• Rivest (8/5): Très bien! - Le calme de l’endroit et la communication avec l’hôte et les commodités de l’endroit. Il serait aidant d’indiquer le chemin à prendre pour s’y rendre, car lors de notre passage, il y avait de la construction et ça portait à confusion pour trouver l’appartement.
• David (8/5): Great for a short stay, very helpful host - A very good small apartment for a short stay, the terrace gave views, the parking system is excellent and the small garden ideal for my dog. Difficult to find, no house number or street name, one just has to trust the map. The pedestrian approach needs care and isn't lit.

• Izolda (10/5): Romantic small central stand-alone house above Ston, intra muros - Quiet romantic small house in the middle of historical Ston intra muros. Surrounded by local plants with a beautiful terrace on top and a view over the city to the sea. Small surface, still enough for a bed- and living room separated - and a bath. Reachable by a rather steep path, you can still transport a suitcase, not a wheelchair, but there are no cars in front of the house and no streets, so its a very nice place to spend some quality time, surrounded by the infrastructure of the city, reachable in 2 minutes by foot.

Квартира небольшая, но очень уютная и со всем необходимым для отдыха. Хозяева — невероятно гостеприимные и отзывчивые, всегда были на связи и помогали по любым вопросам. Понравился красивый внутренний дворик и чудесный вид с верхней веранды — идеальное место для утреннего кофе. Отличное жильё, с удовольствием вернулись бы снова.

• sue (9/5): Great stay in Ston. - Perfect location in the old city. Wonderful , attentive and generous host and exceptional local flavor. Stunning terrace views We would stay here again. Heat did not work and we discovered this too late in the evening but nothing that a few blankets didn’t fix!

Je mettrais 10/10 pour l emplacement et les extérieurs avec le toit terrasse, par contre l intérieur très déçu. L intérieur, très petit à 3 une fois le canapé déplié, froid et humide, ménage à revoir, milles pattes à l intérieur, salle de bain minuscule, loin du parking si vous avez des bagages.

• CARLOS (10/5): - el paraje donde está el alojamiento es de una belleza indescriptible. Impresiona porque está al pié de la ciclópea muralla y es un lugar perfecto para ver las salinas. Pero sin duda alguna, destaca el caracter del dueño, Matic, otra persona a la que fué muy bonito conocer y que encierra muchas croacias dentro!

• DYLAN (9/5): SPLENDIDE - situation incroyable au pied de la muraille et une terrasse MAGNIFIQUE avec une vue surplombante splendide. l'appartement est confortable et bien équipé, situé au calme dans le village dans une petite montée ; l'hote est d'une extreme courtoisie. le jardin luxuriant et la terrasse sont splendides. quel charme ! (possibilité meme de laver son linge :)) apparterment non accessible par voiture et situé en pleine montée, donc difficile pour les roulettes des valises sauf à les porter à bout de bras, l'aide de notre charmant hote ayant été la bienvenue
• Reiner (9/5): Würde dort wieder ein paar Tage bleiben - Der Blick von der Dachterrasse über die Stadt war das highlight. Die Kommunikation mit dem Besitzer war sehr gut. Die Wohnung hat alles was man braucht. Wir brauchten keinen Luxus und fanden ihn dort auch nicht 😉 Die Matratze war nichts für meinen vorgeschädigten Rücken….

• Sophia (10/5): Exceptional - The most fantastic place with the kindest, most generous, most helpful host. He was a real blessing and made our stay a thousand times better. On our arrival, we had fresh eggs from his farm, oranges and lemons. The apartment was lovely and the neighbours were so kind and explained the history of Ston to us. We had a late bus out of Ston and our host let us stay well, well past our check out time at no extra cost. The facilities were perfect and the balcony was beautiful. We would absolutely stay again. Consider yourself very lucky if you can grab this place! More hot water, but other than that, it was perfect.

The location is calm and amidst a historical part of Croatia, of which, the owner was both able and willing to share with me about. I thank you with all my heart! Folks travelling, do not miss out on getting to know this place, and also, the owner himself. The personal contact was a true calling of friend-ly. Like a friend, like we knew each other for longer! G-d is with him. This man is a treasure. There is honestly nothing to be displeased here.

• Izolda (10/5): Lovely studio in a garden intra muros of ston with terrace - Very nice house in a garden with a beautiful terrace on top and a beautiful view over the city. Both, city and nature are very near and it has despite its size all you need: kitchen, bedroom, bath-and living room! Very welcoming owners and a quiet location inside the city walls.

• Coldicott (8/5): It was certainly memorable - The location was very good - right in the heart of Ston. The view from the roof was excellent. The owner was charming and helpful. It's perfect if you want an "authentic" experience. The double bed is only 4 ft wide but there is also a sofa bed in the other room. Bugs on the walls (identified as house centipedes). It was a bit difficult to find, being up a small passage where building work is taking place. Some things need a bit of attention, eg the sockets and the net curtains could do with a wash.

And the owner was very friendly and flexible The address listed does not correspond to actual location so be sure to use GPS coordinates. And, using the bed for any reason other than sleeping will wake up the whole town.
• Audrius (6/5): Pleasant - Very little space. The view from the terrace is nice, but there were a lot of beetles, spiders and spider-webs around. Doesn't look clean, good thing we only spent one night. We had to leave the car in a parking lot outside the city and walk about 0.5 km.
• Amy (8/5): Very good - I had a lovely stay. The owner was friendly and communicated well. Parking was organised and paid for by the owner. The apartment was comfortable with everything I needed. Unfortunately, there was building work going on across from the apartment, and it was noisy due to the building and power tools from 7am each morning. However, this couldn't be helped, and it was no fault of the apartment owner.
• Cassandra (9/5): Great location and unique place - Such a cool spot. We loved the balcony on top in the evening and in the morning when we had our breakfast. The host was very helpful too. Quite a few creepy crawly visitors that joined us.

Great location close to everything, although a few steps to climb to access the property. The property needed some care and attention. The bed could comfortably fit one person, -my husband slept on the couch. It was easy for bugs to come in.

• Anna (8/5): Very good - Location was good, not too far from the centre. The owner was very co-operative. Surprisingly, he paid for car parking, which was a nice surprise. The apartment was a bit small. The bedroom is small, with a double bed, the couch was very comfortable. Kitchen very well equipped.

• Onur (10/5): Exceptional - The house is a charming rustic and most importantly a historic place that is the first living area under the Walls of Ston - biggest fortification system in Europe and second in the world (right after the Great wall of China). The garden and the terrace are perfect. The host and his family are the most amazing people, truly kind and helpful. Out family stay was a bliss. The host helped us with everything, he answered all our questions thoroughly. We thank him a lot. He made our stay even prettier explaining everything we asked.
• Miranda (6/5): Sweet spot high above Ston - The flowers around the property are lovely and there is an exceptional view from the roof terrace which you access via gate further up the path. The owner kindly arranged parking for the duration of the stay and the apartment has excellent WiFi, which was rare during my trip. I could have done with some better instructions for finding the apartment as the maps on my phone didn’t work in Ston. In the end I found it by instinct and by recognising it from the photographs. The parking being paid for was great, but it wasn’t clear where I should park and I hadn’t clocked how far it would be from the parking or how steep the final climb would be to get to the apartment. Better for people who are travelling light!
• Bogdan-mihai (10/5): Amazing - The host was amazing and the location was also dream like. You have 2 rooms a Kitchen where to cook, a room where you can work and bedroom. All the comfort of a home. Outside there is a terrace with an amazing view. The wifi is also very good. Nothing.
