• Adannaya (10/5): Exceptional Gem in Ubud - Where do I begin. From the moment we arrived we were greeted with big smiles and helpful hands. The owners greeted us personally and attended to us like we were family. There is a laundry onsite, but the owner rarely let us pay. This place is convenient, safe, and serene. The bathroom in our unit resembled a five star bathroom. The kitchen was stocked with cooking utensils, pots and pans, and a full container of fresh Aqua water that lasted for two weeks. Small shops and restaurants are minutes away, including at least three major grocery stores. I loved everything about this place. Everything was exceptional

• Diego (9/5): Great place for the money. - The house is really good! I would recommend for sure, it’s not so close to a lot of things but that’s the price for this peaceful place near Ubud. You have a lot of space and it’s really nice to see the nature in front of it. A bit the location.
• Enhui (8/5): Very good - Clean, quiet, convenient location. The place had everything I needed as a solo traveler. The staff were lovely and attentive and grandma DaDong is super cute!
• Lauren (2/5): Very dirty and apparently not cleaned between guests - It seemed fairly newly built and had a nice view of the trees. There was no sign for the "villa" and I had to ask at a nearby laundry. The property had a lot of rubbish laying around and there was a narrow muddy path to the building. The room was very small and filthy, including old wee still on the toilet seat from someone else. One of the pillow cases was brown instead of white and the bed was really hard. I actually left after 2 hours because I couldn't stay there. I was also unable to find any staff before I left. I was only able to get a small refund from booking.com who said that this property had already been flagged in their system. Exercise caution if booking here, especially if cleanliness is important to you.

• Mark (7/5): Okay for a few nights - Clean, comfy bed, well equipped (for a few days) kitchenette, quiet (if you lucky with the guests next room). Room is small, no desk and no table to eat, no towel or table cloth in the kitchen, no cooking essentials like salt or oil (salt was provided after request), ac blowing to the head when sleeping, you can hear noise very well from the next room.
• Deepak (10/5): Exceptional - I really like the room; everything feels brand new, and it even comes with a personal kitchen! There's a fridge and other essentials included, which is super convenient. The entire place is fresh, clean, and well-maintained. Highly recommend!
• Anne (9/5): Beautiful, modern, well-equipped, cosy space with a view - All new modern space with well-equipped kitchen (there is a blender too), good lighting, splendid view to the banana plants and palm trees, close to a few cafés and restaurants in Sayan in walking distance. Had several towels, even toothpaste and -brush in the bathroom, a whole new package of paper towels, shampoo and shower gel, hot water all fine. Wifi also worked well. I even got an upgrade to the bigger room, but stayed in the small one, as I found it more cosy and more feminine. Had to communicate via whatsapp to know where exactly it's located, as it is on a small path without a sign. I just try to keep all communication on booking, so for others that might not be an issue. Answers came prompt and it was easy to find, Yuli always responding quickly. Walls are thin, so you hear the neighbour in the other room quite a bit when talking. There is a cell tower nearby, which if you are EMF sensitive might be an issue.
