- Ameeruddin (1/5): I would advice the guest never visit this property and ask booking.com to remove it from its listing - I didn't like anything in the property. Rooms were not clean and towels were not available in the toilets. The host was very rude and he cheated to ask me for payment of extra charges, government taxes 66 Euros and arrival between 6 and 12 pm as 30 Euros. I paid him extra 96 Euros otherwise he said I can leave the house. My family was very much disturbed with this attitude.

- Jasmine (7/5): Good - Apartment was smart. Very nicely designed. It had great kitchen utensils and was big for a place in Florence. Big bedrooms, bathroom and kitchen. Small balcony too to sit outside. The electricity kept tripping several times during our stay. The owner showed us how to put this back on (down the bottom of the stairs) but it wasn’t convenient when it happened at night in the darkness. There was only 2 of us too so we weren't using a lot of switches. The bathroom light also blown when we were there and it the gas hob hadn’t been turned on at the mains which we didn’t know so couldn’t use the gas hob when planned. Front bedroom was very noisy as it’s in a main road.
