Guest Reviews
- Min (1/5): The worst and full mould hotel, never use this hotel - Nothing The most worst hotel ever.
They have never cleaned the room and bathroom for a long time as there were full of mould in the bathroom and dust on the floor.
The Aircooling was too weak taking over 2 hours to cool down the room, of course the bathroom never cooled down.
Moreover, how they keep the electricity cables outside without wall plug cover??
Even NO small light, only complete dark or too bright.
Horrible hotel, never use it.
- Mona (8/5): - Chambre spacieuse, des fois un peu salle mais parfait emplacement et fait son job ! je recommande pour une escale, beaucoup de commerce à proximité
- Mona (8/5): -
- Christian (7/5): Convenient. - Big room, big bed and big bathroom. Easy, quick check-in. I would have given a higher rating except I had enquired several times about the airport shuttle service and received no response. Ended up having to take a taxi for 40,000W. The shuttle service was the reason I booked this place.
- Lincya (10/5): - 房間很寬敞,飯店位置很方便!工作人員很親切😊 吹風機比較參差,建議可以自己帶。
- Massa (8/5): - Pratique
Parfait pour une nuit en transit
- ANDREO (7/5): -
- Chenguang (10/5): It's a great value for what I paid. - It includes free shuttle bus from and to the airport. The drivers are really nice, especially the driver who sent me to the airport on August 13. I was rainy heavily and there were many guests. The driver helped me to carry our heavy luggages in the rain. It was really appreciated. Although I didn't know his name, but a big Thank you to him. It was a populer place so many peope still walk on the street and talk loudly in the mid night
- Carla (7/5): It’s was alright for a quick stay - Close to the airport I arranged for a pick-up shuttle from the airport which didn’t come
- Wesley (1/5): Could wait to get out but used it as a day stay pre our midnight flight that day. We would definitely avoid this place a - Position near the airport. They let us in early. We can see why it only cost $70aud. Room had not been cleaned properly in ages there was no natural light the bed was clean but hard with only two pillows. Bathroom was filthy including cup toilet and tiles. We didn’t use the shower as it was dirty. Three pairs of slippers were goodness knows how old plus how many may have previously used them. We were supposed to get a free shuttle but it only ran pre mid day for some weird reason
- Jianjun (3/5): very bad - location good no body pick me up when I arrived in the airport ! I contacted withe airport staff two times and finally get contacted with the hotel. I spent two hours for the airport pick up ! My room rate included this service but seems there was no communication between Booking and the hotel.
- Yasmine (8/5): Good airport hotel - The personal was really nice and helpful. There is a free shuttle service to the airport. So we got there fast and smoothly. It was a little dusty in the room at some unused places.
- Anonymous (5/5): The stay was nothing more or less than adequate, but the price is worth it - it had everything needed for an early, next-day flight like AC, clean towels, and bathroom supplies Didn’t feel clean. Dirt and small trash in the corners or next to walls on the floor. A few gnats in the room when we first arrived, and the bathtub leaked a lot.
- Beth (7/5): Hotel was convenient for an overnight stay. The bed was comfortable and location was easy to find. - The location of the hotel from the airport was fine and easy to locate on our own. The hotel manager was very accommodating and kind. The free shuttle to the airport was fully booked but the manager volunteered to bring us to the airport so early in the morning due to our early flight out of Incheon. The room was adequate and comfortable for an overnight stay. We requested for the free shuttle from the airport to the hotel but we were not able to locate the shuttle. The bathroom did not have shower curtain and tub did not seem clean. The bathroom floor was wet with water coming from a pipe that seem to come from the room aircondition.
- Yyc-traveller (7/5): Great for transit passengers in Incheon Airport or just staying for 1 or 2 days. - The airport shuttle was the primary reason we booked this hotel though it is close to Unseo Station. The manager was accommodating and even picked us up at the airport late at night, though the schedule is until 11PM, I contacted him at 9:30pm as we landed and he picked us up at 11pm.
The rooms are quite big though need upgrades. Has full amenities and hotel provided the power plugs can accommodate the North American plug. Lots of places to eat. The rooms need maintenance as lots of stains on the wall and look not clean from floor to wall, toilets have no bidets. 1 room the power kept on tripping (might be due to the wall key switch).
Overall need general upgrade.
Area does not have stores for shopping nor coffee shops that open early with a breakfast menu.
