The place was clearly not properly cleaned, there was dust everywhere, especially in the outdoor areas, and the bedsheets had multiple visible stains. We also paid extra for breakfast, which turned out to be extremely poor. It consisted of just two pieces of plain white toast and scrambled eggs, both of which were dry and unappetizing. Overall, this place did not meet even minimum expectations in terms of cleanliness or value for money.

• Jeffrey (8/5): - Ruime kamer met groot balkon. Prima verblijf voor een nachtje om naar de Gili’s te gaan. De gordijnen verduisteren niet waardoor je mensen in de kamer kan zien. Daarnaast kon de hygiëne in de kamer beter (douche niet schoon en veel stof).

• Bernice (3/5): Convenient for Bangsal Pier but not much else to recommend it - Very convenient to Bangsal Pier for the ferry to Gili islands the next morning. 2 minutes walking distance to the pier. The traffic noise was so bad I couldn’t sleep. Accommodation is on a very busy main road. Also the room was dirty, sheets on bed smelled bad, tiles in the bathroom shower hadn’t been cleaned, you could see dirt/toiletries residue in the walls and that hadn’t been washed off.

• Felicia (8/5): Aanrader op doortocht naar de boot of naar rinjani tocht - Geweldige locatie als je de boot moet hebben en klein maar fijn zwembad. Eigenaar van deze accommodatie is geweldig lief Airco stond op standje diepvries en geen afstandsbediening in de kamer. Stond op de 17 graden en gericht op bed met slechts een dun laken. Ik heb de hele nacht liggen bibberen ondanks t-shirt en top eroverheen na een drie daagse rinjani tocht

• Julia (8/5): Fijn verblijf - Bij aankomst, na het beklimmen van de Rinjani, konden we gelijk onze was laten doen. Dit was dezelfde avond alweer klaar. We dachten eten te bestellen bij het hotel, om daarna snel te kunnen gaan slapen. Dit werd na 1,5 uur gebracht door een externe partij.

• Norbert (10/5): Prezes Abdullah załatwi Wam wszystko - Pan prezes Abdullah wszytko Wam ogarnie od A do Z - my mieliśmy już wcześniej wykupione wycieczki ale miał wiele w ofercie, kilka razy potrzebowaliśmy transportu np. do Mataram i ogarnięte od ręki, gdy wróciliśmy o 22 i większość restauracji była już pozamykana za chwilę załatwił nam pyszne jedzenie na dowóz. Za samą obsługę daję 10 od serca. Uważajcie na naciągaczy w porcie którzy od razu biorą walizki z łódek i oczekują zapłaty za przejście kawałka z wami i pchanie walizki na kółkach

• Abby010 (6/5): - The location was close to the bangsal port which was nice. The owner scammed me by offering to take me to the port & give me a cheap boat ticket. He told me it was 125K but it was actually only 25K. The beds had no curtains and each room only had one bathroom.

• andres (2/5): No volvería nunca - Lo único bueno es que está cerca del puerto, todo lo demás negativo Llegamos sobre las 17:30 y no tenían toallas, nos dijeron que en 5 minutos las traían y después de bajar 3 veces a decírselo uno de ellos se movió, más de una hora esperando las toallas para ducharnos, y al día siguiente mi chica apareció con picaduras de chinches o pulgas según nos dijo un médico
• jose manuel (7/5): - El personal, el dueño muy simpatico y amable, y la habitacion es bastante grande La habitacion no esta insonorizada y se escucha muchisimo ruido de la calle, las cortinas son transparentes y entra mucha luz de la calle( podrian ser unas cortinas oscuras para que no entre la luz) y la cama estaba bien, pero las almohadas muy bajas ( para mi gusto muy incomodas) pero eso ya es a gusto de cada uno

• haizea (8/5): Buena opción cerca del puerto Bangsal - Es una buena opción si necesitas estar cerca del puerto Bangsal. Habitaciones amplias y limpias. El baño también está genial. La piscina también estaba limpia y se agradece un baño.El personal también fue muy agradable. Estar cerca del puerto también tiene sus aspectos negativos. A la tarde, hasta las 8pm hay bastante ruido. Las oraciones se escuchan muchísimo. Para cenar no hay nada cerca, cenamos con lo que había en un super que estaba al lado.

