• lily-mae (9/5): defiantly going to come back - was the best !!! The kitchen had so much cutlery, cooking utensils & more , fridge/freezer, washing machine & dryer , the beds were so comfortable, it was very clean , a couple minute walk from trams/train station, and is also right next to a Lidl supermarket and coffee shops . Would highly recommend this place ( and that’s coming from a picky person) looks lovely on the inside and check in was also super easy the only thing was the actual apartment block itself doesn’t necessarily feel the safest but this could be due to own personal opinion & experience , other than that it is genuinely perfect and the lady is so sweet!
• Steffi (8/5): Tolle Wohnung mit einigen Mängeln. - Die Unterkunft ist gut gelegen. Supermarkt und öffentliche Verkehrsmittel sind fußläufig zu erreichen. Betten sind bequem und Ausstattung der Wohnung ist gut. Schlüsselübergabe war super einfach und wurde wunderbar erklärt. Treppenhaus zur Wohnung ist sehr heruntergekommen. Wohnung ist hellhörig. Wenn damit geworben wird, dass die Wohnung durch eine Putzfirma gereinigt wird, sollte sie unserer Meinung nach auch sauber sein. Herd nicht geputzt. Staubflusen in den Ecken. Glaslampen nicht geputzt. Auch waren die Wände in der Küche vom kochen und spülen sehr verschmutzt. Wenn ein das nicht stört ist es eine super Wohnung um Wien zu erkunden.

• J (9/5): Spacious nicely decorated apartment near trams and supermarkets. - Very spacious, nicely decorated as per photos. Excellent insulated apartment with central heating. We enjoyed the freshly ground coffee daily with the auto coffee maker. Adequately equipped kitchen. Convenient location 5 min walk from supermarkets, tram and train station. It is quite far from tourist attractions. The apartment unit itself was nicely renovated but unfortunately the entry to the building is rundown, with graffiti on the wall, broken tiles in the common area, and looks dilapidated. Generally a great apartment unit to stay, with only minor details like the unit entrance door lock was tricky to open. You need to turn the knob 3 times in record high speed (about 3 seconds) before the impatient digital lock times out. And that the bedroom lighting could do with brighter light bulbs.

• K. Stamoulis (9/5): - Ιt was warm inside, with cosy vibe and so comfortable beds It hadnt light in the mirror (wc) and the siphon in wc needed unclog.

• Stephan (7/5): Geht besser, aber für eine Nacht OK. - Da ich meist genau im 17ten Bezirk eine Unterkunft brauche, ist das Angebot von Joseph´s home optimal, somit ist die Lage für mich gut. Die Wohnung war geräumig und alles gut organsisiert, auf Sonderwünsche wurde unkompliziert eingegangen. hellhörig, sehr weiche Matratzen, kaum Steckdosen (keine einzige im Bad) Treppenhaus ziemlich runtergekommen, bis in die nacht hinein ein kommen und gehen im Haus, dadurch viel Lärm. Viele Tauben, somit können einige Fenster (Toilette & Bad) nicht geöffnet werden, sonst hätte man ein großes Problem.
• Nestor David (9/5): Un lugar recomendable - Espacio es amplio, tenía todo lo necesario, muy nuevo y bien mantenido. Queda muy cerca a un supermercado Lidl para hacer compras de última hora Las paredes de la entrada, nos impactaron porque no tenían mantenimiento dándole mal aspecto, es importante que mencionen que queda lejos de la parte histórica, y toca comprar una tarjeta para moverse por días.
• Alina (10/5): Great - We loved the apartment, and we had everything we needed. The tea and the coffee were a very pleasant bonus. The kitchen had all you need to make a breakfast or dinner. It is very nice that you can leave your luggage if you arrive earlier than the checkin hours. The location is in a very quiet part of the city. Also you have a market 1 minute walk. Although it was 30-40 minutes to center of city, the station is 2 minutes from the apartment, and those 30 minutes felt like 10.
• LIM (10/5): Best stay!! - I had an absolutely wonderful stay here. The apartment was clean, comfortable, and perfectly located, and I felt at home right away. The host was kind, responsive, and made everything easy. I was very satisfied during my stay and can truly say that you deserve five stars.
