worked, but finally they agreed that it wasn't working. They wanted to move us to another room but it was late and my father was already in bed sleeping. No wash cloths in bathroom and no one at desk. Tried calling but got no answer. Will not stay here again. I understand that they just bought the place but maybe they should only rent out rooms that are livable to stay in
- Sandra (4/5): - Manager was very helpful and pleasant. No record of our reservation via Expedia. Believe this was a problem on Expedia’s end. Limited staff - no towels in room but manager attentive. Needs upgrading.
- Elisa (2/5): - It is no longer an open:functional hotel
So not as advertised
- Brittanny (8/5): - Construction going on, only 2 people there but when you needed to check out or a question no where to find them when you did see them very nice & friendly can't wait for construction to be done might visit again! It wasn't run down neat property I understand construction is to make place even better so understandable
- Sharel (2/5): Do not come here - The service was not professional. I had someone help me check in who didn’t complete the check in and walked away in the middle of the process. Breakfast offered was donuts and cereal. The bed sheets were stained and still crusted with stains. The water I washed my hands with smelled of Pennie’s, the shower water came out brown and stunk badly. The toilet water was also brown. Ice machines were broken and filthy.
- elvira (10/5): - The staff and assiant manger wqs amazing tbey went above tbe expection .they even upgraded us to a balcony room i would highley recommond this hotel
- Lee (2/5): - The property was in the process of being renovated. Not ready for guests
- Duangjun Susie (2/5): - this is a scam we requested our money back, did not stay, this place is a death trap. no one should ever stay there. it was the most awful experience, the place looked like it has been closed for years. never again. should not be on the web site at all,
- Andrew (2/5): - The parking lot was empty with all the lights out at 10 PM when we arrived. The check-in counter had a thick layer of some sticky stuff that felt like Fly paper. It took me hours to get it off my hands. The entire property was dirty and we Left without checking in despite there being very limited properties in the area. Avoid this place at all cost.
- Amanda (2/5): - We had a awful stay.
- Laura (2/5): - Did not stay there. Place was dirty , no water in pool sticky stuff on counter at check in. We left and did not go back. The man at front desk said he would give us a refund. He said the place was under new management and renovations were happening.
- Deborah (2/5): - This property is apparently under renovation, but it should be shut down during this process. The pool was not open, the rooms were musty smelling, the bathroom fixtures were rust-stained and there were bugs crawling in the bathroom. Non of the amenities mentioned in the listing were available. I wouldn't stay here again if it were free, and wish I could get my miney back for thus stay.
- Michael (8/5): - The website shows a pool. But i can understand the property is under renovation. This hotel has potential and just needs some T.L.C. The manager in charge was quite decent and respectable. The A/C unit kicks is kicking and the hot water is great. I would certainly go back there..
- Tiffany (2/5): - I did not like anything about it, there was supposed to be a pool n it didn't even have water in it, they said there was a restaurant and lounge they didn't have either , I was supposed to get a deluxe room with 2 queen beds and I got 1 full size bed, I was very unhappy with my stay and would love a refund, also when I got there the doors where locked and I had to wait 40 mins for someone to let me in!😡
- Samantha (2/5): - Pool was green, counter was so sticky it ruined my wallet, busted out windows, looked abandoned, couldn’t even stay there with my children had to get a different hotel.
- Keith (2/5): - I arrived at about 5:15 on the day of my reservation, and the place is deserted. I called several times, but all I got was a recording telling me the voicemail was not "set up". I honked my horn loudly 6 different time over the course of an hour. I drove all the way around the building and grounds. When I called Expedia for help, all they did was to try to call the motel, then they told me no refund!
