• Fuad_Karimov (10/5): Удобная квартира, с милым ремонтом. - Прекрасное расположение , метро, магазины, рестораны и множество достопримечательностей - всё рядом. В квартире чисто и есть всё необходимое и даже больше. Буквально как у себя дома. Плюс само здание чуть ли не историческое, большие двери, итальянский балкон, высокие потолки. Отопление для холодного ноября было просто великолепным. Большой набор всей неоходимой посуды, кафемашина с зерновым кофе (кофе в наличии) и т.д. Интернет отличный. Само здание реконструируется государством, но нам это не доставило ни малейшего дискомфорта. Во дворе работал только один мастер, тихо и бесшумно. Один минус, что из-за лесов закрыт вид из окна, но думаю через короткое время это будет уже не актуально. Плюс у квартиры отремонтируется балкон и цена за проживание наверняка будет дороже. Так что бронируйте, пока доступно!

Rémes volt a tisztaság elavult lelakott lakás.A bookingon a képek nem tükrözik a valóságot.Terasszal hirdetik az ingatlant kültéri bútorral ami nincs .Renoválják a házat a terasz és az udvar tele építési törmelékkel használhatatlan ráadásul az elavult teraszajtó sem záródik biztonságosan féltettük értékeinket .A renoválás kb még egy évig fog tartani.Koszos lelakott lakás kifeküdt ágy ,koszos falak stb.fűtéskapcsoló életveszélyes valószínűleg jó ideje nem járt a lakásban senki de beszéljenek helyettem a képek.

• Leila (8/5): Lovely apartment perfect for a group - The location was perfect as we were going out to explore the city and could walk to many of the places we wanted to visit and attening sziget so it was easy to just take a taxi to the island. The rooms were bigger than in the picturws and the beds very comfortable. The apartment was well furnished even with a working washing machine. There were renovations going on that we were not made aware of prior to our arrival and the noise was quite bothering especially in the early morning, also because of this we couldn't really open the windows properly. The apartment wasn't as clean as it could have been.
• Juan Carlos (1/5): Sin terraza por obras y piso patera - Tenía una cafetera super automática La localización no es la mejor, además que estaba en obras la fachada y no tenía terraza, no se podía dormir, incluyendo que las camas son 2 dobles sofá cama en vez de ser camas, no tenía salón como tal sino que el salón parecía haberse puesto como habitación solo para ganar más, creo que ha sido en el peor booking que he estado, además de tener un ventilador roto por ahí que costara nada comprar uno nuevo con el calor que hace
• Matteo Ziliotto (7/5): Ottima posizione, il resto migliorabile - Ottima la zona, centrale e ben collegata al centro città. Bagno ampio e comodo. Cucina piccola ma fornita. Il palazzo è molto vecchio, era in ristrutturazione (non siamo stati avvisati di questo particolare) e per questo motivo c'era spazzatura da cantiere ovunque. Inoltre una finestra non si chiudeva completamente. Per 7 persone gli spazi sono strettini.
• María José (6/5): grupo amigos - la ubicación buena, y el apartamento está muy bien en el interior, exceptuando las camas. las camas están para cambiarlas. se rompían nada más sentarte. el edificio totalmente en obras por dentro y por fuera. tiene aspecto de estar en ruinas. todo lleno de escombros y andamios. al menos podrían tirar las basuras y escombros. da miedo.

• Christian (8/5): Very good - The apartment was very comfortable and clean. Even tho the apartment is very nice with a view, the building is not very welcoming as they are doing some work. When you get into the building make sure to entry straight away to the stairs on the left side as if you go by the stairs at the end it's not a nice view of the place, very dark as well.

• Polly (7/5): Good - Great location and the bedrooms are a good size. The apartment is good value for money. There were no smoke alarms, which is a significant concern - we found an old dismantled one in the cupboard. The coffee machine also did not work.

Don’t expect too much. - Nearby 24 hours open shop Nice balcony with street view The aer conditioning was broken, one double bed broke with only one person sleeping on it, there was a broken shelf on the hallway, bathroom door was broken (very hard to close and open). Inner courtyard dirty, dark and under construction.
• Luz (9/5): Spacious apartment really close to the center - Great location, 15 min walk to the parliament and lots of nice coffee shops and restaurants nearby. The apartment is very spacious and has a cute balcony. The communication with the host was great. I’d definitely recommend for a long weekend in Budapest! There was no shower curtain so it was hard not to make a mess while showering. For more than 6 people it’s a bit uncomfortable to sleep since the pull out bed is in the kitchen/entrance.

• Lutin (10/5): Perfect - It was really excellent place and safe and central place. Especially for families who want to eat at house everything has ben considered in terms of items in the kitchen. Coffee machine was great. The house is enough big to accommodate 8 adults. We were so glad with owner even didn’t meet face to face 😀. I will advice to my friends especially from Turkiye to here. Nothing 🤣

Rita sent me all the details in 5 minutes after I booked and she answered all my questions. I never met her in person but she was very helpful.

• Gyula (8/5): Good overall value for money and a nice apartment - Good location, good overall communication. A nice apartment with good equipment and good overall value for money. It's not that hard to park in the area/street (however don't use the parking garage next to the apartment if you don't want to pay overpriced parking fees). There are small things in the equipment / details / interior finishings that could be improved with a bit of extra attention. The checkout policy is quite inflexible and it's not that nice that the cleaning lady is there at 9:55 ready to start the cleaning process while you exit with your last belongings. (checkout was set at maximum 10:00).
