• Melania (9/5): Great family-run hotel with a relaxing atmosphere - We stayed here for 6 nights and had a really good experience overall. What stood out the most was Lisa and her staff. Everyone was exceptionally friendly, welcoming and genuinely helpful throughout our stay. They created such a warm atmosphere and always made us feel taken care of with kindness and a smile. You can really feel that this is a family-owned business, with a very personal and caring approach that made the whole stay feel genuine and relaxed. The room was clean, the beds were comfortable, and the bathroom was very good. The room itself was a bit on the smaller side and there was not a lot of storage space for clothes during a longer stay, but everything was well maintained and comfortable. The balcony and the view over the ocean was also a nice plus, and we really appreciated the quiet area. We stayed in May, and it was lovely to sleep with the window open and listen to the sea at night. Very peaceful and relaxing. Breakfast was freshly prepared every morning, with fresh and well-prepared food. Everything felt cared for and thoughtfully done. Overall, very good value for money and a place we would happily stay at again. The kindness and friendliness of the staff truly made this stay special. Nothing major really, as we were overall very happy with our stay. We visited early in the season, so the beach area was not fully prepared yet. Some nearby places already had their sunbeds set up, while the hotel’s beach setup was not ready during our stay. The location is quiet and peaceful, though if you want to explore other parts of Himarë frequently, be prepared to drive a few kilometers.

• Cordes (10/5): Modernes, freundlich ausgestattetes Zimmer mit traumhaften Meerblick-Balkon an einem schönen Strand. - Das Frühstück war sehr lecker und frisch zubereitet - es war das Beste auf der ganzen Reise. Der Kaffee war endlich mal lecker, die albanischen Pancakes ein Genuss. Es wurden neben Brot, Feigenmarmelade, Butter, Nutella, Honig, Tomaten, Gurken, Würstchen sowie ein Obstteller gereicht. Wir bekamen den ersten Tag Rührerei und den zweiten Tag ein leckeres Omelett sowie O-Saft gereicht. Die Gastgeberin war sehr nett und freundlich.

• Paula (10/5): Vistas preciosas y comodidad en Himare - El trato de ambos propietarios ha sido excelente. La habitación estaba muy limpia y era bastante cómoda y las vistas al mar inmejorables. Los desayunos estaban muy buenos y completos. Además, la señora se esforzó en que cada día tuviéramos variedad y eso se agradece. Tienes café, zumo, tortilla francesa, fruta, pancakes (un sabor muy parecido al del churro en España), pan, mantequilla y mermelada. Si quieres repetir algo, tan solo debes comunicárselo. Además, nos dejaron elegir la hora del desayuno. Esto fue un gran detalle porque pudimos dormir lo que necesitábamos e ir sin apuro. La ubicación es muy buena, pero debes tener coche para poder moverte entre este lugar y el pueblo, sobre todo si vas en temporada baja como nosotros, ya que está todo cerrado alrededor del hotel.
• Alejandra (7/5): - La habitación tenía un buen tamaño para dos personas y estaba limpia. Las ventanas tenían mosquiteras y había bastante espacio de almacenaje y nevera. El personal fue amable, nos trató muy bien y nos ayudó siempre que se lo pedimos. El desayuno estaba rico, era suficientemente abundante. Lo tomamos en la terraza de la habitación porque el restaurante no está abierto y, aunque la mesa era pequeña, nos apañamos. La ubicación es buena en tanto a que está en frente de la playa, pero en temporada baja no hay absolutamente nada. Ningún restaurante ni supermercado cerca, todos requieren coger el coche a Himare como mínimo. No lo consideramos algo negativo, pero sí a tener en cuenta. Las toallas eran bastante malas, ásperas y rígidas, y no había champú o cosas así. Tampoco nos parece crítico, pero sí a tener en cuenta.