- Kris (2/5): - This place was dirty
- Joel (2/5): - When we pulled in we should’ve just turned around and left but it was 1030pm and we were unsure of any other hotels available that late. Entered the lobby to find a hand written note with a phone number to call for service. Guy that showed up was kind and helpful but the place looked a wreck. Sent us to a room that we couldn’t access with the key. Another very helpful guy showed up and tried multiple keys that didn’t work so he left again with us standing in the hallway and retuned with more keys that didn’t work. He eventually tried the keys on other rooms until he found one that worked and told us this is your room. I checked for bugs because at this point as long as there weren’t any visible we just wanted to get in a room. The room was clean so that was a plus, however the breakfast and bar were nonexistent. I hope this property was newly bought to renovate and they do well however currently would not recommend staying there to anyone!
- Adam (2/5): - The property is unmanicured or taken care of. Pulling up to the property feels like your entering an abandoned facility. The gutter and roof are warped and raising while other parts look like they are on the verge of collapse. The bathroom facilities in the lobby appear like they are fresh from a scene if silent hill. The hallways smell heavily of bleach. The two employees i did see were barely in uniform. They said there was a recent flood and they were in renovations yet reviews go back as far back as 9 months that match what i witnessed. If your looking for a possible haunted hotel or fresh murder scene you might think about this.
- Irma (2/5): - We make reservations in Expedia , when we there the hotel is abandone , we couldn’t believe.
- Mónica (2/5): - The hotel is permanent closed. We have an reservation. When we get there. The place is windows broken. Looks like someone broken in. I don't know why the apps that we looked for hotels. This hotel is available. Very very disappointed.
- Matthew (2/5): - No towels. When given towels, they were dingy and stained yellow and brown. No toilet paper. The water absolutely stinks and you can’t even use it to brush your teeth. We had to use water bottles. They are renovating, which we weren’t aware of when booking, and there was crap everywhere. Lights were broken. Awful experience.
- Tiffany (6/5): It was a cheap room. - Cheapest room to the event we came into town for. You get what you pay for, they’re renovating so it’s not perfect. The woman at the front desk at check in was nice but check out there wasn’t anyone in the lobby to check out with. Called out hello a few times so I don’t know where they were. We didn’t shower or anything just slept got dressed and left. It’s not a 5 star hotel so if that’s what you’re expecting you’ll be disappointed. It was a cheap room and a safe place to stay. Neighbors are a little loud but that was expected. I wouldn’t bring my daughters to stay here though, so do with that what you will.
- Debra (2/5): - The room we had the smoke detector kept going off with beeping first night. They said they sent somebody down with nothing was done the second day. They said they fix it when we got back to the hotel room about 9 o’clock. It was not fixed. I complained and nothing was done
- Beatrice (2/5): - This property is under going renovations and it is a mess. There wasn't anything on the website that indicated that it was under renovation and that the restaurants were closed.
There was no one at the Front Desk to check you in, I had to call the hotel number to get someone to come to the Front Desk to check us in. It was dirty with trash inside and outside. The water smelled and I could take a shower because it was dirty. The TV wasn't hooked up and there wasn't batteries in the remote. We had one towel and a floor mat. No wash clothes and no tissues. I wouldn't recommend this hotel to anyone. We only stay that night, because all the hotels in the area were booked. The next day we left.
- Chih-Chia (2/5): - The running hot water came out black and smelly . We could not use the water to shower or wading hands. The room is dusty as majority of the hotel is under major construction. This hotel was not ready to do business and should not.
- Paula (2/5): - No one at the front desk for check in
First room was not cleaned and ready
Second room tv didn’t work
Third room remote batteries didn’t work
Took over an hour to get settled into a room
Several trips back to the front desk and had to wait each time
Listing said breakfast was served it was not
Expedia took my money and was informed they are not supposed to so had to pay again and request a refund
Couldn’t get a first floor room due to remodel
First room hall smelled like pot
- Axel (10/5): - Buen viaje
- Don (4/5): - Was a Quality Suite, recently sold. Expedia staff worked out the reservation after about an hour. Hotel being renovated but only older rooms available. Room was adequate but had to switch rooms for a working television. Telephone system not working. Breakfast was adequate. Staff did the very best they could do. May be better after renovations are complete.
