There's a lot of noise and it can be disturbing for those who are light sleepers. It is due to the proximity to the area most lively at night.

- Roman (5/5): Apartmán prostorný, vybavený, ale cena neodpovídá orientaci oken do rušné ulice. - Pokoj má okna do ulice, kde je celou noc velký hluk a nelze spát. Pod okny jsou kontejnery na odpad, kam v noci vynášení bary a restaurace odpad, i sklo, a pak ho vozy odvážejí.

- Roxana (1/5): Very poor value for money, with unacceptable cleanliness and overall disappointing conditions. - Our stay was extremely disappointing. When we arrived late in the evening, the bed was clearly not changed — it was full of hair and the sheets were stained. We contacted staff multiple times, but nothing was done until the next day. The check-in guy only brought us a single sheet, so we had to sleep without using the pillows or duvet because they were dirty, which made the stay very uncomfortable. The bathroom hairdryer was unsafe and unusable, literally sparking when turned on. The shampoo and shower gel were very low quality with a strange texture, making them unusable. Overall, everything felt very cheap . there wasn’t even a bottle of water provided on arrival, and we didn’t even receive basic amenities like slippers despite the high price we paid. Even when housekeeping finally came the next day, they only changed part of the bedding and didn’t provide proper pillow covers. For the price, this place is absolutely not worth it, the conditions were far below acceptable standards. This experience negatively affected our entire trip. Very poor standards and a terrible stay overall.
- Maria Concetta (5/5): Non ci ritornerò - L’hotel è molto nuovo e la posizione centralissima. Peccato per il servizio pessimo. Ho soggiornato in questa struttura per 3 notti. Purtroppo l’esperienza è stata negativa, soprattutto per la gestione dell’assistenza. La prima sera mi sono accorta che il phon era rotto/bruciato. Ho contattato subito il ragazzo che mi aveva consegnato le chiavi, ma dopo diversi messaggi e solleciti mi è stato detto che non poteva aiutarmi e che dovevo contattare il proprietario. Ho quindi scritto al proprietario, ma non ho ricevuto alcuna risposta. Solo dopo ulteriori insistenze, la sera stessa, mi è stato finalmente portato un phon in camera. Oltre al disagio, ciò che ho trovato inaccettabile è stato l’atteggiamento poco disponibile e scortese nella gestione del problema. Ciò che trovo ancora più grave è che la struttura si è fatta sentire solo dopo la mia partenza, quando ormai il disagio c’era già stato e non era più possibile rimediare. Un servizio clienti così carente compromette inevitabilmente l’esperienza complessiva del soggiorno.

- Monika (10/5): Amazing stay, very central, possible late check-in. - Location is perfect- so central and close to all the bars, shops and main sights, and yet it is not loud. We had late check in (around 1a.m.) and were welcomed by Marcelo who gave us the key and explained everything. We also needed to leave the suitcase as we had late flight and that was not problem at all as they have separate storage. Definitely recommend :)

Marta was very helpful and made everything run smoothly. Easy check in/out. Handy lockers for storing luggage before/after check in/out. Could have done with a Safe for storing passports/cash for peace of mind. Shampoo and shower gel bottles need a nozzle as it just dribbles down the side when pumped.

- Rakesh (9/5): Fantastic location, perfect hosts and beautiful apartment for a short or long stay. - This is the 2nd time we have stayed at EDIFICIO DUQUE and I cannot recommend it enough; the location is amazing, the place is a comfortable, spacious, clean, well maintained apartment, and the hosts are communicative and helpful. There is taxi rank right around the corner, the best restaurants, bars and ice-cream, plus a nice little coffee shop and bakery opposite. Yes it can get noisy in the evenings and late at night, but not enough to put us off as we are there on holiday and for the buzz of the town and the windows are very good at keeping the noise out. All the sights of Malaga, the Cathedral, old town etc are close by - as are the main shopping streets and plazas. Including a short walk to the port. My only one request is some bigger bath towels please ;-)

- janice (10/5): Loved it and if I return to Malaga will stay here again - Everything about the apartment was great, we were met by a host who showed us everything in the apartment. It was spotless, great facilities and looked like new. The location was superb for the historic town, with lots of shops, cafes and restaurant's. highly recommend Nothing the place was spotless, One small thing remember you are in a city so bins do get emptied sometimes early hours. But Malaga is one of the cleanest cities so a small price if you do hear them.

The apartment itself big and spacious and as we had booked for 4 people they had a bed made up in the main living room but it was much nicer and more comfortable than a sofa bed. A nice kitchen with coffee and tea and bathroom with shower gel and shampoo and hand soap. Host was on time and informative. Great value Not enough toilet roll. Courtyard view is fine but can feel a bit airless at times. But please don’t let this put you off as it has great air conditioning and is on a Main Street so probably best not to be at the front as there is no noise in the rooms at all.

- Anette (8/5): Bra leilighet med sentral beliggenhet - Vi reiste storfamilien sammen og hadde tre leiligheter (samme bygg, ulike etasjier), dette fungerte veldig god. Vi var to par + et barn som bodde i leilighet med to soverom, denne hadde grei størrelse og det var veldig praktisk med et bad til hvert av soverommene. God kommunikasjon med "assistent til husverten" som møtte oss ved innsjekk, Utmerket beliggenhet, med alt en trenger like utenfor bygningen. Alt i alt en god opplevelse. Sentral beliggenhet i storby kan også bety støy om natten. Kanskje vi bare var uheldige som traff på helg med karneval, hvertfall var det ikke lett å skjerme oss fra gatestøy gjennom natten. Ellers litt småpirk: Vi savnet mer utstyr, som f.eks brødkniv og vinglass. Vi tenker også at det kunne gjort seg med litt farger i leilgheten (tross alt fargerike Andalucia), den fremstår ganske så steril. Barnesengen vi hadde rservert hadde ikke pute, heller ikke trekk til dynen, dette må nok spesifiseres bedre ved bestilling.

- Txema-Donostia (9/5): Apartamento completo en pleno centro de Malaga - El apartamento está bien. No echamos nada en falta. Nuevo y situado en pleno centro de Málaga a dos pasos de la Catedral. Zona muy ambientada, muchos bares, restaurantes, tiendas y mucha gente. El apartamento era silencioso, yo creo que porque nos daba a un patio. Si vas con coche imposible aparcar. Hay que meter el coche en el parking lo que encarece la estancia. La dificultad para mover el coche en la zona. Y aparcarlo.

There is washing machine but not a single washing capsule provided so bring your own. Lack of information of where to dispose rubbish , recycling.. ..our window overlooked inner courtyard so view of a wall
