Ciste uteraky v dostatocnom pocte. Bolo by super mat k dospozicii viac potrieb na udrzanie pozadovaneho poriadku (tabliet do umyvacky a sackov do kosa)

• Olga (9/5): Класне помешкання, якщо покращити умови відпочинку. - Розташування помешкання прекрасне! До метро менше 5 хвилин пішки. Навпроти Lidl, на цій же вулиці ще один супермаркет. Пекарні, кавʼярні. Не сподобалось лише незручні ліжка ( два матраци на двоспальному ліжку, розділені прірвою, величезні і незручні подушки, постіль теж бажала б кращого, а диван, на якому спала донька був зламаний)😑

• Chałupnik (10/5): - Świetna lokalizacja, apartament dobrze wyposażony, czysty i wygodny. Obsługa miła i pomocna. Blisko do stacji metra i przystanku tramwajowego. W okolicy restauracje, supermarket i wszystko czego potrzeba. Bardzo miło spędziliśmy czas. Brak informacji o zwrotnym depozycie w wysokości 250€ w chwili rezerwacji. Taka informacja powinna być podana w ofercie a nie dopiero w momencie zameldowania.

• Vita (10/5): - Все було чудово. Гарне розташування. Житло було дуже чисте, просторе, із усім необхідним. Гарно обладнана кухня і є все необхідне для приготування їжі. Поруч супермаркет, неподалік станція метро, а також зупинка громадського транспорту. Житло було дуже затишним і було відчуття наче ти вдома. Зручно, що була можливість самостійно заселитися та виселитися у зручний час. Також зручною та зрозумілою була комунікація із персоналом, інструкції чіткі та зрозумілі. Я з радістю оберу це місце наступного разу, коли буду у Празі.
• Erika (7/5): Great location, Nice apartment but missing the quality - Apartmen has great location and is located in a brand new apartment building. Easy Access to everything and also good parking which is unique in this location. I stay a Lot in Karlin district on business purpose so I was surprised how low the amenities are. For example the quality of pillows was a disaster and you get torn sheets. It seems like they place old thing they dont need in apartment. Fow example the other apartment with green sofa was great (stayed there before). But this one has much cheaper feeling.

• Ákos (9/5): - Modern, nagyon jól felszerelt és kiváló elhelyezkedésű apartman, mélygarázzsal. Teljesen automatizált minden, a tulajdonossal nem is találkoztunk. Boltok, kávézók, éttermek, tömegközlekedés közvetlen közelben. Nagyon jól éreztük magunkat. Mivel az apartman a fő utcára néz a villamosok miatt este kicsit hangos.

• Irina (10/5): - Very good accomodation, close to the center(aprox. 2,5 km), there is a Lidl store close by, comfy beds, fully equiped kitchen, the apartment was very warm.

Co najważniejsze parking w garażu podziemnym wliczony w cenę a to naprawdę bardzo ważne w Pradze jest problem ze znalezieniem miejsc parkingowych więc my samochod zaparkowaliśmy i poruszaliśmy się tylko transportem publicznym. W apartamencie bardzo cieplo i cicho nie slychac zadnych sasiadow . Bezproblemowe zameldowanie kod do wejscia oraz cala instrukcje kozystania z garazu otrzymalam w dniu przyjazdu SMS. POLECAM.

Doskonale połączenie tramwajowe i metro z najważniejszymi atrakcjami Pragi. W mieszkaniu wszystko co potrzebne i dobry kontakt z właścicielami.

• JasminkaJ (9/5): - Apartman je bio udoban. Podzemna garaza ukljucena u cijenu svakako je bonus. Blizina Metroa cca 230 m omogucije razgledavanje grada bez napora. Tramvajska stanica je takoder u ulici. U ulici preko puta ceste je trgovina Lidl, Starbucks i nekoliko restorana.
• Maxim (10/5): Wonderful stay, everything exceeded my expectations. - The apartment was very clean, cozy, and comfortable. The location was convenient, with easy access to public transport and nearby shops. The host was friendly and responsive. It felt like home and made our stay in Prague very pleasant. Nothing, everything was perfect.
• Ritu (8/5): Great Location! Beautiful and Comfortable Apartment! - The location was great! Easy access to tram stops, supermarkets and restaurants. The apartment was well-lit with all the amenities for cooking and washing. We experienced some confusion regarding access to the parking spot, as the communication about the garage keys was unclear. We called the emergency number provided, which informed us to call another emergency number, which confused us greatly and led to slight panic as we were stuck outside for some time. But thankfully, the host responded quickly, explaining that the garage access key was in the room and resolved the issue. Additionally, the soundproofing in the room is not great! One could hear police sirens, trams passing all the time but we slept alright as we were tired.

