• Alessandra (6/5): - posizione ottima in pieno centro, a piedi si raggiungono tutti i luoghi di principale interesse in 10 minuti. stanze grandissime, spazio adeguato anche ad un gruppo numeroso. ottimo il prezzo zona rumorossisima , difficile riposare la notte. infissi un po " datati" che non schermano il rumore. sempre le finestre purtroppo le abbiamo trovate molto sporche.

• Alice (5/5): - Location was excellent, very spacious rooms,.wifi was good, secure building. Kitchen was disappointing (not enough utensils for the number of people), some beds were not comfortable, windows unable to be opened/closed, shower needs proper cleaning.
• Alessia (8/5): Centro Catania - Posizione centralissima. Facilità di check in anche in tarda serata e disponibiltà del proprietario Poca insonorizzazione dei serramenti. Avendo fatto il we, gli schiamazzi sono stati molto percepibili. Un po' di difficoltà per il parcheggio ma basta armarsi di pazienza e si trova.

• Fernando (1/5): Un atentado contra la salud y la seguridad – nunca reserven aquí - Nada Durante nuestra semana en este alojamiento, la experiencia fue pésima e imposible de disfrutar. Desde el primer día encontramos cucarachas en la cocina, toallas, sábanas y colchones sucios, y humedades por toda la casa. Varias ventanas y estanterías estaban rotas y en mal estado, una ventana incluso a punto de desprenderse. A ello se sumaron ruidos constantes de obras, utensilios de cocina viejos y sucios (ni siquiera las cucharas estaban en condiciones) y un sistema absurdo de llaves que dejaba sin luz a quienes se quedaban dentro. En definitiva, el alojamiento estaba sucio, deteriorado y mal mantenido, lo que nos impidió estar cómodos en todo momento. No se parece en nada a lo que se anuncia y no lo recomendaría bajo ninguna circunstancia.

• Mersad (7/5): Great location, spacious place, good price, needs to be cleaner. - Great location, spacious apartment. Need better cleaning of space. Sheets and towels are clean, but all other things need to be better clean.
• Rachel (5/5): - The appartment was big We went with our own cars and we booked for 2 nights we only make one night because first night was horrible we parked the cars near the appartments and int the first night they broke one of our cars. I sent the owner that we are leaving because we can leave cars outside i told him to give us half of the money that we didint stay.(second night) but he didint want. Because we have to booked in another hotel outside catania. there are much thiefs. And in midnight there were much noises in the street that we cant sleep

• Victoria (6/5): Very like student accommodation - Great central location, good communication from the host, secure entrance Not very clean, we needed to wash all pots before use, one bed was broken, shower heads worked but nowhere to hook them up for use so had to hold them. One person received some bites.. ?fleas Also at the time of our stay a lot of street noise, single glazing so the sound was very disruptive

• Daniela (7/5): Big appartment in the center - We loved the location of the appartment but if you decide to stay so near the center you have to accept the noisy streets day and night :). The host was nice and friendly.The appartment was clean and big. The paid parking is near the appartment. The beds were uncomfortable.
• Pasi (5/5): Loud place - Central location. Lot's of restaurants nearby. Near to Alibus airport transfer. Can cook in the kitchen and has all the equipment. Very very loud during the night. Beds close to breakdown and noisy. A/C keeps knocking noise in one of the rooms. All the discussion, music and car sounds can be heard very clearly to the rooms loud and clear. Like inside the bar and it was Tuesday. Also seems like renovation is still ongoing in the apartment. Cannot see why this place has over 9 rating.

Since we were a large group of people 2 bathrooms were a bit of a problem, we had to que to use, however we managed. A bit noisy at night however keep in mind that it's in the city centre.
• Charles (10/5): Excellent accomodation - Kitchen fully equipped, all rooms with a/c, appeasement very spacious , location very central and owner Ivan very helpfull and flexible.I 100% recomend,no regrets staying there Only one little thing 2 flushing need to be repaired
• Kayleigh (6/5): Not Bad - Good Central Location and Spacious Flat. Considering the money paid it was ok The flat needs a lot of maintenance - Living room AC doesn't work, 2 TVs none of which work, the flushing was broken, beds were very squeeky.

Good communication with Hera wia Whatsapp. Apartment is a bit old, Table in the kitchen is very small - only for 4 people, we were group of 11 friends.
