- Francesca (9/5): - Molto comodi la posizione, a pochi minuti dal centro, e il parcheggio gratuito e riservato vicino all'ingresso della palazzina. Arredamento nuovo e curato. C'è tutto l'essenziale per prepararsi qualche pasto. Comodissimo anche il balcone con stendino per i panni, e la bella terrazza con frangivista per rilassarsi in privato, dove abbiamo fatto le nostre colazioni al fresco e all'ombra. Appartamento luminoso (eccetto il bagno non finestrato) e ben arieggiato. Biancheria di buona qualità. I proprietari sono stati molto gentili e rapidi nel rispondere ai nostri messaggi. Molto carini nel farci trovare in frigo delle bevande fresche. È andato tutto bene. Segnalo giusto che c'è qualche gradino da fare per arrivare al primo piano, perché non c'è l'ascensore. Nella camera da letto va tenuta la porta finestra chiusa, per non sentire i rumori della strada negli orari in cui è trafficata (strada che comunque dista diversi metri, perché la stanza dà su un parcheggio). La camera è dotata in ogni caso di un ottimo condizionatore.

The host is very kind, and among other things, he can recommend good taverns in the area, which really don't disappoint. Great for a few days in Ravenna.

Ho apprezzato tutto: la possibilità di parcheggiare comodamente all’interno del cortile è stata molto comoda, soprattutto considerando la vicinanza al centro, facilmente raggiungibile a piedi. La struttura era pulitissima, curata in ogni dettaglio. Ma ciò che ha reso l’esperienza ancora più positiva è stata la gentilezza e la disponibilità dei proprietari, davvero cordiali e accoglienti. - Denise (10/5): Exceptional - This is a lovely place to stay. Immaculate with a gorgeous deck to enjoy the sun. Very well appointed and really close to the old town. Would stay here again!
- Wojciech (10/5): The best hosts and place in Ravenna! Strongly recommended! - This is the best place in the world! I travel a lot and since ages I've not seen this kind of hospitality and kindness. Marco not only let us check-in earilier but also took us from railway station and together with Rosita warmly welcomed us in the apartemnt! The place was clean and great one - spacious and comfortable - all what needed we had there. Good coffee and tea were avaialbe, kitchen was well equipped. Also, we had a great suprise in the fridge - Prosecco wine. Location is just perfect - close to city and all atractions. We loved this place! And would be great to come back there one day! :) Thanks Marco&Rosita!
