• Julia (3/5): - Leider waren wir von unserem Aufenthalt sehr enttäuscht. Das Ferienhaus war ursprünglich offenbar liebevoll eingerichtet, wirkt inzwischen jedoch deutlich abgewohnt und schlecht instand gehalten. Im Essbereich standen lediglich fünf Stühle zur Verfügung, von denen drei aufgrund nach hinten verbogener Beine nicht nutzbar waren – hier bestand sogar Sturzgefahr. Um mit unserer sechsköpfigen Familie gemeinsam essen zu können, mussten wir Terrassenstühle ins Haus holen. Zudem war anfangs nur ein Trinkglas vorhanden und insgesamt lediglich acht Duschhandtücher. Erst nach mehrfacher Bitte wurden Handtücher und Gläser nachgeliefert, dadurch war der Start unseres Aufenthalts entsprechend umständlich. Weitere Mängel: Die Teppiche waren deutlich fleckig, mehrere Schranktüren waren ausgehängt, Lampen defekt und die Spülmaschine war nicht an den Küchenschränken befestigt. Beim Öffnen kippte sie aus der Front heraus, was ebenfalls ein Sicherheitsrisiko darstellt. Sie Kommunikation mit der Vermieterin sehr schwierig und nicht immer freundlich. Erst nach Einschalten von Booking wurde der Kontakt etwas „flüssiger“. Insgesamt haben wir uns aufgrund der o.a. Mängel und der Reaktion auf unsere berechtigten Beschwerden durch die Vermieterin, von Anfang an nicht wohlgefühlt und können keine Weiterempfehlung aussprechen.
• Veronica (7/5): I’d stay again. - Nice spacious quiet and clean. Lack of supplies There was a piece of a roll of paper towels. The king room only had about 3/4 roll of toilet paper I don’t remember ever having to go buy paper towels and toilet paper on vacation.
• Ahmet (10/5): We had a fantastic time here. Couldn’t have gotten a better home with a better deal. - This is a beautiful home. Very spacious and it feels like home. The beds are comfortable and the rooms are all decorated very nicely. Every room also has a TV with apps to watch whatever you want to watch. We stayed here for a few weeks with our two young children, and enjoyed it very much. It is also a very short walk (less than 5 minutes) to the resort-style pool, which has a lazy river, slide, and even a bar with food. There is a playground for the kids and a beach volley ball court next to the pool, as well as tennis and pickleball. This home is great, the owner couldn’t have done better.

• Vanquaileia (5/5): We had to use the pool at the residence the whole stay - The property was very clean & all utensils & appliances were already there I was locked out when I first arrived due to the pin not working my kids complained about the walls having a lot of old ware on them (spots from previous guests the facility pool was always down and out of order the entire time and that’s the second reason why I chose the location so my kids would have to go far to enjoy themselves I got a sticker on my car due to my husband not having a parking badge for his vehicle when we arrived & I sent messages ahead saying we would need one because I had to cars the whole resort had a lot of rules & restrictions & the benefits weren’t exactly there to accommodate completely so I don’t recommend solterra for me again but the owner of it was very nice although I’ve been vacationing in Florida for almost 9 years in the month of June this was my first experience for everything not to be on point with the resort

• Louise (7/5): Good value for money, but slightly let down by the pool. - Adequate room for our family, clean, hosts were very prompt and helpful answering our questions. Pool didn’t heat for half our stay, did mention to maintenance but wasn’t corrected. Lights didn’t work in one bedroom, wardrobe door was hanging off.

• Erica (8/5): Great home away from home! - Kelly was very quick to respond with all of my concerns. I only wish that I would have had the control of the thermostat /ac to control, rather than having to reach out to her to request for it to be turned on or to be turned off. This became rather frustrating in the middle of the night when she didn’t receive my call until she woke the next day. Also, we had some problems with the pool being a little mucky, no matter how much we use the net to keep it clean the water still never look very clear and it was not on any type of timer to filtrate the water. Other than these small issues the house stay was wonderful. Especially the community Pool house was delightful.

• Khaliliha (10/5): Exceptional - The home was really nice, well equipped with all of the necessities, and very clean. The pool was preheated for us when we got there. The host was real nice and very helpful with anything I needed help with. This is very well one of the nicer homes I have stayed in when my family and I travel to Florida. I would definitely recommend staying here. Shower took longer than expected to get hot. Other than that every thing was great.
