• Alíz (10/5): Szuper! - Nagyon szép, tiszta, jól felszerelt volt a szállás. A hostunk Rafael nagyon kedves volt. Az apartman elhelyezkedése kiváló, minden közel volt, az óváros nyüzsgő forgataga sem volt zavaró, a szoba csendes volt.

• Alan (9/5): Great location, modern, noisey bars.⁹ - Really couldn't be better for location. Apartment lovely and newly fitted. Bathroom very nice but not too much room to move around except in the shower. Beds not really that comfortable. Whilst location is great, there is a great deal of noise from people at bars and the music is really loud until 2a.m. Good window insulation blocks most of the noise, but it must be unbearable in summer.
• Lisette (10/5): Great stay at Cloe Apt! - Great location inside the Diocletian's Palace. Close to great food spots and all the action. Air conditioning worked great! It was a studio apartment, but felt spacious and not cramped. Laundry was just outside of our front door but still inside the building. Very convenient! Never a problem sharing the laundry facilities with the other apartment. I locked my phone inside the room upon check out and our host was so kind to meet us quickly and get it. We so appreciated his help!!

• CHRISTELLE (10/5): Hébergement de qualité avec un emplacement parfait - L’emplacement de l’appartement est top, en plein cœur de la vieille ville. Il est très bien équipé et la climatisation a été fortement appréciée. Nous avons aimé les petites attentions laissées dans le frigo. Des restaurants et bars sont à proximité mais le bruit s’arrête vers minuit, cela ne nous a pas dérangé plus que cela. Nous avons aimé pouvoir laisser nos valises à l’agence jusqu’à notre départ pour l’aéroport ce qui nous a permis de profiter encore un peu de Split. Nous recommandons! Tout était parfait!

• Daniel (8/5): - Great apartment inside the old city. The staff is amazing, for instance they kept our luggage the entire day after our check out. There is a bar just under the apartment that is noisy until midnight and a nightclub that is noisy until 3 or 4 am. Also the washing machine is shared with two apartments. Not a big issue, however this was not mentioned in the description.

• Kristin (9/5): Clean, spacious and great location - We had a great stay! The apartment was comfortable, clean, and spacious... perfect for relaxing after a day out. The air conditioning worked really well, and the shower was big and refreshing. It was also very convenient to have a washer and dryer in the unit. Our host was excellent: friendly, responsive, and easy to reach. The only downside was the bar directly underneath the apartment. It was pretty loud at night. It didn’t ruin our stay, but I did end up using headphones to help block out the noise.

Located 10 meters from a VERY loud nightclub. We did not sleep until 2:30AM, when the club closed. Patrons of the club were in line right underneath the window. Unfortunate.

• Andrew (8/5): - The host was very sweet and met us on arrival to hand over the keys. The apartment was not hard to find and was extremely close to the city center! It was so easy to go back to the apartment to shower and change (it is HOT in the summer)!! How often do you get a washer and dryer in Europe? Almost never and the apartment had BOTH for us to use. That was refreshing and nice. Nothing - it was great. I suppose it was a bit loud at night but I think that is just how the city opperates (who knew there was such a night life in Split), and I suppose I wish there was a better view but the washer/dryer situation and the location blew that out of the water!
• Katie (8/5): Split apartment in heart of old town - Great location and nicely appointed and clean. Had laundry facility for use and a kitchen if you needed that. Above a very noisy bar! Had no idea. Put in ear plugs and closed the blackout blinds and slept well.
• Joanne (8/5): Modern, clean though loud - It was a clean, modern studio apartment as reflected in the photos. The mattress was comfortable. Very convenient to have a washing machine/dryer although it is shared with the neighbouring apartment. Easily accessible to all the cafes, shops etc in the old town. The apartment is on the first floor and directly above a bar which was extremely noisy and sometimes that was until 0200. The location was great in the old town but the noise from the bar and Mexican restaurant did impact sleep. Bring earplugs if staying. Also, the neighbour had the dryer running until 2330 which also created further noise as the laundry is next to this apartment.
• Douglas (9/5): Great stay in Split Old Town. - Excellent location, once we worked out how to get around the Old Town, the property became very handy to most events, dining and transport. As we were touring, the in-house excellent washing machine and dryer (together with a good stock of washing powder etc) made us very happy. Noting - the laundry room is shared with the adjacent apartment - which was unoccupied during our stay. We could have made use of an iron to press some clothes, however there was not one at hand in the laundry during our stay.
• Rachel (9/5): Charming studio in central old town location - Modern, clean and well equipped studio. Located in the old town close to restaurants and all the sights. The apartment is above a busy bar which stays open late and plays loud music. Shutting the window was effective in keeping most of the noise out and the air conditioning kept us cool at night. Of course the charm of the apartment was its central location. So some noise would be expected.

• SUSAN (10/5): A beautiful cool, quiet apartment on the edge of the old Diocletian Palace - We loved everything about this property. It was beautifully furnished and very comfortable and quiet with triple glazed windows and shutters to keep the heat out. The owner provided everything we needed: water and iced tea in the fridge, with tea, coffee, sugar available. The kitchen cupboards were full of every cooking / eating item we might need, and there were cleaning and laundry products available, and access to a washing machine, tumble drier and iron. You name it, the apartment had it. There was a bustling square below with a cluster of bars and restaurants. We loved the Mexican bar: amazing food and drinks. It was our regular haunt. Lots of shops and restaurants down the little cool alleys all around. At midnight there is a strict curfew when all the bars close and this adds to the relaxation of the place. It was absolutely perfect!!! I loved the apartment. It was faultless. I’d recommend it to anytime.
• Jessica (9/5): Perfect location, super clean apartment - The location is perfect, in the middle of old town and super convenient to all restaurants and shops. It’s also about a 10 min walk to the ferry port to Hvar. The apartment is very clean with crisp white linens and everything you need. Washed/dryer were so welcomed and helpful for a family traveling with a young child. The only minor issue is the hot water tank, which seems to run out of hot water by the 4th person taking the shower. However, this seems to be common in European apartments and in the summer this is not a big issue for us. We will definitely return.

The air-conditioning was much appreciated for the 37oC days! It would have been great to have a toaster in the kitchen. A couple of things for future guests: the washing machine and dryer are in a room that is shared by two apartments. The apartment is very central and is one level above the street with bars and cafes below! Although this means that it is not super quiet, the noise is reduced is to background noise due to double windows/glazing.

It was modern, clean and in a great location. The communication between us and the host was excellent. Petra met us with the keys and was very helpful in recommending places for us to eat and get great coffee. There was nothing about the acommodation we didn't like. I will add we were there outside peak season and while we had no issues, there is a possibility you may hear some of the outside noise during peak times.
