The bathroom didn't have an extraction fan so it got very smelly very quickly and when showering it was hard for the steam to escape. The kitchen did not have an extraction fan. Also, we were close to tram lines and it was very noisy from early morning til late evening.

• Ekaterina (10/5): Perfect for the price. - The apartment was perfectly cleaned and fresh, staff was super friendly and in constant touch with me before arrival,the free parking straight in front of the building is just great, so, consider all and the price, the property is amazing. If you are sensitive about the noise, take the earplugs with you like I did.

• Agnė (7/5): - Everything was clean, and the instructions on how to get inside were clear. The walls are very thin — you can hear everything from other rooms, especially when people come back late at night from the city. And when a tram passes by, it feels like everything is shaking. Also, it seemed like sewage pipes were running near our bed, which was really unpleasant — you’d be asleep and suddenly wake up from the sound of someone using the toilet and flushing.
• Tamás (5/5): Nagyon tiszta, jól felszerelt szállás jó alvóknak, akiket nem zavar az ágy nyikorgása. - A szoba és a fürdőszoba nagyon tiszta volt. A konyha rész felszereltsége nagyon jó. van hűtő , villany rezsó, kenyérpirító,mikro, vízforraló, lábasok, cukor,só, 3:1 kávé (nem szeretjük, de nagyon kedves). Minden tiszta. A fürdőszoba jól felszerelt, törölközők, hajszárító, WC papír. A szoba részen több aljzat is volt, ami manapság fontos. A közelben LIdl. Amikor beléptünk a lakásba nagyon büdös volt, pedig nagyon nagy volt a tisztaság. Valószínű, hogy a zuhanyzó bűzelzárójával volt probléma. Vizet engedtünk rá, akkor jobb volt. Az ágy nyikorgot miden óvatos mozdulatra. Keveset aludtunk.
• Jan (9/5): - It was comfortable enough, clean and modern. Silent place. The procedure of booking and paticularly check-in is an absolute desaster. It's a Hungarian law that you have to fill in incredible details to each single person, so you spend a lot of time with this.. Over 25 emails by booking.com is at least very unusual and actually annoying, however the staff was very nice. Maybe never ever visiting Hungary because of this law.

• Lana (8/5): Sve u svemu preporucujem smjestaj i nadam se da ce ispraviti ovih par sitnica (koje nekome mozda nisu bitne ali eto nama - Apartman je bio izrazito cist i uredan, sve je bilo na mjestu sto se udobnosti tice Nije nam se svidjelo sto nismo mogli namjestiti grijanje, bilo je malo hladno s obzirom na kisno vrijeme u koje smo dosli. Pored grijanja smetalo nam je sto nije bilo interneta zbog kojeg nismo mogli upaliti tv i koristiti njegov sadrzaj.

• Józef (3/5): - On the plus side: spacious, and that’s basically the only plus Unfortunately, there are far more downsides. - The flat may be on 2nd floor, but there’s no lift and the stairwell is cramped, - Even though it’s high up, you can hear the street very clearly, - The trams on the street aren’t just audible – they shake the whole building, right into the night hours, - thanks to the thin walls, you can hear the other residents clearly when they party late into the weekend, - the bed and bedding are joke, - as is the layout of the rooms (a very narrow and long bedroom and bathroom – downright cramped, despite being several metres long), - That was actually my mistake when booking: it’s a long way from city centre. But the biggest downside is the check-in process. The property sent me a link to install an app, which not only didn’t work, but I also find it absurd to have to install unknown apps just to check in. As an alternative, they practically forced me to send my document details via message, even though the booking confirmation stated that such details should not be provided (screenshot attached). Property stated that without providing this information, the stay would not be possible. From my side: the stay had already been paid for, with no option to cancel. I have never encountered a situation where there was no secure way to check in. Furthermore, the property is listed on Booking as "Mira Nest - Budapest City", the messages asking for my data were signed by "Venus Apartments", and on arrival I ended up at "Milan Apartments". It doesn’t build any trust.

A személyzet minden szükséges információt továbbít egyszerűen és érthetően az érkezés előtt. A szoba tiszta volt és rendezett. A parkolás ingyenes és egyből az épület előtt lehet megállni. Bármi kérdésünk volt, gyorsan és érthetően választ kaptunk rá. Az érkezés előtti bejelentkezést is egyszerűen tudtuk teljesíteni. A fűtés remekül működött és a város központba is könnyedén és gyorsan el tudtunk jutni tömegközlekedéssel.

Il clima era confortevole, i riscaldamenti funzionavano bene. Zona molto tranquilla.😁👍🏻 Il bagno non aveva una finestra né una ventola d’areazione, usciva tutta la puzza. Tra la cucina e la camera non c’era la porta e ci affumicavamo con gli odori di cibo. Il primo giorno ci avevano lasciato solo una coperta, un cuscino e un solo set di asciugamani. Menomale che sono stati disponibili e hanno rimediato il giorno dopo!! Il cuscino era tutto sformato sembrava una cuccia per cane. Consiglierei di mettere delle serrande nella camera oppure delle tende spesse che si arrotolano facilmente perché erano tutte smollate; per tirarla su dovevo arrampicarmi. Consiglio di cambiare telecomando della tv perché è difettoso e capta in ritardo i comandi (ci stavamo spaccando le unghie).
• Demeterné Mányoki (7/5): 2 éjszakára megfelelő volt - Ár érték aranyban megfelelő volt. Tisztaság rendben volt. Felszereltség rendben volt. Elhelyezkedés rendben volt. Külső zajok szinte semmi nem hallatszik be, pedig ott áll meg a villamos. Szállás elfoglalása ügyintézés rendben volt. Ami nem tetszett, hogy az egyik ablakon a nappaliban hiányzott a reluxa, egy személy ott aludt és elég kellemetlen volt hogy nem lehetett be sötétíteni. Ezt nem jelezték sehol előre. A másik zavaró tényező, a papír vékony falak. Nagyon át hallatszott a többi szobában tartózkodók történései. (Minden!) Ha valaki rossz alvó fül dugó használata erősen javasolt!!!!
• Nemolochnova (10/5): - The room was extremely clean, there is a free parking space right in front of the apartment, there is an online check-in which staff kindly assisted with, it’s was a nice stay which worth the price. Considering the price, I liked everything.