- Julie (8/5): Very good -
- Jonathan (5/5): Passable -
- Eric (10/5): Thank you very much for bringing my luggage left in the garage back to the airport! - The staff were extremely helpful and informative about the airport shuttle The rooms were not soundproof, so sometimes I could hear sounds from other rooms
- Chinbat (3/5): Poor -
- Brown (8/5): Good location, great shuttle service, and kind staff, but noisy in the room. - Good location considering the shuttle to the airport and the proximity to Unseo station. The staff was helpful and gave me something to help me use my phone charger with the outlets. Also, the room was very clean and spacious, and also more modern than I expected. The room was quite noisy. There was a parking garage buzzer that went off all night. Also, other guests were coming in and out of their rooms late at night, and I could hear every word. When I left my room, I could hear someone in another room snoring, so I knew the walls must have been quite thin. That was really my only problem though, everything else was great.
- Kim (8/5): Very good - Good location with restaurants nearby. Room was
Clean Airport shuttle driver seemed to be under a lot of stress and shuttle service was rushed.
- Famularo (9/5): Superb -
- Roslyn (8/5): Very good -
- Cliff (10/5): Exceptional -
- David (8/5): Fine place, they spoke some English which helped. Free shuttle is nice, train was equally quick. -
- Arata (7/5): Good - They provided the shuttle bus early in the morning for those who take morning flights.
- Mariah (8/5): Just what we needed for a long layover. - The staff member at the desk was great. We arrived somewhat late at night, but he was friendly and spoke enough English to make check-in easy for us. We didn't use the free shuttle to arrive (never figured out how to book it), but we took it back to the airport in the morning, which was a wonderful service. He even gave us a recommended departure time to make sure we had enough time before our flight.
The room and bathroom were clean.
It had an elevator. The area wasn't very touristy (we were there in off season, though). This made finding dinner after we arrived a bit difficult, and finally we got some rice bowls at a convenience store and used the hotel room's kettle to heat water for them (which actually turned out to be delicious, would recommend).
The bed was a little firm for us, but it was still a great option to get some sleep during a long layover. Not too far from the airport.
- John (8/5): Clean, and convenient to the Airport via shuttle - Airport Shuttle was excellent. This was a 'backup' option but I would use it in the future.. Neighborhood very interesting, felt safe to walk around....plenty of Restaurants - hard to pick one. Street noise minimal. Although I slept well, the bed was VERY firm.
- Sudarshan (3/5): Poor - Location was perfect but not close to airport. Not clean rooms, They were charging 50000korean won but booking.com charged 90000korean won, I was been cheated.
- Maan (10/5): Would definitely come back again we were able to sleep comfortably and we felt safe in the area aswell thanking all the - The building is very old but well maintained
The complimentary drinks and toiletries
Hair straightener very useful
And the staff are all very friendly and very helpful Because the building is old there are mold in the toilet
- Luis (7/5): Good service for the right price - Easy to find
- Sandra (3/5): Do not recommend, especially for first timers to Korea - The location was decent When we arrived, the reception was a little rude. When we entered our room, the room reeked of cigarettes and the bathroom was smelly. The mattresses were hard as a rock that I had to look under the sheets to check if they were real mattresses. It would have been the same sleeping on the floor
- Nizar (10/5): Exceptional -
- Famularo (5/5): Basic room with minimal facilities. ok for price. - basic no frills room There was a hole in the wall. Needs to be repaired.
- Si (10/5): Needed a place to stay for the night before flying out. This was a great place to stay. - Spacious, and clean! Loved everything about the property.
- Tony (1/5): Bad - Nothing The room was absolutely filthy.
It hadn't been cleaned.
- Skytail (10/5): Exceptional -
- Super7teen (2/5): You're better off paying extra for a more expensive hotel!!! - close to incheon airport - thats all!! - I didn’t think it was bad when other reviews said it was outdated till I actually went inside. Thank goodness I only stayed 1 night.
- felt like the toiletries had been there for a long time.
- the bathroom had an old smell and little flies in there when I opened the door 🤢
- seemed eerie cause I was there alone
- bedsheets and towels weren’t all clean
- the sliding door for the window takes a bit of force to open
- Nurul (8/5): Very good -
- Keith (2/5): Very poor - Everything smelled like cigarettes, in the bathroom there is a hole in the wall with whenever cord attachment and cigarettes in the wall.
- Marco (5/5): Perfect if you need a quick solution for cancelled flights. - Easy access to the Airport for a layover. The Bathroom is very old and not particularly clean.
- Nizar (10/5): Exceptional -
- John (9/5): Superb -
- Zolbayar (7/5): Good -
- Daiki (8/5): Very good - I saw the dust box from the previous guest!!!
- Anonymous (5/5): It was okay to stay for a night, but not the best. - The bed was nice, I slept well. The staff was also kind and helped me to get a taxi, which I really appreciated! It wasn’t very clean and the airconditioning was leaking. Everything was okay, but not in the best condition. The room smelled like people had smoked in there.
