• Vince (1/5): Disappointed - No hot water, wood worm fell out the adjoining door every time you opened it, noisy karaoke bar next door, pillows rock hard and paid extra to be downgraded

• Martine (6/5): Good hotel, not so nice location - The room was modern and clean and we liked that there was a TV with streaming options. Breakfast was also very good The hotel is not in a great location to get to the center of Kanchanaburi if you don't have your own transport. There's also a lot of stray dogs around the hotel that make it feel quite unsafe to walk back to the hotel at night

When we checked in the lady at the front desk told us that we can get free breakfast, the first day we had breakfast but for the second day people at the breakfast room told us that we can't have breakfast we have to pay for it. We were so confused because we booked 2 room for 4 people and he said my room (2people) aren't allow to get breakfast but he didn't say anything to my friends(other2). That's super weird.

• Jamieluby (3/5): Over priced for what you can get elsewhere - The room was spacious and clean. Nice balcony overlooking the pool. The staff we're not helpful. 1 receptionist said I am not allowed to park my motorbike on the premises, so had to park outside a shop down the road. No coffee facilities inside the room. The location was far from everything ( motorbike rental is a must )
• Emily (9/5): Wonderful and great value for money - Clean, spacious rooms with a beautiful balcony overlooking the pool. Centrally located in Kanchanaburi Couldn’t find a hair dryer in the room
• Jinna (4/5): Disappointing - The receptionist's staff and the way how they make the gossip about the guest is extreamly unacceptable. Moreover, the hotel is quite ancien and too far away from the local market nor convenient store. Not recommended, just for sleeping 1 night is OK but hard to find out a taxi for visiting other places.
• Elaine (8/5): Very pleasant facility. I would recommend. - The breakfast was excellent. The restaurant wasn't open for dinner.
