• Guest (8/5): A stunningly beautiful city and very friendly people. - The staff were all very friendly and gave useful advice on places to visit. Although out of the main city we walked in every day. Buses are available on a regular basis we just prefer to walk. Not so much didn't like but not a great choice of restaurants however the ones we used were great. Again buses available to go into Dubrovnik but ww chose to stay local.

Bem variado. E fornecimento de robe e chinelos. O banheiro tinha um box sem porta, molhando o chão. No quarto do nosso amigo ele encontrou fios de cabelos pretos e longos no cinto do robe após a limpeza do quarto. Ele não quis reclamar porque ficou constrangido. E é muito distante do centro histórico para quem prefere caminhar.

Elma at reception was brilliant, she made a restaurant booking for me, lent me an umbrella when needed and gave me lots of recommendations for things to do. I am super grateful to her for looking after me! The breakfast staff were great too, remembering my room number and drink order each time. They even made a breakfast bag for me to take when I had to leave early for an excursion. This is the best hotel I have stayed in and I would definitely stay here again when I next visit Dubrovnik!

The breakfast options were great with the breakfast room being comfortable. For my stay the location was perfect and the local buses were a great way to get to and from the old town
• ArH (9/5): A comfortable stay in Gruz, surrounded in shops, eateries, and walks to the heart of Dubrovnik - Availability of air conditioning, though fiddly to get going because if the balcony door is not very tightly locked then it will not start. Staff were friendly. My family and I could have small talk with staff at breakfast/reception without being distracting. They offered to check ferry timetables to Hvar as a result of a casual conversation about nice places to visit in Croatia. Fridge in hotel room was highly welcomed. In the warm May weather it was essential for keeping snacks and drinks cool. The fact there was a balcony in such a nice area made the morning and evening air very relaxing. The main bus station in Dubrovnik is only a 10 minute walk from the hotel. This is the final stop for the Platanus airport shuttle bus so it meant we had no issue carrying our hand luggage from the bus to the hotel. There was a generous amount of black tea and coffee stocked in the hotel room. The hotel's facilities team restocked the room every day when it ran out. Beds were comfortable but I only slept well after figuring out how to get the air conditioning going. Supermarkets are a stone's throw from the hotel. A large supermarket, Konzum, and smaller shops like Studenac are less than a 15 minute walk away. The breakfast at the hotel was delicious and plentiful. There were freshly cooked hot dishes like fried eggs and spring rolls along with fresh puddings, pastries, bread, and cereal. Wifi performance was very good in the room. It is not gigabit fibre speed but more than enough for streaming TV/movies and browsing the internet. It is possible to walk to the Dubrovnik old town from the hotel. It takes about 30 minutes with a few hills. However, there are also plenty of orbital buses travelling between Gruz and the old town. There are a number of restaurants and bistros within a 20 minute walk from the hotel. One of our favourites was Amici Cafe and Bistro. They serve alcohol, fresh pastries, and full dinners with appetisers and main courses. There was a lack of a complete TV service in the room. While there was a good variety of channels in multiple languages, several channels like Euronews did not work despite showing on the TV guide. The password for the Wifi is very poorly chosen and if leaked outdoors then there may be loiterers around the hotel using it. Ideally, it should be random alphanumeric text that is changed regularly.

• Heinsdorf (7/5): Overall seems like a good hotel for a vacation but for work less suitable, but stay was still enjoyable. - Very friendly receptionists from arrival to checkout. Breakfast selection is suitable with good selection. Bed was very comfortable and bathroom well functioning. Hotel located 40 walk from old town or a 12 EUR Uber ride or even cheaper busses. Taxi to airport is 40+ EUR. Late checkout isn’t really available due to early arrival of new quests. Internet in the room had intermittent fallouts. Room was surprisingly hot even with aircon on, but an open terrace door helps.

I was looking forward to the pool and the spa. Neither was operating. The pool is due to open next month. The spa has been withdrawn permanently and yet it was advertised as a hotel with a spa. The hotel apologised and said they have informed Booking. Com many times. This is a very serious misrepresentation. No compensation was offered. I would not have booked had I known the real situation. The restaurant is not open in the evening and there was no bar. There is nowhere to relax outside - there are some hard chairs adjacent to a busy road. The staff were friendly especially the breakfast staff.