- Ramon (10/5): - El personal
- joan (2/5): - this place was not opened, and no staff available when I arrived. Pool was empty, property was overgrown and was surprised it was even listed as open!! Not one person was there yet the front door was unlocked. the bathroom toilets were full of bugs and p...
I was so upset!!
- Verified traveler (4/5): A pool without water… - …that should have been my first hint. Second was when they tried to charge me twice (I prepaid). Third was no ice or vending machines. Fourth was the state of the water in the rooms (it was colored and smelly). I understand that they are still trying to figure themselves out since there’s been a change in management but this place was one of my worst hotel experiences.
- Brandy (2/5): - Disturbing property. Its all a false advertisement. They have pictures posted of hotel from when Quality Inn ran it. Pool is drained and dirty, no restaurant, breakfast was a bowl of pop tarts or granola to choose from. Expired sugar for coffee. Rooms were not cleaned, stained sheets. Showers that dont work, had to change rooms. Water came out brown and smelly. Floors had paint stains, walls had wierd darker stains. The halls smell like weed and mold. A smoke detector in hallway was not working and beeping all night. Smoke detector missing from out room. Manager/maintenance man is aggressive and mean. Tried to get reimbursed for false advertising and he said no!
- Jeff (4/5): - Property was way outdated. Apparently it was recently purchased and they are going to renovate the property. Unfortunately, right now it is a dump.
- Tony (2/5): DO NOT STAY HERE - Didn’t even check in because there was nobody at the front desk. Waited 15 minutes and still there was absolutely nobody
- Pedro (2/5): - Absolutely disgusting spot. The towels had smoke rings and yellow stains. The fire smoke detector was broken in pieces laying on top of the microwave and the phone in the room didn’t work along with 2 moldy seats on the balcony.
- marie (10/5): - Love this place i keep going there
- Valerie (2/5): - The place was disgusting. Horrible! The water had a fowl odor. We couldn't shower in it. The place was filthy.
- Heleena (6/5): - There was no sheets on the beds when we arrived. The toilet kept plugging nd we had to keep fixing it.
- Jacquelin (2/5): - This place is nasty. No one at the front desk. No AC in main areas so your room never cools down. No pool, no breakfast. Can't get a refund even though the place isn't anything like it says on line. Garbage piles outside. Our water in the shower was brown so we couldn't shower. Don't stay here, because Expedia says the hotel has to refund and the hotel says Expedia has to refund. The hotel won't make it right. So disgusting and disappointed. I want a full refund. Place is practically abandoned and just like another review creepy and a rip off.
- Verified traveler (2/5): Awful - This hotel is not what it says. It looks abandoned and falling apart. The lobby at first glance looks good until you start noticing the spider webs hanging from the couches and chairs in the lobby. After waiting a few minutes for the desk clerk to come and check me in, I saw a notification posted requesting customers to contact the number provided for concerns at which point I called and informed that I was there to check in. I waited approximately another another 5 min for someone to come check me in after a 6hr drive there. The lobby was extremely hot from a 90° day with no air conditioning. I was then informed I needed to drive around the building as I would be in a wing that is only accessible through the back. As we drove around the building all I saw was about 5 Months or more of garbage build up. When we got around to the back, we realized that there was only about 4 customers total including us staying at this hotel. As we proceeded into the building, the smell of garbage was so intense and the heat was horrible. Cobwebs were strung in the corners along the floor and bugs all over as the floor seems to have not been vacuumed in a very long time. As we proceeded up the stairs to the floor we were booked to, the stairs were peppered with all sorts of cobwebs and bugs...as we continued down the hall to our room, the smell was so overbearing as it was masked with air freshener which made it worse. When we made it into our room, I was just as disappointed.
- Derrick (2/5): This hotel was not good dirt - I would like a refund ...there was no one there at front desk ...room was dirt the air conditioner didnt work stain toilet ...wires hanging out boxes
- octavia (2/5): - They should not be letting ppl stay here
- Amanda (2/5): - It was abandoned
