- Cormac (10/5): Perfect for group stays - Great location between Aintree and Liverpool Nothing it was perfect
- Jonathan (10/5): - The staff were very friendly and welcoming and the hotel conditions were clean.
They offered a breakfast for the grand national that was very nice. Nothing
- Lance (6/5): Thanks - Staff very good and helpful.
Liverpool deco. No on wall Instructions for the heating.
- Ryan (8/5): -
- Kerr (8/5): - Good location to Anfield, was what I expected as second time booking here, beds were very comfy, slept really well, right above a pub but no noise probs, quiet area with good parking too, the host was very helpful as booked to arrive early due to kick off and entry was very easy too as usual I know there are renovations, so understand a bit of upheaval, but WiFi needs to be strengthen in the top section, which is an easy fix with a WiFi booster, I think the sink can be a bit bigger, there was no milk, but no probs as a wee shop across the road had enough things to buy, stairs were steep but you are going into the loft section, so again was no real drama
- Owen (10/5): - The agency running it, owners good

- Mia (7/5): Was really convienient for what we needed. 10 minute drive from the venue we were going to and plenty of shops nearby. T - Location was easy to find and had no difficulties accessing the property which i was worried about because of some of the reviews! nothing really - just something to be mindful of is that we stayed on a saturday night and early hours in the morning a group of people must’ve come back and they were extremely loud! Banging on the walls and could hear them screaming and shouting so maybe not the place to stay if you’re planning on bringing small kids.

- Ellie (1/5): AVOID-WE WAS LOCKED OUT OF OUR ROOM - Location was ok where do I start? If I could rate this place a 0 I would.
I paid £300 damage deposit 2 days before check in, which is ok but was a little short notice. then on the morning of check in they requested another £300 from me as they had just realised I had 2 rooms under my booking (we was a group of 11 girls).
I refused to pay the extra £300 and all of a sudden they said this was 'fine'. our check in time was 3pm and we arrived at 4pm to 2 men still in one of our rooms and the cleaner still hadn't cleaned the 2 rooms either!
When we eventually got into the rooms we was left with no toilet roll and unclean mugs (there was hair and dust in them).
I noticed the lock on one of our doors wasn't working correctly, so I told the cleaner and she claimed to put it on 'charge', 10 mins later she returned with some kind of part and ensured us it was working fine now.
We went about our evening and returned back at 3am to us not been able to access one of the rooms. The code would not work and there was no physical key left in the coded lock.
I was going back and forth with someone over WhatsApp and I called multiple numbers I could find related to this property who was no help at all, for 2 hours we was sat in the corridor! We eventually gave up and all 11 of us girls had to sleep in the 1 room that we could access. I then again messaged the number through WhatsApp at 7.30am asking for an update. they replied saying 'we have unlocked already'. no one even had the decency to let me know they had done this. So basically I have paid for a room we could not even sleep in. The only positive thing was that we had 2 rooms booked, but imagine if we had not! where would we have gone?
I have since emailed this property with a complaint and have still not received any kind of solution/refund for their mess.
- Natasha (3/5): Easy enough to get into, just wasn’t very clean and the shower didn’t work - Good location Wasn’t the cleanest
- Matthew (7/5): -
- Poppy (7/5): -
- laura (5/5): - Beds were comfy That next room partied for 2 days and we had young children so they hardly got and sleep then only got 2/3 of deposit back
- Karl (3/5): Overpriced, basic and uncomfortable - It was within walking distance of Anfield Was very noisy as directly over a pub which played live music past midnight. There were no curtains and there is a street light directly outside the window. The room was bathed in light all night! Offensive graffiti art on walls inside.
- Geoff (1/5): Effectively ‘ book off’ - Can’t give realistic review as due to booking error, our room was already occupied. No one from booking agent available, leaving us without accommodation. Had to sort this ourselves with help from property management team who were extremely helpful. Felt let down and abandoned by booking team and booking.com. Outlaid over 500 pounds for this stay. Awaiting refund. Will avoid using this booking method and website. Can’t comment
- Mark (4/5): Wasn’t what we expected for the price - The room was surprisingly nice not what you expected from the entrance or entry. Room was fairly spacious suitable for a large family. We did get our security deposit back within 48hours The morning of our stay I got the security deposit link which was stated on the booking.com chat as £200 but would receive back with in 24-48hours, but we was charged £300 not what we had been told (I have screenshots of the chat to confirm) but we paid as we was all ready for leaving to see the parade. We was also told we would receive room codes etc by 9am these dint arrive until 11am ish (but it was bank holiday Monday so we shrugged it off again) The entrance was quiet scary we did feel we was about to enter a prison and with two children with special needs and two other children was quiet concerning. Once we entered the building and up the stairs to our room we were greeted by a large party of young drunk males who were unable to get in their room due to the hotel not being manned. Once in our room there was no bin luckily we had our own bin liner for rubbish at hand. Don’t open the windows! As all cills are literally caked in bird poo and I mean caked! We found bits of rubbish lying around the room old bottle caps etc from previous party’s so hadn’t been thoroughly cleaned prior to arrival. I took my family to the parade once getting back to our room again the group of young mails from next door number 2 Wembley 78 had their door wide open music blaring shouting etc given this was 10pm and we was above a pub we wasn’t to concerned as we believed it would calm down shortly as the hotel rules stated there was a quiet time in place for residents which we made sure our children was aware so we followed all rules of the hotel. Oh well the party next door continued until 5.30am the next day! The hall way full of rubbish! Men half naked, using their toilet with the main room door open which my children witnessed! Someone went on to the next stair well in the night and urinated in the hall space (we could hear this through the wall from our bed!
