• Lena2T (10/5): Perfect location for a relaxing holiday in a house with a really good vibe. - Perfect location, very close (1 minute) to a quiet, uncrowded beach. Within walking distance there are just two small restaurants and a little shop, for anything else you’ll need a car (around 10 minutes’ drive). For us, this was ideal as we were looking for a peaceful place to relax with our kids and dog - we managed very well as the kitchen is well equipped- and loved spending our evenings on the beautiful terraces and in the garden. During our stay, the house near ours (duplex) was empty, so we enjoyed complete privacy. If both houses are in use at the same time, it might just feel a little less private. The house is clean and spacious, with air conditioning that worked perfectly. The third room is accessed via a staircase that might be a bit tricky for small children or older guests, but it’s great for teenagers. The owners were very responsive and answered all our questions right away. Bathrooms are small but clean. We used a lot also the outdoor shower next to the house. -

Este prezentata locatie pentru 3 familii ,camera 3 este un pat pus in pod făra pereti si ușă cu scara pe care nu poti coborâ doar cu spatele.Instalatii sanitare greu de folosit.
• Tatiana (8/5): Comfortable villa near the sea - I enjoyed the privacy the villa provides, the acces to the beach where it is not crowded and noisy as it is on public beaches It would need some renovation, especially the small bathroom

Ne-a plăcut amabilitatea proprietarului, faptul că am comunicat ușor, ne-a așteptat și ne-a dat multe informații despre zona, magazine, restaurante. Ne-a plăcut gradina din fata casei și faptul că ajungeai direct pe plaja. Casa este spațioasă, de la etaj se vede superb marea și bucătăria este utilata cu tot ce este necesar. Am apreciat internetul, aparatele de aer condiționat, parcarea in curtea locației. Băile necesita mici îmbunătățiri
• Renate (9/5): Entspannt und ausgleichend - Gleich hinter der Gartentür ist der Strand. Man kann gemütlich auf der Terrasse sitzen oder auf einem der Balkone. Wir haben uns im Haus sehr wohlgefühlt und das große und ruhige Gelände genossen. Super ist auch die Aussendusche. Es war genug Platz für alle. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter war perfekt. All unsere Fragen wurden schnell beantwortet. Zusätzlich gab es Hinweise für Restaurants, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten oder die besten Strände auf der Haldiki.

Perfect location with very beautiful small beach ⛱️, like a private one, located just 30 meters from the house's veranda. The main bathroom 🚻 needs minor repairs. The shower and the shower curtain could be changed.
• Silviu (10/5): Exceptional - We had an unforgettable experience at this stunning villa! The property was even more beautiful than the pictures,with every detail thoughtfully designed for comfort. The rooms were clean, and well-appointed, and the outdoor area with the garden was perfect for relaxation. The location was ideal offering both privacy and easy acces just a short walk trough to garden to the beach, offering breathtaking views and easy access to the water. The host was incredibly helpful and ensured we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay, and ensured our stay was smooth from start to finish. We can’t wait to return,highly recommend this villa to anyone looking for a peaceful and perfect beach getaway!

• Cristine (10/5): Relaxing holiday at Villa Gerakina - We really enjoyed our stay at Villa Gerakina - a cozy house, very close to the sea. For those who have little kids, like us, the proximity of the beach is perfect. The house is fully equipped, the wifi signal is very good. We loved the sea view terrace and also the view from the master bedroom! The hosts were very kind and helpful during our entire stay! They waited for us with cold water in the fridge, fresh fruits and snacks for the kids and accepted to check us in earlier, even though we gave them short notice. After a long trip, we really appreciated that! Even if it was not an inconvenience for us, the third bedroom, located in the attic, is not suitable for small children.
• Svetlin (10/5): Beatiful place to have pefect vacation - Beatiful place to have pefect vacation. The house is like 30 seconds walk to the beach with nice sea view. The beach is small but not crouded at all which is super nice. It was very quiet and relaxing, the house was well prepared with everything you can eventually need. The owner is very kind and responsive. Overall 10 out of 10.
• Svilen (9/5): I loved it, I realy recomend. - One of the highlights of our stay was the proximity of the beautiful beach, which was just a stone's throw away from the house. We absolutely adored the lovely garden, where my family and I spent the majority of our time enjoying the tranquil atmosphere. Not only was the beach itself stunning, but the rooms in the house were also comfortable, and we were pleased to find that everything we needed was available. In addition, the host was very kind. Although our overall experience was wonderful, we encountered a minor issue with the third room didn't have a door, so sometimes it was quite noisy. In addition, the place was close to the city centre, but you should have a car to go there and to the supermarkets also.
