• Diana (7/5): - The balcony view The building construction opposite the balcony view & partial obstruction of view , caused by the new building. Due to travelling all day, I did not receive the instructions the morning I was checking in , my iPhone maps did not take me to the apartment block , I did not have the codes to the apartment block entrance door or the apartment door. When I eventually rang , the phone was quickly answered & the person guided me to the block & gave me all the details.

• Nuno (7/5): Muito bom apartamento - A casa é muito gira e confortável, a localizacao embora fora da vila, tem uma vista linda. Se consideram a sala como um segundo quarto, fazendo do sofá cama, deveriam considerar colocar cortinas blackout, pois a partir das 6h da manhã é dia claro e quem tem sensibilidade à claridade não consegue dormir a partir dessa hora.

Рядом идет снос старого здания, никто об этом не предупредил, идут опасные работы, много пыли и камней летит прям в окна. 3. Здание старое на реставрации 4. Апартаменты очень тесные, диван кровать в убитом состоянии. 5. Кондиционер шумит как трактор. 6. В спальне можно задохнуться, нет вентиляции никакой. 7. Припарковаться возле дома практически не возможно, предлагают паркинг за 50€. 8. На балконе очень грязно из-за работ техники, кухня в коридоре при входе, стиральная машина сломана. 9. Сообщения от владельцев в очень требовательном виде, при этом сервиса 0! 10. Стоимость данных апартаментов очень завышена.
• Rob (5/5): Needs work - We liked the cleanliness and the ease of access. There's a lot of potential. We didn't mind the location; town IS walkable but it was out of season so the roads were quiet - also good. We were surprised to find a derelict apartment block across the road and in front of the balcony undergoing building work or demolition we couldn't tell which. We didn't like that there was building work in one of the adjoining apartments with hammers and hammer drills going for two days (we recorded examples) which impacted ability to read and relax at the apartment There seemed to be a condensation problem as the windows steamed up badly on the cool mornings I would say it needs a handyman around it for a day or two; the shower extract fan was noisy and ill fitted, the kitchen sink tap was loose, the bathroom tap was plumbed hot to cold and cold to hot; the kitchen cabinet door handles are all just glued on and keep coming off... it just needs a handyman My partner has the photos

• Joaquim (9/5): - O apartamento está muito bem equipado, está em boas condições e está renovado. As vistas são muito agradáveis. É necessário usar o carro para qualquer tipo de deslocação. A falta de cortinados mais opacos na sala, implica muita luminosidade logo pela manhã.

O menos favorável será ter de usar o carro para vir ao centro, mas também é aceitável. E pelo conforto vale esse esforço.

• Lúcia (9/5): Gostamos Muito! - O apartamento era moderno, confortavel e acolhedor, estava muito bem equipado e decorado. Os espaços estavam limpos e tinham muito boas condições. Muito bom para acomodar 4 pessoas. Fica um pouco mais longe da praia e do centro de Sesimbra do que aquilo que dizem. Se nao tiver carro fica complicada a deslocação do apartamento até à praia, supermercados, etc

• Rocco (6/5): Carino il posto, brutto l´edificio, interno dell´appartamento carino. - Appartamento nuovo e pulito, bella vista dalla veranda L´edificio é in posizione scomoda, serve la macchina per muoversi. Il complesso residenziale non é affatto bello.
• ISABEL (8/5): - Magníficas vistas. Todo muy limpio. Buenas instalaciones. Cama de matrimonio pequeña y el acceso al residencial alejado del centro, siendo peligroso hacerlo andando por no tener acerado.
