• Emma (8/5): Phuket stay - La atención del personal. Muy atentos. La comodidad de la cama. Si no se consigue alquilar una moto o coche, es un problema donde está ubicado ya que no hay restaurantes por la zona y las playas están lejos.

• Mattia (7/5): Good - The room, the bathroom, the possibility to rent a scooter, the position halfway from phuket and Patong All the staff has a really bad English and it's really hard to let them understand your needs. Something they should put more effort in what they do...
• Pratibha (10/5): Overall stay experience is good. Satisfactory stay. - Room size is big and comfortable. Room and washroom is clean and overall experience is good. Cafe is nicely decorated. Road side property so you can bit hear the car noise from road.
• Lisa (7/5): Very nice modern rooms with all comforts but far from city - Modern room with all comforts - hot shower, fridge/kettle, plugs and lamp near the bed. Staff were very kind to book me a bus to pick me up outside the hotel since it was far to the bus station. Location. On a main road very far from everywhere. Not even a 7-11 around. Had to get taxis which was around 200 baht each time. No lift, stairs are quite steep but staff will help with the luggage.

• Péter (9/5): Very good - the rooms are clean, they tidy up and change the towels every day. excellent value for money. since the accommodation is right next to the main road, the traffic noise was higher.
• Salin (5/5): Passable - The reception is very nicely designed and built up. The rooms are accessible only by stairs and the room doesn't have any views even though it had balcony as there were grills placed. Bad smell inside the toilet and the water from the tap is flowing with low pressure. The kettle was leaking from bottom and did not replace it even though we informed them.

Daily cleaning. Fake reviews. There were issues with the water system, rooms were a bit small. Poor sound isolation.

• Ian (8/5): Value for money considered good to stay - Friendly staff, great coffee, some accessable nearby eg: laundry, essential shop, shop repair in emergency, mini coffee stall value for money, wellness and for pp who loves quieter location is great. It took about 30 to 35 mins to airport. Good food can be found within the range of 7km. For Muslim patronize. Others option are available like streets food along the road. The hotel itself is using a pump system for water supply. Water pressure is not that powerful but still ok to take shower. Bed is not the best but you still can have a good night sleep..
• Ahmed (5/5): Passable - The package did not include breakfast However, the menu to pick breakfast from was also limited. Hotel kept insisting to pay after each meal and not wait till check out which was a hassle.

• Emil (10/5): Exceptional - The staff was very nice and helped me a lot with a problem I had with my rental car. I asked them to call my rental company and speak with them in the Thai language. They called rental company several times and helped me to solve the problem. The hotel is clean and modern, and my room was spacious and had a balcony. Hotel's location will not be a problem if you rent a car or bike or use cheap taxis.
• Derren (4/5): Not Recommended - The staff were very good, very polite, pleasant and helpful. The bed was like concrete, it would be more comfortable to sleep on the floor. This place is ok if you are in this area for a reason, otherwise it’s not near anything of any use. The rooms are quite small and the water pressure in the shower is poor at best. I’ve absolutely no idea why this hotel has got such good reviews, because this place definitely does not live up to expectations. I would not recommend staying here, you are better off staying in Phuket Town.

I’m definitely going to remember them when thinking about the hospitality that I received there. Thankyou <333 I didn’t like how it was next to the road but it was really close to the pearl factory

• Marie (8/5): Good place for one night stopover - We booked this hotel because we had to get a boat from the boat lagoon the next day and for this the location is perfect. Everything was fine but unfortunately we couldn’t lock the door to the balcony which made me feel a bit unsafe. All in all good for the price :) The bed sheets and towels could be renewed. They both look a bit old and dirty otherwise the place was clean and cute :)
