• Moleen (10/5): - Clean and comfy house Neighbours complaining and the slight music we were playing. The house was clean that as a group we started helping the cleaner tidy up, the host didn't understand this, so he shouted at us and asked us to leave.... understandable, but there was no need as he was helping out. He could have spoken to us nicely instead of shouting

Il y avait 2 access possibles, l'un via une prairie intitulée shortwood commons et l'autre par une rue. Notre application pour cyclistes nous a indiqué la 1ere solution ou a travers le parc il y avait 3 chicanes difficilement franchissables en vélo qu'il a fallu porter et mettre debout pour pouvoir passer ces accès. Ce fut pénible et difficile. Une préconisation de ne pas passer par ces communs serai utile et pertinente

• Shari (9/5): - The property was bigger than expected with great sized rooms. The bedrooms were nice and spacious and the house had everything that was needed. The host gave clear instructions for check in and shared useful info regarding nearest supermarket.

Будинок чистий і просторий з усім необхідним в середині, достатня кількість посуду і приборів. Ми готували вечерю вдома тому було корисно мати аірогриль. Загалом нам дуже сподобалось.

We came back because our first experience was amazing — and we absolutely did not regret it. The house is still just as stunning: modern, stylish, and incredibly well designed. It truly stands out from typical London homes and makes the stay feel special and premium. The host is outstanding as always — clear instructions, great communication, and thoughtful details that make everything easy and comfortable. You can really feel how much care goes into hosting. One of the best places we’ve stayed in London, twice in a row. We would happily return again and highly recommend it to anyone. Amazing job! 👏🔥 -

New carpets up the stairs and in the bedrooms. Comfy beds and soft bedding. Great location and parking was perfect. Overall a great choice. Communication with the host was really good and no question too much trouble Rug in the living room to make it feel a bit cosier

Very responsive host who provided lots of information prior to us getting to the property, which was very helpful. House was perfectly situated for our visit to Thorpe Park and then London. We were very grateful to them for getting us in as our previous property, booked via booking.com, let us down on the day as they had double booked, so this was a last minute booking. Thank you for getting us out of a difficult situation. This booking was for my disabled daughter, her friend and 2 carers, who had already started travelling when we found out our previous booking was cancelled. However it worked out for the best as this property was far superior to our original booking. There was nothing we didn't like, it was perfect

The beds were comfortable as well. I would definitely recommend this place . Kitchen had all you needed except eating utensils, but we made due.

We were visiting Thorpe park the following morning and t - The property was lovely and clean, fresh and spacious, and the beds were lovely and comfortable. Steve had gone to the effort of making sure there were fans in every room, and considering the scorching 30 degree heat it was a very welcomed addition to the rooms.

• Ceri (9/5): Great house. - We all had a lovely stay, comfortable beds, nice powerful showers, the house had everything we needed, dishwasher, actifry, full size fridge freezer, it was like home from home, great selection of TV, and loads of space, we were visiting London for the day, Hatton cross station, just a 10mins drive away and only £11 to park all day, McDonald's just down the road, also Harvester restaurant and a yummy Chinese shop near by to, Steve the host gave great information about the keys, and surrounding areas, he was very friendly and helpful, lovely quiet street, we will definitely come back. Nothing.

I flet safe in the neighbourhood. lots of crockery cups glasses. soft carpets. really expensive coffee. the landlord has really thought hard to include absolutely everything and more. even a backup electric. shower I case the main double shower went cold. toilets good size on each floor. shower on top floor. underfloor heating super roomy breakfast bar and double sized living room area with a top of the range super large so y bravia tv. no cost has been spared in providing the loveliest house that feels like a home. I feel blessed that we stayed here. I had to leave.

• Julie (10/5): I booked this property as me and my children and grandchildren were going to Lego land for 2 days , so thought we would - The property is outstanding , absolutely beautiful we loved everything about it , there was 7 children and 4 adults and there was more than enough room for us all every room a lovely big size and very well done throughout no expense spared every room is outstanding beautifully finished , the pictures do not do the property justice , great location , quite a few shops just down the road , very good value for money as it would of cost me a fortune to put us all up in hotel rooms . Nothing , we couldn’t fault anything about it at all it’s got everything you need and more it’s like home from home .

• Christine (8/5): Great location, clean, comfortable property, just lacking a few items. - Location was great for Thorpe park, only a 15 minute drive. Very clean property and beds were really comfortable. Information provided by host about nearby shops and local pub, we didn’t use them but handy to know. Accommodated 10, we were only a group of 8 but not enough seating for us all. Needs more sofas as only seats for 6. Also not enough plates and glasses for everyone, only 1 wine glass, otherwise facilities were really good but unfortunately dishwasher was not working and we were unable to find a hairdryer, not sure if there was supposed to be one but I would expect this and so didn’t bring one, had to just towel dry hair.

• Lukethelips (9/5): Great house, very clean, clear instructions on where everything is. - The house, was huge, well laid out, all the bedrooms were clean, tidy, the bathrooms were clean, easy to use. Lovely kitchen island for us to all sit around and chat which was nice. Great outside space too. I would highly recommend this house for anyone who is looking to stay within the area, also if you wanted to lock your bedroom door the keys were there for you to do so. Steve was a fantastic host, clear instructions, too us where everything was, and where we could get items that we needed. I'd say check the tea, coffee, sugar as there wasn't;t much within the house. No iron and ironing board.

There was a beautiful view of the lake too. Everyone felt so comfortable and wanted to stay longer. Great space I struggled to find back door key to take rubbish out but that was it.

The house was spotless, with large double bedrooms and good size bunk beds. The beds were the most comfortable I have stayed in! Plenty of rooms and space for our extended family stay. Steve made the whole process completely painless with instant replies to our messages and great instructions to check in and out easily. We loved staying here and were really impressed with it and hope to stay again. Nothing.

Loads of extras if needed from washing up liquid, coffee, clothes washing liquid and conditioner to toiletries and toilet rolls. Very large house parking for two cars. Quiet neighbourhood beautiful surroundings No milk on arrival. A lot of places pop in a pint of milk and we didn't bring any 😞. Not a big problem
