• Vanessa (10/5): Immaculate modern townhouse with plenty of space and great amenities. - Very convenient for visiting relatives. Main road adjacent was slightly noisy but not a big problem.

• Jo (9/5): Lovely, welcoming house with excellent facilities. - This was a lovely place to stay, conveniently located for us was we were attending a family event. We weren’t there long enough to cook a meal but I would have liked to stay a little longer to make better use of the property. No concerns about the property at all.

• Jacqui (9/5): It was a lovely place to celebrate NY with our family. - House was very clean and well equipped. Good location - could walk to local pub and a nice walk to Highdown Hill. Could have done with some flat baking trays for use in the oven and a measuring jug! Only little things. There is parking for two cars alongside the house.

• Kate (9/5): Lovely spacious house - Really spacious well equipped house- delicious selection of loose leaf teas and kitchen very well stocked. Clean, modern furnishings. Good showers. Comfortable conservatory and a nice little outdoor space as well. On a new build housing estate so not a place to book if you’re looking for a character property. Perfect for us as we were using it as a base for visiting the nearby vineyard.

Parking alongside house was convenient. Thoughtfully placed items such as hand creams, kitchen consumables, night-lights on landings and family games enhanced our short stay. Welcome items (fresh milk/water/choc) & information (Wi-Fi code etc) made things easy & was a nice touch upon arrival. Communication with the owner was excellent. We’d recommend & would definitely stay again in the future if heading that way! N/A

• Dean (10/5): Fabulous stay in a really lovely property - House looked exactly like the photos. Exceptionally nice ...roomy...clean and very comfortable. Perfect for our family group. Fantastic communication from Evelyn the host. Everything you could wish for... literally home from home. Top floor of the townhouse was exceptionally hot..but this is what you'd expect from a three storey building and the weather itself was boiling particularly on the first night of our stay. The host had put really good fans in every bedroom so had done all they possibly could.

The house itself was beautifully decorated, with cozy furnishings and a fully stocked kitchen. The outdoor space was a great bonus. Lots of living space - perfect for relaxing in the evenings. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and hassle-free getaway. Nothing

• Caroline (10/5): Relaxing, Spacious home - Beautiful home. Welcoming, relaxing, spacious. Everything was available to use with everything supplied. Lovely touch with the dining table set out (unfortunately, we didn't have chance to use though) Beds were comfortable, and bedrooms are very spacious! It was very handy having 3 bathrooms/toilets, one on each floor. Easy check-in. For us, the location was perfect for visiting relatives.

Modern 3 bedroom town house with - Spacious property with plenty of places to chill, large well equipped kitchen, large conservatory. Bedrooms were great, comfy beds, plenty of storage. Very clean, easy to find, just what we needed for a family with teens.

It’s a huge house and being a family of 4 adults and 2 children we all felt we had space to be together without being on top of each other. We loved how clean and welcoming it was and how much thought had gone into the decor and facilities like the tea tray in the conservatory with incredible teas to use! The kitchen has everything and the bedrooms were so comfortable we immediately felt like we were at home. We were a very short drive to the sea and park which was perfect for us with children. We loved our stay so much we didn’t want to leave. Thank you so much!

• Robin (10/5): The best stay we have had in a long time!! - We absolutely loved how the home and it felt like our own. We had everything we needed to kick start our holiday, even down to supplying several sized flip-flops to wear around the home. They cater to being able to cook and entertain having every condiment going and also so much equipment we were never short of anything. They had fans in every room to help with the hot weather and on site parking which is rare in Worthing and Angmering. Great colour schemes throughout the house and lots of space for the kids and the adults to have thier own space. Cannot fault the service and responded with any questions withing minutes of texting. Everything was perfect the one drawback was not having a washing line.. not may people spend time washing but we do just to ensure we can go home with as little dirty washing as possible!

The TV in the kitchen/diner extension, not enough seating for us all, whilst a piano took pride of place in the lounge The door latch to bedroom 3 did not work It would be nice to have some additional pillows, as some of us like 2 pillows And a rubber bath mat for the bath would be appreciated.

