- FRANCISCO (3/5): VIEJO E INCÓMODO - No devuelven dinero si cancelas, aunque sea en tiempo y forma. Falta de limpieza de los roperos y roperillos de cocina. Colchones y almohadas viejas e incómodas. Mampara de la ducha que no rueda. Mobiliario antiguo, falta de reposición de bombillos de lámparas y luminarias.El chill out de la azotea viejo y mal conservado. Toallas en el suelo junto a la puerta.

- Jyrki (9/5): Relax and enjoy - Roof terrace was superb. Not luxury but you can see mountains, sea and a lot of other roof terraces. Shadow in the morning, sun in the afternoon. Please consider that this is how many people in Spain live. Houses build next to others. This house is on the main street.

He goes out of the way to help. He drove me to pick up my rental car and brought local tomatoes. The bathroom shower doesn’t drain fast, sliding door is loose and the shower head doesn’t have a place to hang.
- Florence (7/5): Good - Good value clean apartment with kitchen in Agaete. There is a roof terrace but I did not take advantage of it because it was raining. Weird layout and grandma deco. No homy feeling. All windows look into a courtyard (so your "view" is a wall) and there is very little natural light and no view. Shower was hot for only 2 minutes. Front door is difficult to lock/unlock.
