- Bradley (6/5): Good for one night but not suitable for a longer stay. - Good location and very clean. There were some considerable oversights. Despite there being a hob, there are no pots and pans meaning that you can't even boil or fry an egg. No toaster or microwave. There is a filter coffee machine but it is unusable because no filter papers are provided. Most astonishingly, however, there is no iron and ironing board. Considering that the property's target audience are travellers, it's baffling that there's no iron and ironing board! There is a big problem with mosquitos. Although the hosts can't necessarily control the presence of mosquitos, we unfortunately couldn't have the window open because there are large gaps in the anti-bug netting that they've attempted to put up. What's the point in having netting up if there's a 10cm gap above and beneath it, meaning that insects can easily get inside? Having to keep the window shut was disappointing as it was warm and the room then became very dark (there's only one window!). The check-in process was also disappointing. They charge 30 euros for 'late check-in' (after 8:30pm, which isn't even late) and 50 euros for the latest check-in (after 10:30pm, which is understandable). This money was demanded in cash on the spot (perhaps just an opportunity for them to make tax-free money from clients). This lack of transparency was very disappointing because they did not appropriately advertise this beforehand and it felt like an unaccommodating demand. (Also note that the property price does NOT include the city tax, which for me was 44 euros.) Despite the excellent location, I wouldn't stay here again. The property is ill-equipped and overpriced. "All style, no substance" comes to mind.