• Gillian (10/5): Fantastic home for my Mum and myself to stay whilst visiting my daughter and family. - The property was very well appointed with top of the range appliances, kitchenware, a range of spices and cleaning products. The rooms also had excellent furnishings and were comfortable and spacious. The bathrooms were well equipped with washing, cleaning and toilet products. The bedding and towels were fresh and good quality. The owners had left an ample supply of filtered water in the fridge. There was nothing we didn't like. A wonderful home for our short stay.

• Amanda (10/5): Beautiful property - The pictures don't do the house justice, it was much better in real life, the kitchen was fully equipped with high end gadgets and there was a huge TV. The beds were comfy and the house has two bathrooms and a cloakroom toilet which was a welcome surprise. The mirrors in the master bedroom had been cleaned but were smeared, just a minor attention to detail but didn't let it spoil our stay and wouldn't stop us staying again if we needed to be in the area.
• Price (10/5): Exceptional - Lovely position and nice and quiet. We were attending Goodwood 81st members meeting. Everything was fine no problems
• John (9/5): A very smart yet homely home away from home - Bright and very spacious. Modern and extremely comfortable with every convenience we needed. Everything was perfect and access was very easy. Couldn’t fault it!
• Paul (9/5): Short overnight stop off. - Arrived at the location, and was pleasantly happy with the place and the facilities. Just an overnight stay to visit Arundel castle, so we didnt spend much time in the area. Overall very happy, and would recommend to anybody. Didnt stay long enough to find any issues.

Communication with the owner was prompt & questions answered immediately. There was tea & coffee available and good quality appliances that were easy to use. The house is lovely and light with good decor & very comfortable for a family of 5. Although this didn’t really affect our stay, the parking is quite tight for a big vehicle.

• Julie (6/5): Extremely disappointing. - Great TV. Comfortable sofas. Bedrooms tastefully furnished. Nice bedding and towels. On entry there was overwhelming cooking smells. The kitchen was dirty. The hob was covered in fat splatter which extended to cupboard knobs. Top of extractor fan grimy and the kitchen sink needed a good scrub. A clean dish cloth had not been provided. Other than kettle the only appliance we used was the microwave to warm some milk and I had to wipe this out due to fat on inside glass. This was obviously an owner occupier property and the kitchen was fully stocked with owners food down to potatoes, onions and eggs in cupboard. It was not clear what guests could use as there was not the usual small supply of tea bags, sugar etc. We felt very uncomfortable as there were lots of busy ornaments and owners possessions including religious quotes in the walls. Showers screen was not clean and lots of cleaning products everywhere.
• Dania (10/5): Fantastic - The whole house is amazing . Well equipped, clean, confortable. Overall, everything was excellent. I loved this place if it's possible we will come back. I can't say I disliked anything. Only I don't think this place would be good for someone with bad knees or hurting back ( not me). Because it has a lot of stairs.

• Philip (8/5): Great value, good location, welcoming host, a great stay. Would return. - Well appointed and comfortable, with a pleasant atmosphere and relaxed feel. Although not anticipated, we did meet our host on arrival, which somehow adds to the experience. Good location for visiting the coast, nearest beach accessible by car is Rustington. Arundel is a short car journey away, interesting to visit, but busy at the weekend of our stay. Two large supermarkets nearby, Asda with the fuel station to the East, about 5 mins by car and Sainsbury's to the West, a similar distance. There is an Aldi a short distance further on from Sainsbury's. The Spotted Cow pub which is about 1200m distant and is worth a visit for both drink and food, could be walked to using the footpath on the western boundary of the estate. No complaints, but something of note is that the parking is a little tricky for more than 2 cars; there were 3 cars in our party and avoiding the use of the Visitor Parking Bays, as requested in the guest instructions was difficult. To be fair, none of the neighbours asked for the car to be moved but that might have been because there wasn't any demand. There is a busy road nearby which was noisy at time.

• Mark (4/5): Disappointing - Lovely modern property with great facilities in a super seaside location that we got at an exceptional rate due to a pricing error which the landlady kindly honoured. Unfortunately we were very disappointed with the state of cleanliness in the property. Two toilets were soiled, a shower had scum in it, there was a half eaten kebab in the fridge and kitchen surfaces were dirty.
