- Mwape (1/5): I booked through booking and got a confirmation email with contact information for the place, however, after multiple at - I booked through booking and got a confirmation email with contact information for the place, however, after multiple attempts to contact the owner to confirm arrival time, etc, the phone went unanswered. A day before the check in date, I finally managed to talk to the owner who said that the place was already booked on the date I had book. Very poor communication from the owner and very inconsiderate, this was supposed to be communicated immediately they saw the booking on booking.com I booked through booking and got a confirmation email with contact information for the place, however, after multiple attempts to contact the owner to confirm arrival time, etc, the phone went unanswered.
