Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. It is not possible to stay at this property for Coronavirus (COVID-19) quarantine purposes. Guests will receive a rental agreement which must be signed and returned to the property prior to arrival. If guests do not receive the agreement on time, they should contact the property management company at the number on the booking confirmation. Payment before arrival via bank transfer is required. The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions. Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. Anna (9/5): Highly recommend for couples or family of 3 - Beach- the nearest beach Lido Otello is 5-7 minutes on foot or 2 minutes by car. Nice beach with quite big parking space, showers, restaurant and bars. The apartment is tiny- small living room with a kitchennet, 2 bathrooms (!) and bedroom so I will recommend it for couples or family of 3. The best part of it is its spacious terrace with nice garden furniture where you can eat breakfasts or spend time with your family during evenings. There is even a shower so you can rinse beach sand before entering the apartment. From the bedroom you can access smaller terrace. The kitchennet is equiped with dishes, pans etc. There is also a laundry (quite important thing when its hot) and shadowed parking place. The area is nice and peaceful. With the keys you receive also the bracelets which allow you to use a swimming pool. Bedroom could be bigger.
