• Jacqueline Corina (10/5): Fijne ervaring en zeker een plek die we kunnen aanbevelen! - We hebben een heel prettig verblijf gehad bij Kalafatis Downtown. Bij aankomst werden we hartelijk ontvangen, wat meteen een goede eerste indruk gaf. De accommodatie was schoon, ruim en mooi ingericht, met comfortabele bedden die zorgden voor een goede nachtrust. Wat we ook erg waardeerden, was de bereikbaarheid van de eigenaar. Bij vragen konden we altijd snel bij hem terecht en hij was erg behulpzaam. Zelfs bij ons vertrek nam hij nog de moeite om persoonlijk afscheid te komen nemen, wat het verblijf extra persoonlijk maakte.

• WW1977 (9/5): - Neue, gut ausgestattete Wohnung. Der Gastgeber ist extrem sympathisch und hat gute Tipps zum Erkunden der Gegend. Er produziert empfehlenswerte Lebensmittel (Honig, Olivenöl...). Die Wohnung liegt ruhig, in zweiter Reihe von der Meerpromenade entfernt. Wir waren eine Reisegruppe von fünf Personen. Für uns war es absolut in Ordnung. Bei längeren Aufenthalten ist die Wohnung aber vielleicht etwas beengt und bietet wenig Privatsphäre (drei Betten im Wohnzimmer, hellhörig). Für einen Zwischenstopp aber trotzdem klare Empfehlung!

• Irma (10/5): Wou. - Wonderful apartments, and the bed is simply magical — even better than at home. And we all know what home means to a person.
• MARIA (10/5): Μια πολύ ευχάριστη διαμονή με την ευχή να επαναληφθεί. - Το δωμάτιο ήταν πολύ όμορφα διακοσμημένο με ιδιαίτερο στυλ, ήταν πεντακάθαρο, τα σεντόνια και οι πετσέτες μοσχομύριζαν. Βρισκόταν σε πολύ κοντινή απόσταση από το κέντρο και υπήρχε χώρος πάρκινγκ ακριβώς μπροστά από το διαμέρισμα. Ο οικοδεσπότης ήταν ευγενέστατος, πρόθυμος να μας δείξει την κάθε λεπτομέρεια του διαμερίσματος καθώς και να μας προτείνει πολύ ωραία μαγαζιά για φαγητό. Δεν υπήρχε κάτι που δεν μας άρεσε.

• maxime (10/5): Très agréable. Bien équipé et très propre. - L'emplacement est parfait. La plage est à 30 secondes à pied. Le centre ville et ses cafés et commerces se situent à 5 mn à pied. L'appartement est spacieux, confortable et bien équipé. C'est un rez-de-chaussée de chaussée qui donne sur une rue très calme. Il n'est pas très lumineux, mais comme il dispose de nombreuses lampes, ce n'est pas un problème. Le lit et le canapé lit sont très confortables. La propreté est irréprochable. On a pu cuisiner dans l'appartement car il est doté de suffisamment d'ustensiles de cuisine. L'hôte nous a accueilli en personne. Il était très sympa et nous a bien conseillés. Il nous a offert un petit cadeau de bienvenue ^^. On était 3 (1 couple et un ado de 17 ans) et l'appartement était bien configuré pour nous. Notre seul souci a été : une météo très pluvieuse ! Mais si on revient à Itéa, on n'hésitera pas à louer à nouveau cet hébergement. La lumière de la sortie de secours dans le salon. C'est le seul point à améliorer. C'est juste pour cela que nous avons mis 9 en confort (notre fils a trouvé cette lumière un peu gênante pour dormir). Mais il suffit d'occulter cette lumière et tout est parfait !

• Jaana (10/5): Erittäin hyvä majoitus erittäin hyvällä sijainnilla. - Todella hyvä sijainti ja erittäin miellyttävä asunto. Majoittaja todella ystävällinen ja avulias. Kaikki sujui mitä parhaiten. Tullaan uudestaan!
• GMario (9/5): - Appartamento situato al piano terreno della struttura, all'ingresso grande ambiente con due divani e la TV, una penisola con degli sgabelli divide la zona cucina molto ben allestita con piano di cottura, forno, microonde e macchinetta espresso. Non mancano la lavatrice, l'asse ed il ferro da stiro e l'aspirapolvere. Camera da letto piccola ma con letto molto comodo, anche in camera vi è la TV. Bagno piccolo con Water, lavabo e doccia con box. Soggiorno e camera climatizzati, wifi, ottima illuminazione. Proprietario molto disponibile, nei dintorni vi sono spiagge e locali. Non è colpa della proprietà ma il WiFi è molto lento

• Guyot (9/5): - Appartement impeccable. Assez spacieux pour 2. A 30m, soit à une rue de la plage. Accueil sympa. On a apprécié le lave-linge. Pas de problème pour se garer. Mais pas de vue (rez-de-chaussée qui donne sur une petite rue non passante).

The toilet paper holder was loose and kept falling off. The shower door was a bit loose. Didn't affect the quality of our stay however
