They will give you all the informations needed to make your visit the best it can be. We were very pleased, and would recomend it to anyone who would wnat to have a great time in Banja Luka.

• Krstulovic (9/5): I would come again. - Great place to stay. I was travelling alone, but it is well suitable also for a couple. As I was travelling during very cold and snowy period, that appartment was great, because the insulation of the building is excellent and it was very warm inside. I stayed only one night as Banja Luka was not my end-destination, but I find the place very good also for longer stay. It is very well equipped. For me personally it was a big plus that there was a teapot and cups, because drinking tea is a part of my daily routine. The kitchen was generally very well equipped, I didn't miss enything. Regarding location. The apartment is in a neighbourhood that is rather new, with new building (thus very good insulation). It is about 2.5km from the central bus/train station. On a good day, one can go on foot. I took taxi because it was very very cold and rainy when I arrived and snowy the next day when I was leaving. I am not sure about public transporation connections, but for me taxi was not expensive. The host was very responsive friendly and I think in overall it is really a great place. I think if I come again to Banja Luka, especially in winter, I would go there, because I know it is a warm place. And it is very comfortable and well equipped. Nothing really to complain about.
