- Mary (3/5): Hated It - Clean rooms Room had Ants, mattress was so hard that I literally couldn’t sleep. Checked out early due to this and the fact that they state that they have a shuttle to the airport, however wouldn’t confirm my ride. I asked three times. Extremely difficult to communicate. Stairs leading to room are extremely steep. Stated check in was at three but room wasn’t ready until around 8pm. Also, paradise house isn’t the name of the hotel or airbnb. It’s the name of the room. My taxi driver and I couldn’t find it because of this. Have one name for your property then name your rooms separately.