• Junaidah (6/5): Ok for on night stay - Location, was perfect for us to go to Gili the next day since it is near port Our room directly on the street side which is very loud all the time which is hard to sleep or rest. Maybe because it is new hotel, but definitely missing a place to hang your towel or something else to hang and as well place to store your luggage or bag.
• A (5/5): Scostumato - La posizione é comoda per prendere i traghetti dal porto di bangsal In fase di check in quando ho cercato di capire se si potesse davvero pagare con carta, visto che proprio il giorno prima avevo inviato un messaggio alla struttura dalla quale avevo ricevuto risposta positiva, il signore alla reception, infastidito, ha iniziato ad essere aggressivo a urlare e sbattere il pos sul tavolo. Alla fine ovviamente ho dovuto prelevare. La pulizia: la pulizia della camera lascia davvero a desiderare.

• Dominik (6/5): Praktisch für frühe Abfahrt mit Boot, sonst überteuert und nicht für Urlaubstage geeignet. - Kurzer Fußweg zum Hafen für Boote zu den Gilis und Bali. Es war sehr laut neben der Straße, nichts um Geräusche zu reduzieren. Dauerhaftes Licht im Gang scheint von außen aufs Bett, keine abdunkelnde Vorhänge.
• Mari pau (8/5): Bona ubicació a un preu molt assequible - La ubicació és molt pràctica si has d'agafar un vaixell al matí següent ja que està molt a prop del port. L'amfitrió ens va portar el sopar a domicili d'un warung familiar proper i el menjar estava molt bo! La zona de nit és molt fosca i no hi ha gaire a fer.

La lumière qui éclaire la chambre toute la nuit (pas de rideau occultant), l'absence de mobilier ( pas même une chaise pour poser la valise), le petit déjeuner très moyen.
• Ilona (9/5): Prima overnachtingshotel - Lopend vanaf de haven naar de accomodatie in circa 5 minuten. Prima plek voor een overnachting. Kamers waren schoon, bedden waren goed. Ontbijt bieden ze aan en dat was prettig en prima. Vlakbij een moskee, waardoor we allemaal om 04.30 wakker waren. Er is een zwembad, maar de hygiëne en veiligheid laat te wensen over. Groen en losse tegels. Helaas geen restaurant in de straat, wel een supermarktje waar je het eea kan halen.

• Anastasia (8/5): - Отличное расположение рядом с гаванью, прямо напротив отеля аренда байков. Милый сад, большой глубокий бассейн. Отличный напор воды в душе. Приветливый персонал. В целом обстановка как в коливинге. В комнате не было штор, только тюль, который пропускал весь свет. Номер очень аскетичен - буквально две тумбочки и кровать, негде расположить вещи.

• Annalena (10/5): Eine super Unterkunft, um eine Nacht zu überbrücken, damit man nach der späten Ankunft am Airport nicht zu einer Insel f - Die Lage zum Hafen ist perfekt für die Boote zu den Gilis. Abdullah, der Inhaber, war ebenfalls sehr zuvorkommend und hat uns trotz des späten Check-Ins Verpflegung organisiert. Abdullah half uns netterweise bei der Organisierung einer Überfahrt mit einem Fastboot nach Gili Air. Hierbei zahlen wir unverständlicherweise einen viel zu hohen Betrag von 300.000 IDR für zwei Personen. Der Rückweg kostete nur 85.000 IDR pro Person für das selbe Boot.

• Ella (10/5): - Ideal location as just a few minute walk from the harbour. The dorm room and bathroom was really clean, comfortable beds and nice hot shower. There is a partner restaurant down the road you can sit in or order to be delivered with nice food. Also the host is super friendly!!