Honestly, for this level of quality and comfort, I believe the owners could easily charge much more - the price feels incredibly generous. The view from the balcony completely took my breath away - the sea felt like it was right at arm’s length. I was honestly shocked and completely charmed by how beautiful it was. The breakfast was outstanding - one of the best hotel breakfasts I’ve ever had. Everything was prepared with such care and generosity. You can really feel that everything here is done with heart and genuine hospitality. Highly recommended! We would definitely love to come back. -

Pero acogedor y su personal muy atento. Que tuvieron un problema con el termo, y no había agua caliente para la ducha. Pero es entendible. Las averías no avisan.

• Maria (9/5): Hotelito frente a Livadeh - Es un hotel chico, frente a la playa, con sillas y sombrillas gratis para los huéspedes. El auto se puede estacionar fuera frente al hotel. Tambien te dan toallas de playa. La habitación y el baño eran cómodos, limpios y modernos. El a/c funcionaba bien. El desayuno era muy completo. Los chicos que atendían en el restaurante debajo de las habitaciones eran muy atentos. Aunque no hablaban español, siempre trataban de entendernos y nos atendían bien. Para registrarse al llegar solo hay que dar el nombre. Hay que subir dos pisos de escaleras para llegar a la habitación. Hay que pagar en cash, pero tienen varias ATMs cerca del hotel.

• Guest (8/5): - Skvělá poloha přímo na pláži, pokoj byl moc krásný s balkónkem a klimatizací. Snídaně nejsou formou bufetu, ale každé ráno si vybíráte z menu - na výběr vajíčka na 4 způsoby a pak palačinky. Pokud se chystáte na každodenní výlety autem, vyjet z vašeho parkovacího místa může být složité, protože se tady běžně parkuje do 3 řad s žádným výjezdem, takže se musíte domlouvat s obsluhou a nějaký čas tím ztratíte.

The location is really good- very nice walk with good restaurants and atmosphere A bit expensive for 3 stars hotel.. Take only beach front rooms- the mountains view rooms are small and not so attractive.

Die Lage ist perfekt, es muss nur die Straße überquert werden und man ist am Hoteleigenen Strand mit Liegen und Sonnenschirm! Zum Frühstück kann man von der Karte wählen. Es gibt keinen Aufzug, die Koffer müssen in die Zimmer über die Treppe getragen werden aber das Personal ist auch hier sehr hilfsbereit! Wir können das Hotel nur empfehlen.

Eğer sessiz, sakin, dinlendirici bir tatil geçirmek ve denizin tadını çıkarmak istiyorsanız mutlaka uğramanız gereken bir fiyat/performans oteli. yemekleri de oldukça lezzetliydi. Bir dahaki sefere muhakkak tercih edeceğim bu otel, umarım bulunduğu konumu ve diğer tüm özellikleriyle senelerce hizmet vermeye devam eder. Tatilimizin son gününde buraya 1 buçuk saatlik sarande'de olmamıza rağmen, evimizde gibi hissettiğimiz için yine dönüş yolumuzda buraya uğradık. Arkadaşım biraz rahatsızdı ve destek olmak için elinden geleni yaptılar. Sevmedim diyemem, odanın temizliği yeterliydi. İlk gün sonrasında yapılan temizlik bir tık daha iyi olabilirdi sadece.

On the ground floor you can enjoy the gorgeous breakfast which you can vary every day. it's not the usual buffet. The Albanian pancakes are just spectacular. I ended up enjoying here lunch and dinner. Portions are very generous and prices very affordable. I add a couple of pics of fish and the pancakes. At the beach you can use the beach lounger and the sun umbrella. The pic shows Aquarium beach before 10:00 am.

A lot of rubbish outside and beach not prepared yet, a lot of working people all around. It can definitely look better in high season.

We got a room with two beds and that extra twin bed was basically used for luggage. Solid breakfast included. No TV. Not enough storage space.

