• Gilles (9/5): - L emplacement proche des sites emblématiques de Florence.et a proximité de commerces. L'escalier d accès etroit marches irrégulières difficilement pratiquable pour des personnes peu alertes. Le linge de toilette était propre mais usée.Le remplacement systématique au bout de 3 jours serais très agréable, nous sommes restés six jours. Les notices d utilisations des appareils seulement en anglais et italien il nous fallu du temps pour les traduire .Un effort doit être fait pour du français de l'espagnol et de l'allemand ce sont des langue que nous avons appris a l'école .et nous aurait facilité la vie. Les consignes du mail d arrivé ne sont pas assez précise c'était notre deuxième voyage avec booking a l'étranger c'est une chance que nous étions devant la porte pour son ouverture ....

Escaliers d accès très pentus et pas adaptés à tout le monde Très froid, de nombreux soucis avec le chauffage
• Del (10/5): Great location for a great price. Wonderful, attentive staff. - I love when a property is just as it is described and pictured. Rommo Carmine is delightfully situated in a beautiful section of Florence across the river from the hustle and bustle. However, it is a quick walk from everything. There are excellent restaurants and cafes just out your door and the street is quiet at night. The only thing to be aware of is that it is a two floor walk up with steep stairs. It does have adequate handrails, but may be difficult for someone with limited mobility.

• Timothy (10/5): Exceptional - property was generally a rather warm and comfortable space. only thing I didn’t like was running around trying to find wifi just to make a phone call to get access to the building.
