• Ekaterina (10/5): - I had an amazing long stay at Olga's place, it was very comfortable and felt like home. I had my own kitchen equipped with everything I needed for cooking, there was a small table to have dinner or to work at and another one outside to enjoy the view, which is quite lovely. The location is wonderful too, very close to the train stop and to the bus station. The hosts are very kind and helpful people. The best part for me was one of their cats who took a liking to me and was providing me with his presence and affection daily. Wifi tends to occasionally disappear and come back on a few minutes later, which is a common problem in Montenegro, from what I know. Apart from that everything was great.

Jeden večer nás dokonce pozvali na večeři, po celou dobu pobytu nám zajišťovali pitný režim, mohli jsme se jich na cokoli zeptat a rádi poradili, jsou to opravdu skvělí hostitelé. Pokoj byl sice menší ale útulný. Balkon s hezkým výhledem na hory.

• CARP (10/5): - This place is simply perfect. It’s very well located: very close to the bus station and the beach (on Google Maps it appears a bit farther away, but there’s an underpass beneath the railway that isn’t shown and makes the walk much shorter). The room is small but very well equipped. It has a kitchen with all the utensils you need, an electric kettle, and basic condiments, as well as good bedding and towels, plus a spacious balcony where you can enjoy the sunset or have breakfast. There is also A/C! The bathroom is functional, and the shower is very hot and with good water pressure. Even though it’s small, no water splashes outside while you’re showering! Special mención to Olga and Vladimir which are wonderful and very warm hosts, always smiling and ready to help. We stayed here for only two nights, but we would have loved to stay longer. We will definitely come back on our next trip to Sutomore. Thank you!

Хорошее соотношение цены и качества. Предоставили все необходимое. Есть фен, утюг. Очень милые котики живут здесь что тоже порадовало. Расположение очень близкое к жд станции. Легко перенести вещи с поезда и при этом я не могу сказать что слышала шум поезда.

• ANTON (1/5): Terrible place — no shower, zero privacy, insects in rooms, constant noise, and overall completely unsuitable for a comf - This is a very bad place — if you stay here, you will ruin your vacation. The property is simply not meant to host guests at all. On Airbnb it has a rating of 1 — the lowest possible — and it’s completely justified. 1. Tiny rooms with no shower! Yes, there is literally no shower. Worse than places I’ve stayed in India. 2. Paper-thin walls, zero privacy. You can hear neighbors sneeze, and when someone uses the shower, you hear all the sounds and even feel vibrations. 3. One hot water supply for the whole house. If someone uses it before you, there will be none left. 4. The owners live downstairs, constantly walking around and fixing something. The man looks odd — covered in paint, wearing dirty clothes, and generally gives an unpleasant impression. It also feels like he forgets what happened the day before. 5. There are ants and insects in the rooms — be prepared to share the space with them. 6. A “friend” of the owner lives in one of the rooms long-term. He behaves strangely — noisy at night, talks to himself, drinks, and wanders outside in torn clothes. If you don’t want to ruin your vacation, do not stay here under any circumstances.

Хозяева очень добрые люди, у меня было день рождение и они организовали праздничный стол, всегда были радушны, подсказывали и помогали Из номера вид на горы в тумане, можно завтракать и отдыхать на своем балконе В номере есть все что нужно, и своя кухня, и душ, хорошая посуда, кофеварка, можно готовить и варить кофе Дополнительно для всех гостей есть зонтик, дождевик, сушилка для обуви и бесплатная газированная вода До моря ступеньки, но это не так далеко. Станция поезда рядом, как и остановка, можно спокойно доехать практически в любую точку Черногории Рядом также есть магазины и пекарни Недалеко тропа до разрушенного замка Если бы был письменный стол, я бы поселился там)

Тихо, несмотря на близость жд - поезда ходят редко. Максимально удобно использовать для ночевки перед утренним рейсом в аэропорт. Немного тесно. если быть вдвоем, одному хорошо.

It was very close to the bus and train stations, grocery stores, not far from the beach, and it was a great value. My favorite part? The hosts. Olga and Vladimir were such welcoming, kind folk, who made sure I had everything I needed. I was fortunate to be there during Olga’s birthday. They invited me to celebrate with them and it was the highlight of my trip. Happy birthday Olga!🎉🎈 I didn’t like leaving. I wish I could have stayed longer.

Olga und ihr Mann waren super freundlich, ein früherer Check-in war möglich und zum Abendessen eingeladen. Das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis super, die Toilette zwar eng, aber alles was benötigt wird, war vorhanden (auch zum Kochen). Sehr zu empfehlen, wenn jemand es authentisch, herzlich und gemütlich mag! Gerne wieder!

• Sladjana (10/5): - Домаћини су дивни људи. Олга је пријатна и насмијана жена, која је учинила све да се у њиховом смјештају осјећам удобно и сигурно. Апартман је чист, у фрижидеру вас чека расхлађена минерална вода. Апартмани су у близини жељезничке станице, међутим, то уопште не смета. Градска плажа је веома близу, супермаркети и пијаца. Узимајући у обзир да вас до апартмана води неколико степеница, то примијетите само први дан, послије се навикнете и схватите да вам се кондиција побољшала 😀 Степенице дају драж објекту. Ноћу је било дивно сједити на тераси и слушати док Владимир свира гитару. У смјештају се налазе дивне мачке, иначе љубимци Олгине и Владимирове дјеце. Дјеца су дивна и васпитана. Све ми се допало ❤️

We received a warm welcome, and upon departure, the host kindly helped by carrying our travel bag to the train station. Stairs, but you get used to it shortly.

