• Nicolle de (8/5): Custo-benefício compensa a estadia - O quarto é pequeno, mas confortável, atendeu bem às expectativas. Não é muito moderno, mas é bom. Fiquei no térreo, então facilitou a experiência, mas creio que subir até o segundo andar teria dificultado um pouco. A localização é o ponto alto, compensa muito, pois é basicamente ao lado dos principais pontos turísticos da cidade. O staff é atencioso. Fiquei 6 dias, não houve nenhum tipo de limpeza no quarto, troca de toalhas ou reposição de amenities.

• Perdomo (10/5): Seguro, cercano a sitios turísticos y muy buenas instalaciones - Me gustó mucho la ubicación, queda muy cerca de lugares para comer y disfrutar de la arquitectura de la ciudad. El personal también es muy atento y las instalaciones están bastante limpias la mayor parte del tiempo. Por otra parte es un gran plus el que ofrezcan el servicio de guardar mochilas en caso de que tengas que irte de excursión y desees dejar peso y también el servicio de laundry que aunque tiene un costo adicional, es bastante proporcional y de muy buena calidad. También las chicas te ayudan a gestionar shuttles por ejemplo a Atitlán o cualquier otra duda que tengas en el momento. Tiene una terraza que es espectacular para poder ver los volcanes al amanecer, atardecer o en cualquier momento del día. Por favor reserven un lugar así con terraza porque vale mucho la pena la vista. Ah y tiene aire acondicionado, eso también es importante en días calurosos en Antigua! Por momentos sentimos un leve olor a cloaca que salía fuera de nuestra habitación, pero no era constante, no se de donde provenía pero la verdad que fue una cuestión mínima para lo complacidos que nos sentimos hospedados esa noche. Es más, queríamos apartar otra noche más pero lastimosamente estaban ocupadas todas las habitaciones.

Mention spéciale pour la gentillesse du personnel. Seul bémol : très peu de pression dans la douche et un écoulement du bac très lent.

Die Zimmer sind sehr hellhörig, man bekommt alles mit (Gespräche, Klingel, etc.) In den unteren Zimmern ist lüften kaum möglich, außer man möchte auf dem Präsentierteller sitzen, da das Fenster zum Flur ging. Manche Mitarbeiterinnen haben schon früh am Morgen im Flur mit Lautsprecher telefoniert, sodass man sofort wach war.

Cuentan con una terraza simple con buenas vistas. Todo estuvo bastante correcto. Si tuviese que decir algo, sería que las habitaciones dan con los pasillos principales y dependiendo del día se escucha ruido de otros huéspedes al pasar, salir o entrar.

• ecoraza (7/5): Adecuado para Antigua - El alojamiento está relativamente bien ubicado dado que se trata de una localidad pequeña, está en una calle un tanto difícil de ubicar pero localizable, cerca del gran mercado de artesanías y poco distante del centro. Las habitaciones son adecuadas aunque sin iluminación natural pero limpias y cómodas Tuve ciertos problemas a la hora de la reserva porque a pesar de haberla realizado no la ubicaban y el internet no funciona muy bien en ciertas zonas del hotel con dificultades para la conexión.

Es un sitio tranquilo, limpio, personal amable, dispuesto a dar indicaciones y pendiente de lo que se necesite. La terraza tiene una vista muy linda de la ciudad. Tenía la habitación al lado de la recepción por lo que se escuchaba algo de ruido al entrar y salir. Sin embargo, durante mi estancia no afectó el descanso. En temporada alta podría ser molesto.

• Pablo (10/5): Quite, safe, and clean hotel in a great location with friendly staff! - The locations was perfect and within walking distance of everything we wanted to see. The staff was extremely nice and helpful. The balcony has an amazing view of the city, the church (Iglesia de la Merced), and both volcano's (Agua and Acatanago). The hotel was very clean. There is also a communal kitchen which was very convenient. We didn't end up using it, but for a couple who like to cook and want to save money that way it is always a great option to have. The main door is located on a quite street which was nice. We stayed in the low season so there were not as many people and the hotel was very nice a quite. You may have a different experience if you are there in high season. The rooms are on the smaller side but are great for singles, duos, or couples traveling. I would absolutely stay here again.