- Natalia (2/5): Very poor -
- Vick (10/5): Exceptional -
- Raj (9/5): Superb -
- Wittawat (3/5): Very bad expericence, think again if you want to stay in this hotel. - Good location I had booked the room with air conditioner and in the room actually has air conditioner but it has not been working (so i asked the staff for solving this problem, they did not do a thing. They said that It is a hotel policy that the air conditioner can be used only in summer (i stayed in June but air conditioner will be able to use from July) so i had to stay in hot temperature over night. it has been such a bad experience. i could not sleep all night. So I complaint with booking call center, hotel give 50% price reduction, but i already leave the hotel, To summary i did not received any compensation from this horrible hotel.
- Corinne (10/5): Exceptional - Everything was so perfect! The localisation very closed to Chopin airport (only 5 min by car or 25 min by walk). The room was really clean and amazing with all services included ! Nothing
- Ryota (6/5): Pleasant -
- Ryota (6/5): Pleasant -
- Dela (7/5): Good -
- Michael (4/5): Disappointing - Spacious room within walking distance of the airport rail. Air conditioning wasn't working so very unfortable night. Beds weren't very comfortable. Also not especially clean in room or bathroom. Also found the lighting to be annoying, it was either very bright or off.
- Simon (7/5): Good -
- Steve (7/5): Two stops by train and a short walk from the airport. Good for layovers. - Large room size, on suite with shower It was a bit grubby, needs a clean.
- Lass (9/5): Superb -
- Vanesa (5/5): Passable - location is great for a layover in Seoul it was not wery clean
- Kendi (8/5): Very good -
- Nkosingiphile (10/5): Exceptional -
- Valentin (6/5): Pleasant -
- Stephen (10/5): Exceptional -
- Lindsay (10/5): Exceptional -
- Siti (10/5): Bigger room! - Very bigger room, really comfortable. I'm gonna stay here again one day with family. I really like my room. Nothing
- Shirley (9/5): Superb - Its a short stay but i love my room
- Md (3/5): Poor -
- Carrie-ann (4/5): Disappointing - It was in a convenient spot close to the airport. The room was very spacious. The bathroom had not been cleaned. The toilet was dirty, there was hair in a few places and the bed sheets had stains. There was also a jacuzzi bath which I was excited to use but it only let in hot water and then when I tried to turn it on, nothing happened.
- Noel (8/5): Very good -
- Nelson (2/5): Very poor - nothing AC, bathroom has no lock
- Nomhle (6/5): It was comfortable and nice but the bathroom was not cleaned, especially the toilet. -
- Ryota (6/5): Pleasant -
- Phelokazi (5/5): Passable -
- Anonymous (3/5): Bad hygiene - good location close to the airport. I had an unpleasant stay at this hotel. When i first was given keys to my room i went up to find out that the housekeeping had not been done and the trash and mess from the previous guest were there. After waiting for 15 min i finally managed to find the receptionist to give me another room. (got no apologies though). But it doesn’t end here, the main bedroom is okish although it does look pretty old. However, the bathroom was quite dirty and there was mold everywhere on the ceiling, the towels were stained and the bathtub was leaking from the bottom. Overall it’s completely overpriced, i have stayed in many hostels for 20€ or less a night during my stay in South Korea and all were much more comfortable and clean. The walls are super thin as well and some of the other guests were being very loud. Would not recommend or come back here.
- Madeleine (6/5): Pleasant -
- Bethany (9/5): Good for the price and only a 10 minute drive from the airport. would definitely stay again! - we got upgraded and the room was very spacious! not much natural lighting
- Janelle (3/5): I paid about $50 to stay here one night, it's worth $20 at most. - There were 2 good things about this place. 1: The staff was all nice, spoke enough English, and easily helped me book a cab in the morning. 2: They gave a sizeable bag of toiletries (toothbrush, toothpaste, face wash, shower wash towel, disposable razor) in addition to the usual hotel amenities. And I'll throw in that the elevator worked. To cut to the chase, the room the gross. It was "clean" as in there was no visible dirt or bugs, but it had that grimy, unclean, motel feel to it. The table surfaces were slightly greasy, the indoor slippers were old and dusty, the carpet felt gross, and the whole hotel smelled like cigarettes. The bed was rock hard and the pillows were barely pillows, but the sheets and pillowcases at least appeared clean. Don't even get me started on the bathroom. I know it's a cheap hotel, but the pictures they have online are 10x nicer than the actual place.
- Inyong (7/5): Good -
- Sainka (9/5): Superb - Location