The room and bathroom were excellent - very modern with everything you need, such as kettle, coffee, safe and fridge. There was even a beanbag on the balcony. Excellent air condition and comfortable bed. The breakfasts were excellent too with a full choice from the a la carte menu. The owner Lisa was great ... very friendly and helpful. We enjoyed the free comfortable sunbeds and umbrella. The sunbed and umbrella area needs tidying up.

• Andrea (9/5): Himare for a two night stay on a trip round Albanian coast - New and clean furnishings…nice comfortable bed A huge shower and lovely bathroom with a view over the mountain. Didn’t use the tv Shampoo and body wash plus hand soap was available. Nothing to not like about the property.The owner was kind and gave us a lift to Himare village to get the bus as we couldn’t get a taxi. The boys (her sons) were polite and well mannered and helped us settle in. Property was fine but a car is needed really. For us the beach area was scruffy as they are closing down for the season. Such a shame as it would look so presentable when it’s busy but people are still holidaying so just a clean up would be good
• Alina (10/5): Exceptional - The hotel is located across the street from the beach, above the restaurant. It is very modern and comfortable. The staff were very nice, we even got beach towels from them. There is a parking right in front of the hotel, just before the beach. Nothing.
• Uchoa (9/5): Great sea views, gorgeous beach, tasty food and breakfast - Superb location across the road from a gorgeous, relatively quiet beach located a ten minute drive from hectic downtown Himare. When you’re in the water you can enjoy a view of Himare castle perched up above. We stayed in a room with sea view and a balcony, which was spacious, clean and no frills - but again, just in a beautiful location. The restaurant deserves a mention on its own merit: during our stay we had some delicious fish, fresh salad and pasta that were tasty, flavoursome and wholesome. Breakfast was the best we had in Albania. The staff were really helpful and I wished I had some Albanian to communicate how pleasant our experience was. An extra blanket would have been appreciated because the A/C is quite powerful! We had one blanket in the room but our family used two beds. (On the second night we turned the A/C down and it was better.)

They have a simple breakfast (savoury based - eggs and sausages) but they adapt when they see you have other preferences like cereals and fruits - we much appreciated this attention we have received from them. Sea view and good airco (essential during the summer)!

• Petr (7/5): Restaurant accommodation with fancy hotel prices. - The room was cleaned daily, and we received fresh towels every day. The air conditioning worked perfectly, and the bed was very comfortable. We especially appreciated the spacious bathrooms with extra-large shower. There were several aspects of our stay that fell short of our expectations. We encountered hairs in the shower and toilet, and the fridge's placement caused it to run noisily throughout the day and night. Bird droppings were prevalent on the balcony, shared stairs, and hallways. Our room faced the backyard, where we were disturbed by the smell from the restaurant kitchen and late-night noise. The restaurant offered poor value for money, and the staff were unfriendly and had limited English proficiency. Breakfast was challenging, as it was served based on a menu choice without visual references, leading to monotony over several days—a more diverse menu would be appreciated. Although the shore and sea were beautiful, the restaurant's area was poorly maintained, with trash and dirty sunbeds covered in bird droppings. Additionally, the summer price is extremely high and does not provide the expected value for money compared to real hotels on other beaches. Paying so much money for food and accommodation and not supporting payment cards is disaster.

Would be nice to have beach towels from hotel.(people are traveling light our days). Wi-Fi was struggling.
• Eva (10/5): Exceptional - Originally, Marvin and I planned to stay 2 nights and quickly decided to extend our vacation here after enjoying the great view and hospitality at Angelo's hotel. Angelo's is located directly next to the crystal clear Mediterranean Sea and offers private umbrellas and sunloungers. It was just what we needed to relax from our stressful working lives. The breakfast and food were extraordinary - including local and homemade delicacies 😋. The clean and cozy rooms made me feel like home. The big balcony gave me the opportunity to do my daily yoga sessions privately while enjoying the sea view. If you are into swimming, the beach here is perfect since it's calm and easy to access

But tommorow she said if you want to leave now you also have to pay for the night you have reserved via booking. that was not fair at all.😏
