O kadar ince düşünceliler ki uçağımız sabah olduğunu bildikleri için ve kahvaltı yapmaya zamanımız olmadığı için bize sandviç hazırladılar o yüzden herkese teşekkür ederiz. Maya hanımın güler yüzü ile nazik davranışları için teşekkür ederim. Genç bir beyefendi vardı bize İstanbul’un kartını verip her şeyimizle ilgilendiği için çok teşekkür ederim. Kesinlikle konaklamanız gereken bir otel. Aile oteli sakin bir ortam.

• Zournatzi (7/5): Good - Location was very good, close to several cafes, small mehanas and other shops as well as Osmanbey metro station. The small front balcony is convenient for a smoke. The bed was very comfortable. The wash basin in my bathroom was clogged and the receptionist immediately sent someone to fix it. I did not like the breakfast, especially the white turkish bread and the coffee. The room was rather small, which is ok if you plan to use it only go to bed in the evening.

We loved it there. Everything was good . If you like really big rooms or are of a bigger size maybe you’d like another place.

Close to the subway, there is also a shopping mall with Carrefour and many places to eat out Quite and safe neighbourhood It was warm in the room (end of Feb) the room was tiny. I booked a twin room and the bed was pulled apart into 2, but we couldn't open the wardrobe door this way so had to pull them together sockets on one side of the bed didn't work no liquid soap and no soap dish so the soap was all the time stuck to the countertop breakfast was the same every day and of a very limited choice

• Rahim (8/5): Overall, we had a pretty good experience and enjoyed our 8 night stay in that location of Istanbul. - We liked everything, except that the room was extremely small. 😟 The breakfast was good and filling. We didn't like the size of the room we stayed at. However, all the rooms seem to have been the same size anyway, 160 SF, strange ??!! 🤔 At the breakfast room, surprisingly, there was no Toaster for toasting our bread. They should put one.

The bathroom is spacious and the beds are fine. The reception staff is friendly and helpful. Breakfast is okay, not much of variety but fresh and they serve filter coffee! (not that instant coffee disgusting thing they now do at most hotels here). Surprisingly good sound isolation. Cleaning in fact is not done. At least the towels are changed sometimes. The cleaner ignores the “do not disturb” sign and continuously knocks at the door and tries to open it with his key. Unbelievably rude.

• Fak (8/5): Feeling like home in the middle of Istanbul - I loved the property because it truly feels like a home in Istanbul. The team is fantastic, and the location is excellent. You have everything you need right next to you, with easy access to Nişantaşı and a 15-minute walk to Taksim. Super clean confortable beds , good breakfast enjoyed so much . I I stayed on the first floor on the opposite side of the street. I can say it was quiet, but there was one problem as I was on the first floor. There were too much slamming of the doors from other gust . Do not advise to stay on the 1 floor if you really looking to have a good sleep in the morning as you will hear all the noises that are coming from the reception and preparation of the breakfast in the moreing I was woken up several times by the slamming of the doors .

The room was quite noisy, the windows overlook a busy street. The room is dirty, a dusty bed headrest, a chandelier and sconces with a layer of dust that have not been wiped off for a very long time, a dirty carpet. The next day, until 16:00, the cleaners did not come, I had to call to at least change the towels. The room has a dirty carpet that no one vacuums. There's terribly smelly water flowing from the tap.