• Ihunna (10/5): Exceptional - Olga and Vladimir were very welcoming, responding swiftly to my many questions about everything- ranging from transport, food, locations, etc despite language barrier. They patiently attended to my needs with a smile and offered me food and other essentials free of charge. Their children and cats were wonderful, clean , and present if needed while giving me privacy. The view was amazing both day and night. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for an affordable, yet quality place to stay. The house is 5mins away from the train station which links to bar, Podgorica and many other towns. The bus station is a couple more minutes away, but very close. For a solo traveller intending to be cost effective, this was a huge plus. There are many other things to type, but this page would burst, lol! I am most grateful to this family for making my stay memorable. 🤩 The only thing I didn't like was not about the host or apartment. Montenegro is quite hilly and I am lazy walking up steep hills 🙈

• Tonic_svk (9/5): Superb - We have used Olga's apartment just as a luggage storage and place to chill before our evening train to Podgorica But anyway, it is amazing value for the price - room is small, with even smaller bathroom, but AC is there and there are amazing views on Sutomore from the property It is really just few steps from railway station and few minutes by overpass and some steps to the beach Olga is very nice host and we felt welcomed like at home Nothing for the price - small but clean and with a very good location

The AC unit perfectly heated up the room. The kitchen was well equipped to cook a basic dinner and a tea in the morning. Everyting was clean and the bed was really comfortable. There was always enough hot water to warm up after a long hike in the winter The apartman was a bit small, but ok for two people. There were enough storage place. The internet was a bit unstable

I had room with beautiful view of Sutomore surounded by mountains - room was very clean and had everything i needed - it was place I saw myself living in for while if I could. My intention was to stay one night but it turned out to be 4 nights ;) Olga and Vlado are amazing warm hearted and kind people who made my stay so easy and felt like being at home. They helped me with everything and they also invited me for dinner in their place - i had my best time with them in Montenegro and would certainly come back to their place :)

• C (9/5): Peaceful and restful with lovely hosts to boot. - View of the mountains with the sun hitting their peaks was enervating. A relatively easy access to both the town and the main station. The hosts were a wonderful family, sharing and attentive. The view from the balcony was enjoyable and peaceful. Altho small the room was adequate for solo or couples who wish to use it as a base. I should also mention the lovely outdoor meal i was invited to share in with the hosts and the guests. Checking out was also wonderful with me being allowed to leave as late as 18.00 on the day i left due to no ongoing bookings the following day. A very comfortable and welcome stay. Cant recommend the hosts enough The bed was a little hard (not so good if u suffer back issues) and id prefer a fixed shower rather than a hand held. Bathroom was a little cramped for anyone with mobility issues; having said that this is a bit of a climb so i wouldnt expect anyone with such to be staying here. However, these are only minor and perfectly acceptable within the price i paid and tbh, very very good value for the area. Overall nothing major

Owners are amazing Russian family, which will care about you and support during stay as new family member! My stay was perfect, I felt like a home. I will definitely back again! As noticed in prior reviews, there were WiFi problems in few rooms, but now everything is ok, so feel free to stay there - it will be fine!

• Alisa (10/5): Totally recommend this place! - Amazing and welcoming place, all according to the description, even better. A clean and cozy room, had everything for cooking, good air conditioner. The hosts, Olga and Vladimir, were really sweet and friendly, provided hints on the city and travelling. Also an umbrella for the beach 💖 Convenient location - the sea is around 10 mins by walk, the grocery shop is ~5 min, train station ~2 min. Thanks a lot! The Wi-Fi wasn’t perfectly stable

• Vladimir (10/5): Exceptional - Cosy mini-hotel owned by very kind and friendly family, Vladimir and Olga, who run the whole facility themselves. Being located on the hill right above the railway station, it offers you the possibility to get to the beach in less than 10 minutes, and to the station in maybe 2-3 mins.

They cooked us a lovely meal and their house was so close to the beach. The WiFi wasn't the best, but that's a minor issue.

Near to transport lines and stops (train, bus), 3 grocery shops nearby, 5 mins down the street to the city beach. Cozy rooms, fully equipped kitchen and bathroom, nice beds. Big balcony with table for breakfast and dinner under the sunset shine. Stuff is 10/10. Nice married pair will tell you ab everything and help you with most of your problems. Absolutely recommend. Nothing at all.

• Alena (8/5): Very good - The location is great, the hosts are very welcoming, it was a nice stay! The view from the balcony is great. The internet is barely working, which was an annoying surprise. The owner nicely offered to share internet from his phone but it is not a solution if you need to connect a few times a day, so I had to purchase an e-sim and spend money for that. It was not a problem for me but it's good to know that there are stairs in front of the house and I don't think you can avoid climbing it.
