Asked the host for help or to change the mattress with the empty suite she very abruptly said that was not possible. The one shower had a curtain that leaked all the bathing water onto the floor that could be hazard.
- Quluba (1/5): The owner was racist according to my observation - Nothing She took our deposit and refused to give us back on checking-out time but we damaged nothing. The owner ill-treated us for the during of our stay making us feel like we students, knocking at our rooms and order us to sleep, refusing us to host visitors on a stipulated time for them.

- Xabiso (8/5): Good experience - The owner was friendly and helpful. The apartment was clean, and all of the kitchen equipment we needed for cooking was available. We didn't have a problem with hot water during our showers. There was a trampoline that we used during our free time. None.

- Nas (5/5): unhappy disappointed client - the peace and quiet of the area.the host was friendly the accommodation was sub standard the ensuite suite is seperated from the entire family unit with its own enterance like 2 seperate units .the lounge has just one 2seater couch in front of the tv.the ensuite room has a plastic wardrobe.

- Mathe (6/5): Just ok, could've been better. - The establishment was clean, linen clean and we had sufficient space for our belongings. The host kindly suggested nearby areas where we could take the children for a swim, as well as as transport since ehailing services seemed scarce in that area. The pool area looked shabby, different from what the picture showed. The establishment could use a bit of basic paint. It was upsetting that we could not use the pool as desired considering we had children and there were no pools in the nearby areas, there was a point where the host insisted the children broke something and came back to say they did not. We had to ask for basic things that should've been provided upfront. Very limited and outdated cutlery. Not a single towel. The gas stove was not user friendly, we had to ask the host on 2 occassions for help. It seemed like we were not quite welcome and therefore we were not really free to enjoy ourselves, as we were watched and monitored like children. Every comment kept going back to us possibly losing our security deposit, unpleasant considering we have been taking trips of this nature for over 7 years and know how to conduct ourselves. Then there were sad stories about water being insufficient so we were asked to save water as it will run out. Our 1 guest who came for a brief visit and wasn't there for more than 30 mins was also questioned, as she would "waste" water.

- Alister (9/5): Extraordinarily Chalets - The place is beautiful and peaceful. It has everything you need. Great place to go on a family trip. The owner Fiona is so hands on and supportive. My entire family loves the place and want to definitely go back for a longer stay. 👌❤️ Party has to cut off by 22h30, but we understood that there others around the area. We also look for a peace and quite when we're not parting 😊
