• Seema (10/5): A wonderful heritage stay with great hospitality and a peaceful atmosphere. - The property is beautiful and gives a true heritage feel. The rooms were clean, well maintained, and very comfortable. The staff was polite and helpful, and the atmosphere was peaceful and relaxing. The architecture and decor made the stay feel very special. Everything was good overall. There was nothing major to complain about, but a few more amenities or dining options could make the stay even better.
• Madhukar (1/5): - Only thing good was it was a well maintained property No lunch facilty even when we reached at 2:30PM. We went to visit some sites and we returned at 09pm and still no restaurant service. The location is atleast 15-20 kms from all major sites in Jaipur and if you are visiting on a long weekend, you will waste 2-3 hours in one way commute

• Kamaljit (10/5): Clean and lovely food. - Lovely stay at this location. Very welcoming and the chef of the hotel Was exceptional and the food we had in the restaurant was amazing. Room has working shower, bathroom clean, bed comfortable. Overall clean for our stay. After reading the pervious reviews stated no lift , requested a room on ground level to facilitate a family member due to mobility issues and the hotel accommodated. Would definitely stay again, the vintage feel of the whole hotel Is part of the experience. Thank you for a lovely stay.
• Puri (2/5): Very poor - property was good our breakfast was included in our stay .. the staff told us the breakfast is till 9 am .. we were late we got up at 9:25 , we thought now the timings gas crossed so we didnt go for the breakfast .. but at 9:58 am we got a call from reception that 2 mins are left u can come for the brkfast .. we asked him that u told us the timings will be 9:00 am .. he said no its 10:00 am .. we skipped our breakfast coz of the miscommunication of the staff .. so after that we asked them to serve the breakfast which was chargeable .. we told them we will pay but they refused and told us to check out .. we were so disappointed with the staff

Homestay feel. Value for money Nothing really, had a short stay Some privacy concern due to the room on the ground floor right next to the reception area Can be avoided

• Travel (9/5): Superb - Its well maintained. Its located outskirts of Jaipur meaning away from city traffic so its feel like home. Very quiet neighborhood. We also like the interior a typical Rajasthani tradition Haveli with modern touch. The only thing is if you have room at 2nd/3rd floor you have to use stairs so if you have aged people staying there make sure you book room at 1st floor as they do not have elevator. Also if you travel during winter time make sure you ask for heater 🙂
• Saprabh (10/5): Hidden Gem 💎 - This place is a hidden gem. The staff is helpful, and the owners are incredibly kind. I had no issues during my stay. The open rooftop is fantastic, and for the price, I would definitely say this is one of the best accommodations I’ve ever experienced. It is also located in a very quiet area, which adds to the charm. Plus, the free breakfast is always a welcome bonus. Hands down, one of the best stays! Will love to visit again.

Also met the owner of the property. He was very welcoming. It was very peaceful stay. Had the best sleep of my life. Nothing.

• Periwinkle (1/5): Very miscommunicated and mismanaged property - We have booked for a night stay at the property, as we reached there we were being told that no room is available at the moment although we have booked the room with an advance payment. When asked about the mishap, we’re told that some guest extended their stay so they can’t accommodate us. At night around 10:40pm, the manager told us to look for a different accommodation. It was a nightmare situation for me and my mother. We were left to look for a different accommodation at the middle of the night just because they cannot properly manage their property. We urged the manager to help us arrange for a different accommodation. Although he helped, but there there is no excuse for such unprofessional behaviour. Me and my mother suffered such horrid inconvenience due to their mismanagement.

• Chitrasen (9/5): Superb - We experience a very pleasent stay at the property, the owner and the staff were very welcoming and kind, Every conner of the property showcase the rich heritage of the pink city, with all the modern amenities provided. Above all this I definitely need to mention the food, the food was really amazing it was pure home cooked. Will definitely recommend people to stay here if plan to visit jaipur and want a relax and peaceful stay.. Its little far from the activities area on common tourists point of view but u can easily go anywhere with cabs, taxis or autos..

Staff was friendly and cooperative. Location of hotel was a little far from centre, if you are travelling by your own car this problem will not be an issue.

I booked Harnawa Haveli again and again for my friends and myself. We were welcomed 😌 like family members. We were here during a renovation moment .. but overall , very welcoming and we got a home feeling, counting to comeback again .. this is the place to be for good feelings.
