• Burleigh (8/5): Hard to get entry but, ignoring many of the things that didn't work, it would have earned a 10. - Great apartment but it had many problems. Keys were very difficult to get. You had to go and get the keys from an agent. This was not easy if you haven't been to Palamos before. The agents weren't helpful. Someone should have been at the unit as they knew Palamos better than the renter. The toilets didn't work Properly. We had to use buckets of water to flush the toilets. Other things in the unit didn't work,

• John (8/5): Excellent location and facilities, check in and use of appliances could be made easier. - The property was well fitted and in a great position on the second floor of a five storey block, with lift access to the excellent Palamos beach. The old town was only a few minutes level walk, where there was an excellent choice of restaurants. Clara provided some good recommendations. A simple one page of instructions would be useful, as there were several issues we had to ask Clara about, who was very helpful. Picking up the keys from the agency in the old town is a bit tedious. The main bedroom mattress was tired and needs replacing. Suggest only using a small car as between floors on the underground car park has very tight and narrow turns. We parked on the beach for most of our stay, which is free after 11th September.
