- Aynur (5/5): Overall experience would be good if host wasn’t that ignorant. I understood he was just managing apartment and owner was - View was amazing, rooms were good, beds were decent size. Kitchen had most of stuff needed, big fridge and enough space to accommodate 4 people We arrived at 18:00pm, someone still was cleaning the pool. I had to request several times before they turned on filter for pool. Steps to the entrance were unsafe with concrete piece blocking normal steps, which could easily cut you if not careful. Have to get 3 floors upstairs to get into apartment which is not easy if you have heavy bags. We requested proper pillows , as they did have decor pillows, but host just responded that he will mention to owner and no response - no pillows were provided. Swing chair at terrace was dirty and when asked to remove and clean it, host just removed it and never brought it back. Also when requested to handover apartment , host did respond that he can only take the key at 10:00 am, while we needed to leave earlier, so had to leave key outside. Understand this may not be big deal, but host was completely unresponsive and ignored our requests.
