In quanto l 'host ha cancellato la prenotazione, facendo si che ci venisse ugualmente ADDEBITATA. LA NON DISPONIBILITA' DELL'HOST

• Jet (9/5): Great spot, very nicely decorated. It has a nice fibe and the location is excellent. - The is a great spot in town, quite spacious and nicely decorated. Bed was great as was the WiFi. Supermarket 20 metres away as well as coffee bars and so on. - no street noise. Small kitchen. We really enjoyed our staff and staff was very kind Water pressure in the shower is not great but the bathroom itself is very clean and spacious. Towels were great.

Piccole accortezze come la riparazione di un cassetto del bagno o una bottiglia d’acqua in frigorifero alzerebbero il livello della struttura.

• Nelson (5/5): "Hotel Hell", "Psycho", "the psycho on the front desk" - Central location close to the central train station and easily accessed by commuter bus. Huge apartment in a heritage historic building (like every building in the city) though the actual space could have been better utilized by dividing it into rooms (bedroom, living room, kitchen) and not as an open floor plan which gives it a cavernous and cold feel. Very secure building with groceries, cafes, restaurants and shopping only steps away. Some issues with the general state of the apartment. It looks like it needs some repair in certain areas and equipment upgrade. I'm including photos at the end to show which items I had issues with. The coffee maker was broken and unusable.More about this later. The shower head needs replacing as it was spraying water over the glass enclosure. I had to drag a chair to reach it and somehow managed to tighten it. It's by no means a permanent fix. The same with the bathroom sink faucet. The nozzle needs changing as it sprays uncontrollably into the sink basin even at medium volume/intensity. The toilet flush control face panel was coming off the wall the first time we used it and would not stop running (stuck) until you press it again when you feel it's run long enough. It (the flush button panel) finally came off completely after just a few uses. There's what appears to be a panel with a wood cover/door next to the bed. It's a small but solid wood door. It's shoulder height and someone heading to this side of the bed would brush it inevitably with their shoulders when getting into this side of the bed. This. Wooden door panel is not attach by a hinge and where there was one was mhas completely rusted away. My wife and I both brushed by it during our stay, resulting in it falling and crashing to the floor. They need to reattach this with a hinge and a lock if they want to keep it for maintenance use. I found a masking tape in the apartment luckily and taped it shut. The sofa is in bad need of cleaning. There appears to be a stain on one of the seat cushions. This brings me back to the coffee maker. Not everyone likes to run out for coffee at a cafe in the morning and we're one of those people who like to start easy by making our first coffee of the day in our apartment. We asked for a replacement to be delivered as quickly as possible as this item happens to be very important to us. We never received a replacement.

• Mts13 (7/5): Disappointing considering the price - The apartment is deceptively nice but very dark. Very large room effectively a studio which has been split with a partial wall to distinguish between the bedroom and living room. Kitchen adequate and functional. Bathroom looks nicely tiled with good shower. Plenty of hanging space with a lot of hangers. Fantastic location cost to Piazza Aldrovandi, Univ district, and Carrefour next door. Fairly quiet considering a busy street address. Lack of attention to detail by mgmt co. Fancy coffee machine had incorrect pods. Bought the correct pods only to find the machine didn't work at all. Thankfully there was a bialetti to use Pans had been quickly washed and were still dirty and wet. Linens and towels of poor quality considering the price point of this apartment. All of the pillows and duvets in the cupboard did not smell fresh or clean.
• Lyudmil (5/5): Neglected! - The location is very good. And that is probably the only good thing about it. The property is neglected! The wardrobe is full of old smelly pillows and sheets. The coffee pods provided don't fit the coffee machine. Many guests mention this in their reviews. However, the host didn't bother replacing them. We bought other pods, only to find out they don't fit as well. The coffee machine couldn't start anyway and I think it is only there for the photos. The toaster looks gross. I wouldn't dare to use it (if it works at all). The fake leather of the bed back cushion is peeling off and covering the whole bed and pillows in small bits (very annoying). That was also mentioned by other guests, but the host probably thinks it's fine. The bed is not very comfortable and the sheets are of cheap material and make you sweat. I doubt they were freshly washed, because they didn't smell fresh. And last, but not least is the communication with the host. Or should I say the lack of it. I contacted the host before check in, to request some extra sheets for the sofa. When we checked in, the sheets were not there and the host didn't reply at all. We also asked if we could check out late or leave our baggage in the flat. The host didn't reply to that request either. In fact, he didn't respond to us for the whole duration of our stay (4 nights). I never had this experience before. It's very sad, because the place has potential and can be much better with a few touches and proper hosting. However, at the moment it is neglected and I am not sure how it got a score over 8. I wouldn't book there again and I don't recommend it, unless you are looking for a central location and the price is very good.
• Sara (8/5): Good apartment, communication could be better - The apartment it's in an amazing location, right next to the centre. It was quiet at night and comfortable, we had a good stay. It had everything needed for a few days although it could do with a little renovation. The communication with the host was slow and not helpful. He didn't come to open the main door, we managed to access because a neighbour came in and told us where to get the keys from (unrelated person to the apartment). The wifi password was wrong too, and took 24h to get the right one. The apartment could do with renewing and the heating wasn't great.

Host welcome text message & response to queries was prompt. Apartment was well appointed ie furniture, decor etc but we were disappointed with little things missing, no pillow cases on additional pillows, pillows on bed were flat, Kitchen lacking some supplies eg paper towel,clean sponge, dishwasher tablets, rubbish bags etc As I said apartment is well appointed but it was the little things that really lowered our scores/ratings.

Lovely comfy bed, very spacious with good kitchen size and things to use. Shower very powerful and a great wake up of the mornings. Tv with Netflix etc. I actually found the fact there were a lot of hangers in the wardrobe very helpful! During the week could get a bit noisy from outside in early hours and early mornings but this didn’t affect us too much. The apartment is set back and quite shaded so it remains quite dark. I think the coffee machine may have had the wrong pods as they didn’t fit. Really there was nothing to moan about!!

The studio was incredibly beautiful, neat, and super clean, exceeding my expectations. It had everything I needed and more. The room was spacious! Not only was it worth the money, but it was also very affordable. The location was perfect, right in the middle of the city center, so I could easily walk everywhere. I loved that it was in an old building, yet beautiful and modern inside. Unfortunately, there was construction in the building area, right next to the studio. However, it was beyond the owner's control, and it didn’t really bother me since I was always out while they were working.

• Helen (10/5): Stylish apartment combining character and comfort in prime location - Beautiful apartment, more spacious than I expected. Located on the first floor of a historic building, it has been renovated to a very high standard and with considerable attention to detail. It is a short walk to bars and restaurants (nearby Piazza Aldrovandi and more) but very quiet and peaceful inside. The host was super helpful and gave plenty of suggestions regarding the best restaurants in the vicinity. Will definitely return and highly recommend!

• Raúl (9/5): A great finding - Location wise it was great! The appartement was super spacious, with tons of amenities. The bathroom was great, everything clean, and the bed was super comfy. If you're not sharing beds, bare in mind that the sofa-bed was not as comfy, but to be expected! Definitely a place to easily recommend! When we arrived due to a problem with the cleaning service provider they didn't have the appartement ready. However, after contacting the owner, everything was solved.
