• Volker (9/5): Einfach spitze! - Hier passt rundum alles! Wunderschönes Apartment in einer Traumlage; toller Ausblick über die Altstadt zur Bucht! Man geht raus und steht unmittelbar in der superschönen Altstadt von Herceg Novi! Auch das parken auf dem nur 5 Fußminuten entfernten Parkplatz gestaltete sich sehr einfach! Absolut nichts!

• Yann (10/5): Très beau séjour - Un très bel appartement avec une vue exceptionnelle. C'est très bien équipé et il y a une petite terrasse pour pouvoir être à l'extérieur, mais sans vue. Nous aurions préféré payer à l'avance sur le site plutôt qu'en cash.

Domaćini sve organizuju za vas, od prevoza sa i do aerodroma, prijave boravka, pa do najsitnijih detalja poput sredstava za čišćenje i peškira. Čisto, udobno, sa nezaboravnim pogledom na more i senovitom terasom. Hvala Gabi i Darku i radujemo se idućoj poseti! /
• Alena (9/5): - This place was absolutely amazing! The view was just insane — we couldn’t get enough of it. We especially loved the shaded terrace, perfect for relaxing at any time of day. The apartment itself is really spacious, with two separate bedrooms, which was super convenient. The living room was one of our favorite spots — the armchairs were so comfy and the furniture overall had a lot of character. The kitchen had everything we needed, including a dishwasher and a great coffee machine. We also really appreciated all the little decorative details throughout the apartment — there were so many cute figurines, and the lizard ones were definitely our favorite! The garden surrounding the house was lush and beautiful — it really added to the charm of the place. The location is perfect too, just a few steps from Kanli Kula. Even though the main road is nearby, it was absolutely quiet — we didn’t hear any traffic at all. And last but not least, the host was incredibly sweet and welcoming. We’d love to come back! The only downside was the humidity in the apartment — it was quite damp at times, and our clothes didn’t always dry properly after washing. But to be fair, it was probably due to the rainy and stormy weather during our stay.
• Julia (9/5): Superb - We have just stayed 8 days in this apartment. The host, Gabriele, was very quick to respond to any questions and very accommodating. The apartment was well equipped and very clean. A home from home with everything you need. The view out to the sea was just outstanding from the living room. Great location and a short distance to the old town. There are though a LOT of steps - but even with my mobility issues, I managed (taxis are 2.60€) so I’d walk to the beach and get a taxi back to Kanli Kula and walk the short distance down hill. Perfect location and perfect host. Would definitely recommend staying there - you won’t be disappointed!
• Siarhei (10/5): Amazing place. July-2024, 4 persons. - Wonderful place with super location in a tiny part of old city. The apartment is very clean and decorated with interesting small accessories. It's equipped with all necessary items for a comfortable living. If you prefer cooking you'll find everything you need. And the picturesque view from the living-room will remain in my mind for a long time. Many thanks to Gabriella for a remarkable stay! It's obvious that the hosts have tried and succeeded in investing a piece of their souls to this apartment. Nothing to add.
• Jasmine (10/5): Exceptional - Amazing apartment right in the heart of the Stari Grad. Hosts are so incredibly kind and helped us navigate with the kids and bags. Apartment is perfect for short and long term stays and has everything you might need! Beds are super comfy and the view from the living area is gorgeous! Nothing! Everything was perfect!

• Synne (10/5): Nice, clean apartment in a good location w. a great view, good hosts, and a short walk to the beach. - Nice, bright and clean apartment in the old town, with a great view over the bay/town/sea. Terrace with a nice shade. Mosquito nets on the bedroom windows. It is far from a sterile vacation apartment, it has everything you need for a "normal life", washing machine and drying rack, cooking devices, microwave etc, (even things you might have forgotten to buy like salt/sugar/dishwashing soap/shampoo) and the owner has put a lot of effort in decorating the flat for it to be cosy. Two bedrooms. Nice and helpful owners who did everything they could to make our stay pleasant. Herceg Novi has a lot of stone stairs, which I like, and there are stairs to climb to reach this flat, so just be aware of that if you have any mobility issues. It was just a short walk down thro the old town to get to the beach and the beach promenade. If you are arriving by bus from the Kamenari ferry, jump off at Dubrava bus stop, cross the road (there is also a pedestrian tunnel under the road) and walk down the stairs next to the Kanli Kula fortress. The only thing I didn't like was to give away my passport overnight for the owner to register us at the local police/tourist agency. The passports were returned to us at 10 the text day. This registration process is necessary in Montenegro (you are obliged to register within 24 hours), and since we arrived after the tourist registration office was closed for the day, the registration process had to be done the next day. But to give away your passport for a night is not something you want (or should) do, even to nice and trustable people like our hosts. (I stayed in two more flats in Montenegro this year, one of the places I went by myself to the tourist police during the opening hours the morning after arrival (they called the owner to confirm), at another place the owners registered me/us electronically. The owners of the flat are relatively new hosts, so they will probably be able to register the visitors online after some time. :)
• Anonymous (10/5): It was as near to perfect as you get. - Well equipped and very comfortable. The view from the veranda and balcony were beautiful. It’s in a very quiet location but literally half a minute from from the town which has just about everything you need, eg supermarket, pharmacy, and another chemist type like Boots. Very short walk to the sea, 10 minutes if that. Darko & Gabrielle are lovely and only a phone/text away should you need them. We loved our stay. It is up a lot of steps, and I mean a lot. I’ve put this here in case you have any disabilities. Having said that, I have rheumatoid arthritis, some days I struggled up the steps, but it did not spoil my overall enjoyment and I wouldn’t hesitate to book again.
• Shraeya (10/5): Beautiful apartment with incredible coastal views just steps from old town, restaurants, and beaches. - Property views were incredible. It was perfectly located right above old town, just steps from great restaurants and the beach. There were some stairs needed to reach the property and parking was only available outside of the property for a small charge, but all in all is a beautiful apartment in a great location.