• Joanna (9/5): Urlop - Apartament przytulny, wszystko czego potrzebowaliśmy- było dostępne. Lokalizacja- super- tramwaj bardzo blisko, stacja metra, a i piechotą przyjemnie pospacerować. Dziękujemy za możliwość przebycia urlopu bez przykrych niespodzianek :) Delikatny minus za brak rolety/zasłony na bocznych drzwiach tarasowych-rano słonko potrafiło obudzić
• Veronika (4/5): Výborná poloha, priemerný komfort - Ubytovanie nás príjemne prekvapilo svojou polohou. Byt sa nachádza v blízkosti metra, električiek aj potravín (Lidl, Billa), čo je veľká výhoda pre pohodlný pobyt. Napriek tomu, že ulica je rušnejšia, po zatvorení balkóna nie je v byte takmer žiadny hluk, takže sa dá bez problémov oddýchnuť aj v noci. Ďalším plusom je možnosť parkovania v súkromnej garáži, kde sa auto vyváža výťahom – veľmi praktické a bezpečné riešenie. Najväčším mínusom bol výťah, ktorý bol často mimo prevádzky. Keďže byt sa nachádza na 4. poschodí, bolo náročné denne nosiť kočík s dieťaťom, batožinu či nákupy po schodoch čo bolo veľmi nepraktické. V spálni klimatizácia po pár minútach používania silno zapácha plesňou. Gauč určený na spanie bol veľmi tvrdý a nepohodlný. V byte sa tvorilo strašne veľa prachu, napríklad varná doska bola neustále zaprášená.Televízor by bolo vhodné upevniť na stenu (na nožičkách nie je bezpečný pre malé deti). Dobré by boli aj drobné doplnky ako nástenné hodiny, veľké zrkadlo v spálni a menšie zrkadlo nad umývadlom v samostatnom WC. Ako mínus vnímame aj zákaz fajčenia na balkóne – a to napriek tomu, že zakaždým, keď sme ho otvorili, bolo cítiť marihuanu z okolia.
• PeterS (8/5): Schoon ruim en prima appartement in Praag - Appartement was schoon straat gebouw voelde erg veilig. Fijne airco. En een mega tv. Aantal pannen en kookgerei in de keuken. Graag toevoegen een steelpan en een hapjespan en een fatsoenlijke set snijmessen. Het exacte type koffie pad was handig geweest. Wij hebben het kaartje van de verpakking in het handleiding boek gedaan.

• Boulent (10/5): Exceptional - Great location with parking. Transportation to center are neat. 20 minutes and you are at the square Pillows were too big, hard and uncomfortable.
• Wiktor (9/5): Superb - Room is modern and very nice. Kitchen is well equipped, modern smart TV. Location is great. Trams in the evening are very loud. Especially with windows open. We had to "remind" our host that we have not received instructions to check-in in time so we had to pay for public parking.
• Robin (8/5): Very good - Modern and stylish apartment close to tram and subway connections. A very nice and chic neighbourhood, and walking distance to many bars, restaurants and shops. The parking spot was very tight and narrow, so you need to be a good driver to manage to park. The airconditioning in the kitchen might need some maintinance, but there is also one in the bedroom that is better. The pillows might also need to be replaced.

• Tupuriņa (9/5): Comfortable stay in a spacious, quality apartment with large windows. - The flat was spacious, well designed and had lots of natural sunlight. It was located in a good neighbourhood and big bath tub and balcony made it a pleasant and relaxing place to stay. Overall the communication with the host was good, messages were generally replied to within a couple of hours. On the first day I was disappointed to find that the coffee machine was not working, however the next day they replaced it as well as brought capsules. In the end the only issue I had is that the place could have been cleaner. I was expecting it to be immaculate, but the windows could use a wash.

• Aleksandar (8/5): Entrance problem - Flat is very nice, clean, location is good. Bad in the living room is not so comfortable but is usable for sleeping. Comunication with owner was good before arrival but as we came after 17 o' clock(in that case they say that they are answering for urgent things) they did not answer at all. We had a problem to get in the building, garage. It is not clearly written that you need to go to flat first, than take the key for the garage, so we had problem and we could not reach the owner. We called few times, did not answer. It is not such a big problem but with small kid waiting is better without this.

• Ingvar (8/5): Very good - Easy access, good location. Toilet and bath were separately. Plenty of dishes and plates. Quick responses from host. Little street noise. Access to garage and parking spot which we didn't use. Couch bed and pillows were uncomfortable. Planket was small. The TV didn't work. It turned on, but could not play any channel or even Netflix. TV was missing legs so it was ja fall hazard if there were any children. Somebody had probably thrown the remote into TV because the screen had some dead pixels and remote was missing cover.

The apartment is basically brand new, it was very good value for money, especially considering the parking included in the base price Check in was a bit difficult. Everything is contactless, the check-in description could do with more detail. Check is at 14:00, which is a bit late, and there is no negotiation.

• Iryna (10/5): I highly recommend. - Excellent location, just several min from metro and 10-15 min from city center. Apartment is clean, modern and the house is nice and clean as well. Garage is extra benefit! AC in rooms is a saver for summer days, one can indeed relax and rest at night. Mattresses are a bit soft but still you can have a good sleep. Down on the street there is lidl and a nice bakery.

• Eliza (9/5): Enjoyed it, we would choose it again. - Looks exactly like the pictures. New and modern. Super helpful staff. The property has good connection with public transport and also has a private garage underground. The floor wasn’t 100% clean, but there was a vacuum cleaner. The water from the tap of the bathtub wasn’t the hottest.
• Deniss (10/5): New, modern and super clean apartment in good location. - We liked the fact that the apartment is new, well maintained, very clean and has all you need for a mid-term stay. You have all needed amenities just within 1-2 minutes walking. I don't see it as something that can be fixed. Just rather as a comment. The fact that the parking is accessible by an elevator is fine, but at the same time very slow. You would spend like 5 minutes just to get out of parking: call the elevator, wait, get into the elevator, and veeery slooowly come up to the surface :-)
• Anum (8/5): Great family apartment on a very convenient location - The apartment is nice and spacious. Everything was clean and comfortable. The underground parking was great and made us feel safer. The smart TV had Netflix and other channels available. The kitchen was equipped with the latest appliances. There was a tram station nearby that was super convenient. The bathrooms were clean and spacious. Overall very good value for money. We had to wait for around 30-40 mins to get the keys for the parking. But the staff was super nice and helpful. Also since we read there was an Iron available in the facilities, we didn't iron our clothes while packing. But turned out there was no iron in the apartment.
