J (9/5): Central and comfortable location - We really enjoyed our stay at this apartment. There are several apartments available in this building. The host messages you with the number of the apartment and the access code (for both the private car park and apartment, there is no door key) right before your stay. Each apartment has an allocated parking space. Note: The access road to the car park is on the narrow side, so care needs to be taken when manoeuvring in and out. However, it was very convenient to have parking at the property. We were in apartment 1 on the ground floor. This was very clean, comfortable and modern inside, and tastefully decorated. This was a centrally located and very convenient base to explore La Morra and to participate in the Mangialonga. Valentina was quick to respond to any queries which we appreciated. Highly recommended. For anyone who wanted to use the kitchen appliances, it might have been helpful to include a couple of instruction books. For example, the induction hob was locked - I would have had no idea how to unlock this.

Greco (9/5): - Casa Bordesini è una struttura nuova ed accogliente, situata a cinque minuti dal centro storico e dal belvedere La Morra, la casa è pulita e ben organizzata, ogni appartamento dispone di un comodo parcheggio e la signora Valentina è molto gentile e pronta a soddisfare le esigenze dell'ospite. Noi siamo stati benissimo e sicuramente ritorneremo

Mi trovavo al piano terra con davanti l'ascensore che sicuramente toglieva luce all'appartamento. Pertanto molto buio. Per il resto nulla da dire.

Dario (10/5): Lasci il cuore alle Langhe - Abbiamo soggiornato una settimana io mia moglie e la nostra cagnolina a Casa Bordesini a La Morra e ci siamo trovati benissimo. L’appartamento è nuovo, ristrutturato da poco e dotato di ogni comfort. La posizione è ottima per visitare il paese e la zona delle Langhe, inoltre il parcheggio privato è molto comodo dotato di un cancello elettrico con codice e lasciare in tutta sicurezza l'auto. Valentina è stata gentilissima, sempre disponibile e rapida nelle risposte. Esperienza assolutamente positiva, consigliatissimo! Grazie ancora, ritorneremo! Nulla, tutto perfetto!

tuomas paattimäki (10/5): La Morran kukkuloilta oli kauniit näkymät, ja rennosti meni 3pv. - Siisti ja tilava huoneisto. Huoneisto on remontoitu lähiaikoina, ja kalusteet olivat siistejä. Keskeinen sijainti La Morran kauniissa kylässä. Alakerran huoneessa terassi parkkipaikalla ei ollut kovin viihtyisä. Ikkunoiden pimennysverhot eivät peittäneet koko ikkunaa, joten aamuisin aurinko paistoi sänkyyn.

Bent Nygaard (5/5): Kan ikke anbefales før det kommer styr på PIN koder, el-port og låse. - Nyrenoveret lejlighed, gode store rum. Ok placering indenfor gå afstand til kirke/torv/centrum. Adgang til lejligheden er igennem en el-port som kun virkede den ene dag, og ved indtjekning var det stort set umuligt at få kontakt til udlejer mht. den PIN kode som åbentbart skulle anvendes til at åbne el-porten til gården (hvor der er fin plads til bil) og hvorfra der er adgang til alle lejligheder, hvis man ved hvilken man skal bo i - og man kender PIN koden. Jeg har rejst over hele verden, men ALDRIG stået i en situation hvor man er låst ude og ingen personlig hjælp kommer. Kan anbefale stedet, MEN IKKE den måde de lader gæsterne klare selv-tjek-in med koder der ikke virker og el-port som pludselig ikke åbner. Med genboens hjælp, og en høj stige, kunne vi passerer over den høje gård væg og åbne el-porten indefra, og få adgang til vores bil og lejlighed. Det var under al kritik. Kan ikke anbefales.

En arrivant en voiture, il est important de préciser qu'il faut prendre la route longeant le pied des remparts et que bien que l'adresse soit sur via Marconi, l'accès à la cour et par conséquent au parking se fait par via Vassalli. Précisez aussi, surtout pour les usagers non habitués, que le code de l'appartement fonctionne aussi pour l'ouverture du portail, mais qu'il faut valider en pressant la touche maison sur le clavier.

La posizione poi è straordinaria, a pochi passi dal centro ma in una zona tranquilla. Check-in e check-out in autonomia, veramente semplici. Sicuramente una soluzione ottima per qualche giorno a La Morra.

Appartamenti nuovi di pacca, disposizioni intelligenti delle camere e delle cucine. Vorrei segnalare al gestore che nell'appartamento 1 la chiusura della porta del bagno non è registrata correttamente e quindi fatica a chiudersi.

Irvin (10/5): - CASA BORDESINI exceeded all expectations! Immaculately clean and newly renovated, it was a seamless transition into a comfortable home for a whole week's stay. The lift made light work of our luggage, and having secure parking right below us in the private courtyard was a major plus. What truly set this AirBnb experience apart was Roberto's exceptional hospitality. He went above and beyond to assist us with the rental car that was giving us trouble. He not only helped us contact Hertz which kept ringing through, but also offered to personally drive us to the train station in Bra at 6.40am to catch the 7.30am train to Turin so we could pick up a replacement car. His sincere concern and dedication to help us resolve our car issue; his excellent dining & artisan gastronomic shop recommendations in nearby towns like Verduno, Serralunga and Alba; and pointing us to La Morra's bakery off the main road made us look forward to each new day. It was truly remarkable how he was dedicated in ensuring our comfort throughout our stay. Communication was a breeze with Roberto; he was always prompt and helpful in responding to our questions via WhatsApp. We wholeheartedly recommend this Airbnb for its cleanliness, location, amenities, and especially for Roberto's outstanding service and exceptional hospitality. Con pochi passi a piedi hai la possibilità di fare degustazioni alla bella cantina comunale, fare aperitivo in bellissime enoteche con cucina (la vineria sociale e Vigne Bio) oppure mangiare in ottimi ristoranti (More e Macine in primis) e in pochi minuti vedere paesaggi medioevali, castelli e ottime cantine. Elisa e Robert si sono rilevati ottimi padroni di casa, disponibili a condividere le bellezze, enologiche e non, del territorio. La location è ideale, situata in una zona tranquilla e strategica. L’appartamento è curato nei dettagli, ristrutturato con gusto e dotato di forniture complete. Risulta perfetto per ogni esigenza. Un grande vantaggio è la presenza di un parcheggio dedicato con cancello chiuso sul retro. Un ringraziamento speciale a Elisa, l’oste, che si è dimostrata estremamente gentile e sempre disponibile.