All the staff at the hotel were all genuine and friendly from Jan who checked me in to the happy girl at breakfast who mead a fantastic Caffe Latte for me every morning . Breakfast was excellent, it looked like some thought went into the preparation of the food and the range where it catered for everyone which is lacking in a lot of the bigger hotels . The towels could do with an upgrade but are still ok.
• Ya-Ting (9/5): Ich kann es wärmstens empfehlen. - Das gesamte Personal des Hotels war äußerst freundlich und zuvorkommend. Das Frühstück war sehr reichhaltig, abwechslungsreich und vorzüglich. Vom Hotel sind es etwa 40 Gehminuten zur Altstadt, zudem gibt es direkt vor dem Eingang eine Bushaltestelle, die eine hervorragende Anbindung bietet. Die verfügbare Tiefgarage macht das Hotel besonders für Gäste mit eigenem Fahrzeug ideal.

• Jakub (7/5): Good choice to discover the city - Very friendly and helpful staff, the hotel was very clean, breakfast were every day a very good start for the whole day - as for me very good, a good choice for someone who wants to explore the city! Dubrovnik Pass helps to reduce the costs of transportation! The street is very noisy at least till 24 hours and as from 5-5:30, so you need to close the window, in other words: the hotel for air conditioning friends! On the other hand, the fridge was noisy as well so it helps only partially.

Een werkelijk heerlijke, zeer ruime kamer, gelegen aan een rustige straat. Daarbij ook nog een prachtig uitzicht. Het ontbijt was niets op aan te merken en de vriendelijkheid van het personeel was bijna overweldigend. Ook is het een relatief klein hotel en dit maakte de persoonlijke benadering alleen maar beter. Geen gebruik gemaakt van de wellness, maar dat zal ongetwijfeld ook uitstekend zijn. Tot slot, bushaltes zijn vlakbij, waardoor je in korte tijd in de oude stad bent. Echt een aanrader dit hotel. Niets op aan te merken.

• bfe75d1913277288a6ef93c20e93ed44 (8/5): Très beau séjour, confortable, très propre, personnel serviable et facile d’accéder à la vieille ville. - Personnel accueillant qui font tout ce qui est possible pour rendre notre séjour agréable. Le déjeuner inclut était très bon. Il y avait beaucoup de choix dans le buffet. J’ai demandé un café latte avec lait d’amandes et c’est ce qu’ils ont préparé. Malgré le temps de l’année où nous y sommes allés, il faisait un peu trop chaud dans la chambre. J’ai tenté de mettre en fonction l’air climatisé sans succès. On nous a dit que le système central n’était pas encore en fonction.

Ok. 10 minut autobusem miejskim do starówki, bardzo dobrze skomunikowane miejsce. Super uperzejmy i pomocny personel. Hotel czysty i praktyczny. W okolicy dużo tańsze i dobre restauracje jak np. Porat. Polecam ten hotel jako bazę na zwiedzanie Dubrownika.

Breakfast was beautiful Anya and Lidya were so friendly and so helpful coffee was amazing . The room was perfect bed comfortable . Location was perfect close to old town and Lapad which was great. Buses right there Definately will recommend this place 👌 Only thing I could say was the rooms were all set on temperature. Settings and programed . Myself struggled from 3am waking up extremely hot . We are i there spring so understand the programming of the temp.

• 33fd084e036a73cc62417aca17cdaa93 (9/5): - I loved the location. We could walk to the Old Town, a 40 minute walk, but you could easily walk to a near by bus stop. The hotel room was very comfortable and spacious. It certainly had a spa feel. The sea view from the balcony was a bonus. For breakfast, there was a good choice of hot and cold foods and excellent coffee on offer. Due to our stay being at the beginning of April, the pool was not available or the option to sit round the pool. The hotel did not provide evening meals.

• Jill (9/5): Wonderfully welcoming hotel team and a great nights sleep. - We had a room with a balcony so it was bliss to be able to,open the door and have fresh air in the room. Shutters allowed security to enable this. The hotel is modern and well placed for the ferry and bus station,also local buses which run every 15 minutes to get to Old Town. Best thing was the staff, so helpful and friendly. They wanted to engage with you. It’s a long walk from old town so you have to get familiar with the buses pretty quickly. That said, it’s no big deal.

• Buchinger (10/5): - Super Lage, sehr nettes Personal könnten das Zimmer vor 14:00 beziehen. Toller Parkplatz in der Tiefgarage!
