• Anna (10/5): Great! - We had a wonderful stay at this apartment. It was very clean, cozy, and well-maintained, which made us feel comfortable right away. The location is excellent — just a 15-minute walk from the Colosseum and very convenient for exploring the city. Overall, a great place to stay, and we would definitely recommend it. Michele was a great host, friendly, helpful, and easy to communicate with.

Anche la posizione è perfetta, a 7/8 minuti dalla fermata della metro, la fermata del bus invece è proprio davanti al portone dell’appartamento! Niente, ci siamo trovati benissimo
• Petar (10/5): This wasn’t our first time in Rome. The apartment is really perfect. The price is very affordable co - The apartment was supposed to be available for check-in at 2 PM, but they met us earlier and the apartment had been available since 12 PM. There really is nothing we can complain about. We need to keep in mind that it's not a 5-star hotel, but we didn’t ask for that either. It’s more than we expected for the money we paid.

• ANNA MARIA (7/5): Nel complesso bene, (tranne per tappo bidet non funzionante e mancanza telecomando in sala). - Ottima posizione, letto matrimoniale in camera molto comodo, bene il televisore in camera, e bene la presenza del microonde. Rapporto qualità-prezzo soddisfacente. Stanze luminose, ascensore presente nell'edificio. Pulizia nel del dettaglio andrebbe migliorata. Non funzionava tappo del bidet e soprattutto non c'era il telecomando in sala (c'e' stato detto dal ragazzo che ci ha consegnato le chiavi che gli ospiti prima di noi lo avevano rotto la sera precedente). Questo fatto, per noi, è stato molto penalizzante.

• C (9/5): Everything as expected. - Everything was as mentioned in the posting. The host was always accessible by WhatsApp and provided quick and precise assistance and responses. We didn’t face any problems at all. The whole apartment was air conditioned. It was quite hot outside, and AC was more effective when we closed the outside window doors too.
• Ece (9/5): Lovely place to stay, we will be back - We had everything we needed; slippers, shampoo, iron, drying machine. The best was that the washing machine had drying as well so we didn’t had to worry about that. Location was really good, just a minutes walk to colosseum with bunch of bars around as well. The AC on the living room was a bit slow, wasn’t cooling as fast. But it did the job at the end so that’s ok.

• David (8/5): Its clean,big space,lift,washing machine,air conditioning,refrigerator,walking distance to colosseum - The manager Luca was nice greetings us when we arrived. The apartment has Washing Machine,kitchen,Elevator,refrigerator & air conditioning. The bus Stop is in Front of the entrance apartment. 15 min walk for elderly walk to colosseum or 8-10 mins for young and good knees. Groceries shop nearby 5 mins walking. They give us enough toilet paper for 1 weeks stay. they have laundry soap and kitchen condiments i think guess left over. The apartment is big and clean. Its safe to walk during the night The lock door is extremely complicated if in case there is fire emergency u cannot escape immediately to get out u will trap. They don’t give enough shampoo and extra towels for 1 week of our stay. They don’t have rugs at the kitchen and bathroom to use . there is none paper towels as well. The tv is only local channels. During the night you will hear the subway passing by.

• Anastasiia (10/5): A perfect stay - - The apartment is very clean, comfortable and equipped with everything for a longer stay - The location is great for exploring Rome on feet and also has a bus stop in front of the house and a metro station within 10 min walk. - There were no homeless people in the neighbourhood and it felt quite safe to return home late at night. - The self check-in was very smooth, the communication was very efficient and they have some printed recommendations on the places to eat or drink which is a nice touch - Via Labicana is quite busy with traffic so there won’t be a 100% silence from the street but the windows have very good soundproofing so it wasn’t much of a problem for us.
• Dionisio (9/5): Excepcional - The apartment is well located between via labicana and merullana . It’s clean , good room and kitchen . The atmosphere within the apartment is great…. The staff is exceptional - I arrived early and they allowed me to drop the luggage in other apartment close by and they took the luggage to my apartment when the cleaning was done . I enjoyed everything.

• Barry (9/5): Lovely little apartment near Rome’s historical centre. - Excellent location, near subway and grocery stores, close enough to walk to Centro historico. Very clean, and Michele was very helpful. AC was great but maybe an oscillating fan would help too, as AC is only in hallway. Bathroom door sticks.