- Niall (10/5): Exceptional -
- Chris (7/5): Good -
- Fabiana (5/5): Passable -
- Spencer (8/5): Very good -
- Jason (1/5): Waiting god knows how long for our room, demanded £200 deposit when the room was only £170 then wouldn’t send codes to a - Nothing Avoid it
- Martin (8/5): Great location for a trip to anfield, would be happy to stay again - Good location and with parking, not far from anfield, so perfect for a stop over night Room needed a bin, also no info to setup internet or TV,could be noted on the wall, just small things to help improve
- Steven (10/5): Exceptional - So close to Anfield. Great choice of drinks. Really friendly staff. Car parking. It was great
- Zachary (1/5): Avoid this place at all costs. They request a 200 Sterling security deposit, and they still haven’t sent it back despite - Great location for Anfield.
Beds are decent don’t expect anything more than a bed and a toilet and shower. Avoid this place at all costs. They request a 200 Sterling security deposit to be sent by bank transfer in advance, and they still haven’t sent it back despite there being no issues/breakages. They keep using ridiculous excuses such as issues with their banking app, etc. don’t trust them, still awaiting refund of security deposit. The value was more than the actual stay. Very disappointed.
- Khairul (10/5): Exceptional -
- Ryan (1/5): Bad -
- Snorri (5/5): Passable - Close to Anfield. Fine for a one night stay with your lads... Beds were fine also.. No place to eat close by, and very annoying that I needed to prove my identity on some specific link outside Booking, both ID and proof of residency, also needed to give up my credit card for 200 pound security posit. Shower was almost unusable, water hardly coming out of the shower head...
- Danny (9/5): Amazing experience for me and my friends attending a Liverpool game, easy to find and the pub downstairs was great - Perfect location if you are going to a Liverpool game!! Can’t fault it, the location is great and also at a great price!
- Keaton (9/5): Superb -
- Jamie (10/5): Exceptional -
- Matthew (10/5): Cheap cheerful, ideal for a night out locally - Everything was great, exactly what you need for a quick pitstop for a night or two All great, little chilly but no complaints
- Laura (5/5): Handy location but overpriced - It was close to Anfield stadium, free car parking and comfy beds. WiFi wasn't working (but got a message to tell us so), it shouldn't really be called an apartment as it's a room with beds and nothing else. TV didn't work, shower was cold, There was no heating so the room was freezing! Kettle but no tea or coffee... just mugs and sugar! It was handy for what we needed, but it's well overpriced and the £200 deposit on top is not necessary when you are a family who are home by 11.
- Alun (8/5): Very convenient for Anfield - Very convenient for Anfield, excellent value for money, on street parking very close, area is a bit scruffy but if it’s a simple base for the football you’re looking for you can’t go far wrong Nothing really, could do with a bin, some blinds, shower gel but they did detract from the property being spot on for our needs
- Ryan (10/5): Exceptional -
- Catherine (1/5): Vile - Television didn’t work, heating didn’t work, bathroom was filthy, I couldn’t even get into the room with my kids because they didn’t send me the codes to access the room, I’m glad I got them somewhere else to stay because this was so bad me and my husband left at 5am, it didn’t even have curtains. £180 for one night plus a £200 deposit I probably won’t get back Well there was nothing I liked
- Chris (6/5): Awful - Bed was comfy Location in a rough estate.
Couldn't gain access to property at first. Called the number we had and no answer. Went into pub attached and they managed to gain access for us as a friend of theirs knows the code for door. We had to pay a £200 security deposit which we were told wouldn't leave our bank account... it left my account.
We left the property as we found it. Few days later I get told that we are not getting the £200 back as a TV remote was missing and a pillow. The items were not missing.
After a battle I managed to get the £200 deposit back and then they try to charge me an extra £20 for missing items.
***AVOID THIS PROPERTY AND BUSINESS***
- Uthayatharani (6/5): Pleasant -
- Carl (10/5): Exceptional - Really convenient for Anfield, comfy beds and the pub downstairs was great fun.
- Neil (10/5): Exceptional -
- Claire (10/5): Highly recommended - Absolutely amazing not often we come across a room that sleeps us all but we did and it couldn’t have been nicer. So clean and fresh and the beds were comfortable. All staff we met and spoke too were absolutely lovely. We will definitely be back. You made the first night of our holidays a happy and comfortable one. There wasn’t anything at all we didn’t like.
- Maisie (8/5): Had a very positive stay until we did not receive our deposit back even though we were told we’d receive £150 of the £20 - Can accommodate many people and has a unique design. Toilet seat was broken upon arrival and we were charge for it. We had difficulty finding the property as there are no clear indications that it was a property. It looks more like an abandoned pub from the outside so we had to ask people in the area if they knew where it was.
- Molyneux (8/5): Very good -
- Natalie (7/5): Great for a wee bed after long day - Great location for Anfield. Pub below was great. So friendly & lovely. No seats other than bed
- Samantha (8/5): Very good - Room was great for us group off 7 was comfy clean The room was great
- Brendon (4/5): Great location, over priced - Great location Overpriced, room wasn't too clean
- Moir (10/5): Exceptional -
- Stuart (6/5): Pleasant - I was happy with the pub below and free drink we got on arrival. Easy system to get in and out. Toilet blocked and staff friendly and fast at sorting it Not best venue for a family. More designed for footy fans as 4 single beds took up whole room. £200 a bit steep for one night but it was a Liverpool Everton weekend!
- A (10/5): Exceptional - Staff so friendly, booked last minute to go with the girls to Liverpool. Only 10 minute taxi to city centre. Staff were brilliant and accommodating. Would definitely book again. Also a pub next to accommodation for drinks Nothing everything was brilliant
- Meor (8/5): Very good -
