Notre chambre était grande mais la petite terrasse aurait mérité un coup de balai. État général. La piscine est ouverte aux personnes extérieure. Beaucoup de monde et de bruit le week-end. Rapport qualité bof bof. Pour le même prix, l’hôtel Barceló en face me semble bien mieux.

• María del Carmen (5/5): No lo recomiendo. - La ubicación. Para empezar, el alojamiento está en obras que no te permiten descansar. La limpieza deja mucho que desear. El personal es bastante desgradable, ni te saludan, ni se dignan en ayudarte con nada. No están preparados para trabajar de cara el turismo. Mi habitación tenía unas vistas horribles cuando, hablando con otros huéspedes, por el precio que habían pagado, tenían habitaciones mucho mejores. Previamente yo había solicitado una habitación con vistas si era posible. En la piscina te puedes encontrar con personas que no están alojadas en el hotel pero son familiares de algún trabajador, lo cual es bastante molesto si lo que buscas es algo de tranquilidad. Yo, no lo recomiendo. Soy una persona que no es especialmente exigente, pero valoro una buena atención, educación, tranquilidad y limpieza.

Destacar la amabilidad en recepción de Lura que nos dió un up grade de habitaciones con vistas al mar y nos ayudó , con mucha dedicación, a buscarnos un conductor para una excursión. Buen trato también de RRHH que nos ofreció un late check out sin cargo. El espacio de la piscina es agradable cuando no hay gente. Mejoraría el servicio de resturante que a pesar de tener un espacio privilegiado tiene una carta con platos que deberían mejorarse y servicio lento.

Suite à une demande de remboursement pour la moitié de notre séjour, nous étions rembourser sans aucun problème ! Pas d'eau chaude dans l'établissement, suite une problème technique, malgré notre passions après deux jour sans eau chaud nous avons quitté l'hôtel, nous étions rembourser sans problème. Dommage nous étions pas avertir à notre arrivée!

The pool and outside areas were clean. The food at the Panorama bar was fine. Overall, I think it is overpriced for what the hotel offers. I particularly didn't like the fact that they only provide 1 small bottle of water upon arrival and don't provide any for the rest of the stay. They charge the small bottle of water around 2USD if you take it from the mini bar in the room! When a hotel charges a room around 100USD, a client should get at least a free bottle of water every day and certainly, not be charged triple if they take it from the minibar! It felt like trying to rip you off :( I was also called once from the reception desk to return the iron I had borrowed, after 10pm. I was sleeping at that time and it was a disturbance. The minibar makes a bit of noise during the night in the room, but overall the hotel was quiet.

Есть возможность также ужинать в небольшом ресторанчике с видом на океан. Цены доступные. Возле отеля есть отличный небольшой пляж с рестораном. Есть шезлонги с под пальмами, около 4€ за 4 часа. Коктейли по 4-5€. Только положительные впечатления!

• tim (2/5): Very disappointed and won’t be staying or recommending again,I have a video of the shower tray problem - Sea views Staff were helpful but restricted in their abilities to overcome problems addressed Ear busting music on the day of arrival Tv had to be changed on night one Toilet continuously dripping Wash basin when emptying caused a wash back from the shower trap,leaving effluent to slowly redrain and leave a disgusting residue on the shower tray,this obviously had a very bad odour Rave on local beach on New Year’s Eve started circa 22.00 and finished 12 hours later,the reverberation going through your body for the entire time. Final straw was washing 110 minutes to be served a meal at night on the first January,my wife’s meal was inedible,all happening whilst further diners came ate and left before we were served. A reduction was made on the food section of the bill but the point of poor service and food quality was completely ignored. Around the pool was okay but the fact that “day trippers were continually allowed “ these were mainly large families with very young children screaming running etc whilst unsupervised ,there is no management control around the pool area.

O ponto alto é a localização — pertíssimo da Prainha e a menos de 1 km do Kabra Kanela, mas ainda assim a apenas cinco minutos de táxi do Plateau. As instalações são boas, a vista é linda e o restaurante oferece serviço e refeições de qualidade razoável. O ponto negativo é a manutenção dos quartos, que já conheceu dias melhores. Embora não esteja sujo, também não se pode dizer que esteja impecavelmente limpo — pelo menos, não pelos meus padrões.

Sale de bain catastrophique, décoration de la chambre plus que vieillissante et literie pas terrible non plus. aucun rangement a par trois petits tiroir sous le coffre fort impossible de ranger ces affaire ou alfaut qu'on m'explique. Je vous passe les détails sur l'extérieur, les fissure le vernis des barrière et le crépi qui fatigue a certains endroits. La piscine c'est de l'eau de mer ,sur salé, vous pouvez dormir dans la piscine tellement vous flotter. Transat et mobilier du snack de la piscine vieillissant aussi. Le restaurant décevant, temps d'attente interminable on étais 2 j'ai reçu mon plat et celui de ma fille est arrivé 20 minutes après. Si j'avais pu annuler mon séjour je l'aurai fait.

Minua ärsytti ainoastaan vastaanotossa ollut ylimääräinen mieshenkilö, joka häiritsi kirjautumista kritisoimalla sitä, että viivyn vain yhden yön.

• Nadia (10/5): incroyable - Que dire de cet hôtel ? Notre séjour a été juste exceptionnel. Avant cela, nous étions sur l’île de Sal dans un autre 4 étoiles, cependant, ce dernier n’avait rien à voir avec Oasis Praiamar. C’est un vrai très bon 4 étoiles. Les chambres, bien qu’elles puissent paraître vieillottes sur les photos, ne le sont pas : notre chambre était spacieuse, très propre et moderne. Le petit déjeuner est juste excellent, avec plusieurs fruits coupés, différents pains, des œufs préparés à la minute, des viennoiseries, bref, rien à dire. Le rapport qualité-prix est top. Par dessus tout, on aimerait remercier le personnel de cet hôtel, qui est juste incroyable. Cela fait trois semaines que nous sommes au Cap-Vert et les personnes les plus humaines que nous avons rencontrées se trouvent dans cet hôtel. Pour tout vous dire, j’ai chopé une intoxication alimentaire (pas à cause de la nourriture de l’hôtel, je précise) et le personnel a été aux petits soins avec moi. Ils ont permis à mon copain de me ramener quelque chose à manger du déjeuner dans la chambre, enfin, pour être honnête, c’est eux même qui ont préparé. Ils ont mis le tout sur une assiette, couverte par du cellophane. De plus, le lendemain au déjeuner, le personnel s’est empressé de prendre de mes nouvelles. Nous tenons particulièrement à remercier Rosana, qui travaille pour les relations publiques et Angela, responsable du petit déjeuner. Ces deux femmes sont juste extraordinaires. À noter que notre vol n’est que demain matin très tôt et que l’établissement nous a accordé le late check-out. Rosana a d’ailleurs appuyé notre demande. Tout ça pour dire qu’ils sont vraiment arrangeants. Nous avions hésité à réserver le 5 étoiles de Praia, mais nous n’avons aucun regret : vous pouvez venir ici les deux fermés ! Délétroz Nadia -
