• Laima (8/5): Lokacija gera, personaklas geras, maistas irgi geras. Atitinka kokybė kainą, - Patiko personalas, nes iškilusias problemas išsprendė . Maistas irgi geras, skanus , aptarnavimas geras. Kadangi viešbučio lokacija yra šalia jūros ir prie judrių gatvių, viskas pasiekiama greitai , viskas arti. Apgyvendino viršutiniame aukšte, deja, triukšmo izoliacija tokia bloga, kad neįmanoma buvo miegoti, kadangi girdėjosi skleidžiamas didelis triukšmas nuo ant stogo esančių įrenginių. Nerekomenduoju viršutinio ir žemesnio aukšto, tinka iki 5 aukšto , nebent turite klausos problemų :) Gyvenome 2026 balandžio mėnesį, gal šiuo metu jau padėtis kita . Bet perkėlus į žemesnį aukštą , šios problemos neliko .

• Mary (10/5): Excellent stay! - Reception staff was excellent. We had full board and food was really good. Typical food and intenational too. Breakfast was really good. The position of the hotel is excellent. The staff was really nice that they offered us a free drink since it was our anniversary. I would really recommend it. Rooms are not luxurious and ok but beds are comfortable and bathroom is neat. In addition, having the room front sea is a really bonus. No swimming pool but there's the sea just opposite.
• Mauro Pio (10/5): - Ottima posizione,in prima linea fronte mare,vicinissimo al centro storico,ottima struttura, doppio ascensore quindi niente lunghe file, camere della giusta dimensione, nel bagno manca il bidet ma era funzionale lo stesso, abbiamo usufruito della pensione completa ed è stato tutto ottimo, orari comodi per gli italiani, cibo ottimo ed abbondante, personale del ristorante sempre disponibile e molto veloce, personale della reception molto gentile.
• Valerie (10/5): Wonderful break in a lovely room/hotel. - Brilliant peaceful location, only minute walk into old town. Hotel itself is very clean and we had a wonderful sea view room. Staff were all lovely and nothing was too much for them. The hotel guests are predominantly Spanish and this is reflected in the food. We will try any food (although I did drawer the line at pigs trotters)and always found something to eat. Don’t come expecting full English breakfasts, although they do try and you will have a wonderful time.

• JuanMa Campillo (4/5): Dudo que si volvemos a Benidorm volvamos a este hotel. - Lo único que mereció la pena fue la ubicación del hotel, y la atención por parte de la recepción. Está en primera línea de playa, y en un aparte de la misma donde no hace mucho viento, y está bastante resguardada. Lo que menos me gustó es la comida del restaurante, es comida de rancho. Falta de calidad en sus productos, y muy pobre en la variedad de los mismos. Por último la asistenta de limpieza de las habitaciones, entró en nuestra habitación a las 8,22H de la mañana sin llamar, y nos despertó a mí y a mi mujer, y ya no pudimos continuar con el descanso. Y durante el desayuno, mientras fuimos por algo un café al buffet, cuando llegamos nos habían quitado de la mesa un plato con algo de piña que habíamos dejado, teniendo el móvil en la misma mesa.

• Milena (7/5): Buenas vistas - La ubicación frente a la playa y al lado del centro, el personal de recepción es excelente, la terraza tiene unas vistas espectaculares, hay música y un bar, el baño muy cómodo recientemente reformado, la ducha amplia, la habitación amplia, correcta, no tiene nevera hay que alquilarla. No hubo ruidos, las vistas de la habitación al mar son espectaculares. La comida y cena es sencilla pero de calidad, los pescados y carnes bien cocinados. Las camas y almohadas son incómodas. En todas las comidas falta variedad, los postres malísimos estaban muy decorados con frutas pero el sabor era muy desagradable, eso es urgente que lo supervisen. La limpieza de la habitación estuvo correcta solo cuándo entramos olía muy bien. Pero el resto de los días no limpiaron el suelo de la habitación, ni el baño., no olía a limpio.

• Carla (7/5): - Lo que más me gustó del alojamiento es lo céntrico que está. El desayuno estaba bastante bien. Todo el personal agradable y atento. Comedor muy pequeño con poca variedad de comida. En la habitaciones se oye al de al lado. Y algunas instalaciones están un poco obsoletas. No tiene piscina. Está fatal para aparcar, es todo zona azul y ni aún así hay sitio.

• Pat (9/5): Lovely and relaxing. - The hotel is a beautiful location, central to everything. It is clean and the staff were lovely and super helpful. The buffet food. The fruit juice was like diluted powder. The evening food was disappointing, but there are plenty of places nearby to eatalso, it would have been nice to have tea making facilities in the room.

En la azotea del hotel hay unas vistas impresionantes con un bar terraza. Las instalaciones están bien todo muy limpio. El personal amable. La comida buena. Así que repetiremos seguro!! 👌🏻👌🏻 Nuestra habitación estaba justo encima de la entrada del hotel y se escucha a la gente reír y cantar a altas horas de la noche que nos despertaron. Por lo demás todo bien 👍🏻

In camera non ci sono cassetti per appoggiare le camicie e le magliette, c’era solo un buco che è stato usato solo da una persona, io ho dovuto tenere le magliette e le camicie in valigia, non è bello fare una vacanza così.
