Guest Reviews
- Deepti (3/5): Hygenic issue in the property - Space and location of the property was good The beds were not properly done, no bedsheet was there, no pillow covers and pillow were dirty, no duvet covers and duvet was dirty, no towels provided, no bin bags in the property. We had to manage sofa and dirty bedding for sleep which is not hygenic.
- Yvonne (4/5): wouldn't stay again in current state. - Livingroom was great
Location great
Parking was good Could be done with a clean. look at shower curtains and fridge that will say it all.
Only hand towel in one bedroom.
- Bernadette (8/5): Trip to Drymen - Location was fantastic and right on a bus route.
Plenty of amenities on the doorstep including the Clachan Inn (1735)that won the 2025 award for best rural pub.
The property is really well equipped towels are provided.Everything was nicely done, clan and tidy. Outside on arrival a bit concerned as alot of weeds and broken glass and the porch was very dusty.Looked like a repaint was in order to.
We weren't able to get in to the property as payment hadn't gone through at booking that we hadn't been aware of as it wasn't flagged up. We contacted the property when we arrived in Balloch and were waiting for the bus to Drymen as we hadn't been sent the code for the lock box.
We then spent a long time trying to work out if the person at the end of the phone's bank details were the correct ones to who we should be paying.A heads up HLM management Scotland is correct but it took a while to check with booking .com etc
(Once we had the go ahead payment was straight forward and a receipt was sent).
Khris (works for HLM management Scotland) and we also spoke to Jennifer were both very helpful and patient and explained that they took over the property bookings in January when we booked.
Inside the property was clean, tidy and well equipped but the freezer was too iced up to use.
The cooker hob metal grid tilted to one side but we were able to cook on it.
- Mina (4/5): Unclean despite cleaning fee but good location. - Location close to Spar. 3 bedrooms. Dirty dishes in dishwasher and greasy oven. Freezer not working. Several issues that need sorting
- Heather (6/5): Pleasant -
- Ruby (7/5): Good -