• Nathalie (8/5): Muy bien, pero ruidoso - Limpio, sencillo pero todo lo que necesitas para una estadía corta. Había mucho ruido en la noche, los huéspedes entran y salen y no hay tranquilidad. El tercer nivel, donde está la cocina, tiende a ser muy ruidoso sin importar la hora. Recomiendo establecer horarios de silencio. Pues si fue muy incómodo.
• Laura Stephanie (8/5): Es war alles in Ordnung - Die Zimmer sind klein aber komfortabel. Es gibt eine tolle Dachterrasse von der man sich den Sonnenuntergang anschauen konnte. Das Bett war gut. ☺️ Guter Wäsche Service. Die Badezimmer waren weniger sauber und in die Jahre gekommen. Wir waren gegen 13:30 Uhr da, wurden aber nochmal weggeschickt da check-in wirklich erst um 15 Uhr ist.

Location is great, walking distance to everything. Quiet at night but loud in the morning - the door bell rings through the whole hotel so people arriving at 6am you are woken up. A bit of traffic noise but not too bad!

La habitación que me tocó era en la planta baja, sin ventanas y sin iluminación exterior... Para una estancia tan larga como la mía, podían haberme buscado una mejor. Pero bueno, no estuvo tan mal.

The rooftop deck was an amazing place to unwind with views of the city and surrounding mountains. The shared fridge and kitchen area was clean and had anything we needed. Drinking Water was always available. Warm showers with good water pressure. Our room was directly across from the reception desk by the front door. This made for a fair amount of noise as guest were coming and going. We understand that this is just the situation of our room. The other concern is that the front door does not lock automatically. While often someone was at recption, not 24 hours per day. Guests have to manually lock the door and on several occasions, guests did not lock it. Where our room was located we could hear whether it was locked or not.

• Estíbaliz (1/5): Nos dierin el cambiazo de habitación - Las vistas desde la azotea Habíamos reservado la habitación deluxe por dos noches porque queríamos vistas al volcán. Cuando llegamos nos dijeron que por error habían dado nuestra habitación a otros clientes y nos recolocaron en una habitación lúgubre y pequeña con baño mugriento. Nos aseguraron que para nuestra segunda noche de estancia, que sería 48h más tarde, después de pernoctar en el Acatenango, tendríamos la habitación que habíamos reservado. Cuando llegamos del trekking, de nuevo “por error”, habían dado nuestra habitación a otros clientes. La sensación fue de cierto recochineo por parte del personal, que entre disculpas y sorna, nos ofreció otra vez la habitación sin ventana ni ventilación del semisótano. Conseguimos cancelar la segunda estancia, pero tuvimos que recorrer Antigua extenuados y cargados con nuestras maletas para buscar lo que quedara libre para esa noche. Atencion pésima en dos reservas consecutivas.. No es recomendable.

La cama fue muy comoda. Cuenta con agua purificada en todos los pisos para sus clientes, eso me parecio excelente. En realidad todo estuvo bien.

La política de no ruido después de las 10PM es bastante favorable para el descanso. La puerta del baño hace bastante ruido al abrir/cerrar.

• Claire (4/5): Great location, nice people but noisy and not a restful place - Great location with good communal kitchen and a roof top with a lovely view. Very comfortable bed. Our room was attached to the laundry which ran all day. We were in Antigua for a week because we wanted to take it easy with siesta if we needed. This was not possible with staff taking 25 minute phone calls in the laundry. There was no consideration for guests. Despite knowing the Lau dry ran all day we had the same stained towel all week. The cleaning of the rooftop and kitchen started as early as 4am. We basically kept the staff hours. We know it’s budget but one towel change would have been good. We emptied our own bins and restocked our own soap, toilet paper and shampoo.
