He gave me better info about Niagara Falls than any booklet could have given me. Great place to rest my weary head as I traverse the country. No coffee, I almost cried.

I was there for college orientation for my daughter and it was close to the school, shopping, and restaurants. The room was clean, the shower had the best water pressure I've had in a hotel in a long time. My only regret is I didn't book fast enough to get this hotel for parents weekend. Nothing

• Heather (6/5): Our room was clean and sufficient for a quick overnight stay. - The room was clean, fairly reasonably priced and the owners were friendly. Although there was a refrigerator and microwave, there was no coffee maker, which was a disappointing. The room also smelled too strong of cleaning chemicals. The king size bed was very close to the wall on one side and hard to get out of.

• Audrey (10/5): - The man at check in was so sweet! Love the retro feel and charm. This was by far the cleanest motel I’ve ever stayed in. Quiet and easy.
• Wiktor (9/5): Motel at its finest - Good quality motel for a very fair price. Clean room and bathroom, big and comfortable bed. Really nice and polite personnel during late night check-in, provides all relevant information and instructions. Car parking spot just in front of your doors.

• Preston-Cleary Household (10/5): - The pool was clean and spacious, placed in the middle of the propert. They upgraded us from two quuens and a safe sleeper to a suite with two queens and another room of for a queen bed so we could be next to family who also had a two queen room (all under the same reservation... parents and theor two grown kids with their families. 6 adults 3 kids total. Beds were comfortable, only two pillows per bed, so each person got one pillow. We probably should have asked the desk if there were more pillows available, but we didn't. The bathrooms look they're been remodeled, and the water pressure was awesome. They had soap bars and combined shampoo/conditioner packets. Shampoo and conditioner 2 in 1 worked good. We Doordashed dinner and adult beverages to the motel rooms. If we'd wanted to drive there was a tops, target, dollar tree down the street we could have driven to maybe five minutes away but we were being lazy and didn't want to drive, or walk around in the stores, going to restaurants. We door dashed wings from duffs and pizza from buzzys. Both were very good, highly recommended. Owners were friendly and live on site, after hours, you just buzz the alarm and they come from their apartment off the office. There was lots of security lighting and cameras for surveillance. We felt safe at the property. The parking lot was not dark. We were nervous because one of our family members had viewed a negative post from someone who works in the hotel field... thinking he must have been awful rude and entitled, belittling to the owners. We had a great experience and will return again. It was nice to relax at the end of the night and outside our rooms and talk to each other after getting out of the pool and enjoying our dinner. Parking for vehicles was right outside your door and the other occupants that we interacted with were all nice, there was no riff raff. Looking outside the back windows you saw a fence. Just one pillow per person, again we could have asked if we could get more but didn't so that's on us.

They were helpful and accommodating and it was near food and gas station walking distance. Falls were 10 minutes away. would stay here again.

• Alice (10/5): Some suggestions are to put small (not too wide) shelves up on the wall outside the bathroom where there is an electrica - Close to Niagara Falls. You can take several routes and it takes approx 10 mins. It was a very clean place with a very nice clean outdoor pool with umbrella tables and chairs. We would stay again. Check in/out was very easy and the staff was nice providing helpful suggestions regarding the area. The shower curtain could be replaced as it smelled sour and room was stuffy upon arrival so it smelled a little musty. Once we got the air conditioner going it seemed to clear up. We had a King room and it only had room for one night stand with no way to plug in your phone. Perhaps add lamps with phone ports to plug in phone. Other side of bed was so close to the wall you had to really squeeze in sideways between the wall and bed to get on the bed without jumping on top of it. Bathroom had no exhaust fan (didn’t like as it got really steamy) or wall outlet to plug anything in except where the provided small hair dryer was plugged in, which I guess you could unplug to use. There was only one very small hook behind bathroom door to hang any clothes. More hooks could be added on the wall. Need more electrical outlets to plug things in.

• Nataliya (10/5): - I didn’t expect a motel to be such great quality! Everything was excellent — the room was very cute, with comfortable mattresses and soft pillows, plus clean, white towels. The only thing I would suggest is to clean the air conditioner, as I noticed a smell while it was working. But that might just be me, since I’m very sensitive to odors.
