• Sonya (10/5): Great apartment in a good location. Fantastic host. - The apartment is in a great position with views over the river. An easy walk into the centre of Derry. The host Gemma, was very helpful and quick to reply to any queries I had. It was particularly windy & rainy when we stayed, and the main living area of the apartment was very drafty. Thankfully there are plenty blankets & the heating worked well.

• Patrick (4/5): Good location and views - needs to be cleaner and updated - The views were superb of the river outside The shower is very poor - if you are over 5 foot tall you will need to physically hold it to wash yourself. My brother felt the sheets in the first bedroom on the left were not very clean and he woke up with some bite marks.

• Graeme (10/5): Fabulous apartment with stunning view over the river - This fabulous apartment overlooks the river with spectacular views from the living room and main bedroom. It is located within an easy walk of shops, restaurants and the Old walled city. The kitchen is very well appointed. The apartment was light & well furnished. It has a large bathroom & the shower supplies hot water with a good pressure. The apartment comes with a car parking space in a locked garage on the ground floor & there is a lift in the building to access the floor on which the apartment is located. Beds were comfortable and it was nice & quiet at night. We have no hesitation in recommending this accommodation. Nothing, but I think the bed in the main bedroom should face the window to take advantage of the view.

• Jocelyn (8/5): Amazing location, view makes you feel you're on a ship... stunning! - Amazing location and really comfortable beds! The apartment has great restaurants and pubs close by. Beautiful walk along the Foyle river right on the doorstep! Great to be able to safely park the car too! We would quite have liked a small table by the sofa and bedside lamps....very small ideas! We had an excellent stay!

• Rebecca (9/5): Ti.e in Derry - This place overlooked the river Foyle which was lovely. It was also great to have a secure parking spot. The apartment had a washing machine & dryer which was fantastic for travellers. It was close to a supermarket & KFC. Only a short drive to the town centre & parking was easy there. Great big screen in the lounge. The furnishings & kitchen items seemed a little tired. The convenience of the location meant this was a minor problem.

• DAMIANO (9/5): Soggiorno con famiglia - Appartamento molto grande, e dotato di tutti i servizi.Parcheggio coperto e privato. La vista sul fiume è meravigliosa. Il centro è raggiungibile con la bella passeggiata lungo il fiume.

• Andrew (8/5): Prime riverside location with great views - Had the most fabulous view down the river. Felt nice and light and airy. Comfortable with everything you needed in a self contained flat. Perhaps a little further from the city centre then I’d have liked (20-30 min stroll along the river), and a little tricky to find at first, though once we found the right spot, was easy to get into. It was a 2 bed unit and might be a little cramped for 2 couples but spacious for one couple.

• Megan (7/5): Overall a great place to stay. - Great views, good location - walking distance to a supermarket, peace wall and the wall. A nice touch with the chocolates in a jar. Parking was good and safe. The shower head holder needs attention (no good for a tall person) having tongs in the kitchen drawer would be useful. If you end up looking for towels they will be in the drawers in the bedrooms.

Host also responded very quickly when contacted re roller door remote not working. Property needs a bit of maintenance and a few more kitchen facilities- especially glasses. Sofa was a bit lumpy and we only had 3 towels for 4 people.

The sound of the river at night is so relaxing. I took this trip to with my niece to help with my grief, having sadly lost my Mum in March 2024. This is her birth place/ home town. This was the perfect place to rent and everything was made easy. Great correspondence with owners and it’s the perfect spot to everything in Derry. We even had the reassurance of parking our rental car in the secured garage below. It was very clean and the shower was fab too. Very pleased and would rent again. Honestly everything was great - no complaints.
