• Τζενη (10/5): Η τέλεια Διαμονή! - Το διαμέρισμα ήταν καθαρό,καλόγουστο και κοντά σε μια πολύ όμορφη πλατεία με ζωή όλη την ημέρα,με ωραίες ταβερνούλες και μπαράκια ,αλλά πολύ ήσυχο το βράδυ.Τα κρεββάτια είχαν τέλεια στρώματα!Κάναμε εξαιρετικό ύπνο.Ο Federico ήταν εξυπηρετικότατος,μας έδωσε πολλές πληροφορίες για φαγητό και ποτό και ήταν ευγενέστατος! Τα πάντα ήταν υπέροχα!

• Jaimin (10/5): - Absolutely new apartment, very well decorated and complete with all amenities you would need. 1. Comfortable for a family of 4 to 5 2. Very spacious and newly done. All amenities were very new and apartment thoughtfully decorated for a pleasant experience 3. Host sent clear instructions to check in and sent a colleague to help with checkin and goodies to welcome us which was very kind. 4. Host shared information on things to do, restaurants etc around the apartment which came in very handy 5. Well located apartment with walking distance to main shopping area, site seeing and a bus stop 200m away which came in handy for station trips. Overall a 10/10 from us.

Federico un encanto, muy atento, nos facilitó información de lugares a visitar, restaurantes, heladerías etc... Muy recomendable.

• Rita (10/5): A delightful home from home - Fredrico was there to greet us and help us with our luggage . The apartment is on the second floor which was not a problem for us but it was so nice that he was there to help. Fredrico told us about nice places to eat , go for a coffee and also of places of interest . There was tea , coffee , water , soft drinks and wine left for us which was lovely . The apartment is so much more spacious than it looks in the photos and so very tastefully decorated and also its spotless . He has put so much thought into the apartment it feels like home from home. The apartment is in a lovely area with lots of great places to eat and drink. We were 3 friends ( females) over for a week and felt very safe walking about day and night . I would not hesitate to recommend Fredricos apartment it was a pleasure staying here .He puts so much thought into making your stay one to remember with a smile . And thank you so much for arranging our taxi to the airport it was very much appreciated . There is nothing at all to dislike about this apartment

• Dolores (10/5): Everything was great, would definitely stay here again - The apartment was very clean and spacious, perfect for our needs. Its location was very good, close to a selection of bars and restaurants and the Piti palace. Emma who was at the apartment to meet us when we arrived was very friendly and gave us some helpful tips on places we might like to visit. There was nothing I didn’t like about the property.

• Pamela (10/5): Airy apartment in a wonderful neighborhood - This is a great apartment in the Santo Spirito neighborhood of Florence. Very spacious for a couple very clean, and quiet at night. Groceries and cafes are close by, as are interesting artisan shops and the central piazza. An easy walk to Piazzale Michelangelo, the Boboli Gardens...also easy to walk across the Arno to the Duomo and the center of Florence. Federico is a warm and knowledgeable host---he gave us lots of great recommendations. We'd love to return one day.
• Michal (10/5): Exceptional - One of the best apartments we've ever stayed. More spacious then it looks at photographs and very comfortable with all equipment you need (incl. dishwasher, large fridge, washing and drying machine, Nespresso, very good quality music equipment to connect your iPhone), but also very cosy. Baths were super clean. We got welcome bottle of fine wine as well as several bottles of water and soft drinks - very nice gesture and very helpful after few hours journey. We are sure that hosts really know their guests needs so we also found teas and Nespresso capsules. The host was wanting for us with the keys and guide us around apartment and neighbourhood. We got very useful tips concerning nearest restaurants, pizzerias, gelatos and wine spots - all were worth visiting. Our host sheared with us about interesting (and not so obvious) places to visit in Florence like renovated Gini Odeon Cinema or Villa Bardini - thank's for that. Although it was our fourth trip to Florence we didn't know those spots. Apartment is well situated in a very quiet neighbourhood just few steps from my favourite Piazza Santo Spirito, very close to church of Santa Maria del Carmine (with Brancacci Chapel), Palazzo Pitti and Boboli Gardens. You will easily reach Uffizi, Palazzo Vecchio and Duomo. Santa Maria Novella train station is within 20 minutes walk so you can even skip a taxi if you do not have too much luggage. You will find few nice cafes and bars nearby and at Piazza Santo Spirito. For evening meal we can recommend Osteria Santo Spirito and Enoteca Pitti Gola e Cantina wich we've visited. It's a perfect place to live in Florence even for longer stay. We couldn't heat smaller, en suite bathroom in the mornings but that was not a problem as there was another shower.

The location is sensational—quiet yet just a short stroll to the city, making it a perfect base for exploring. The apartment is beautifully styled and so cozy, creating a warm atmosphere that instantly makes you feel at home. The bed was super comfortable, ensuring restful nights after a day of exploring. The check-in process was seamless, and the host was exceptional, offering brilliant recommendations for local spots to visit. This place truly leaves no wishes unfulfilled! We can’t recommend it enough and would happily return anytime. It was an unforgettable getaway!
• Jonas (10/5): The perfect way to enjoy your stay in Florence - Domus Lucrezia is a stunning apartment, in a nice residential area in town. Close enough to the center, but calm at night. Everything looked new and clean, and all the provided facilities were in perfect condition. The host is very friendly, and provided us with some great recommendations to enjoy the city to its fullest. I’ll be sure to come back here when visiting Florence.
• Lee (10/5): A great way to immerse yourself in the culture of Florence. A fabulous apartment, great location. - Very tasteful decor and accessories. Perfect location with a very responsive host.. we were so glad we chose this property. We were very satisfied with everything provided to make our stay very comfortable.
• Bhavin (10/5): Well furnished place, close to key attractions, super helpful host - Great location for visiting pitti palace (5 mins), Boboli gardens (3 mins walk) and Uffizi Gallery (10 mins walk). The space is furnished so well. The warm hosts are helpful and super responsive on messages or whatsapp. Easy to access via bus which takes you to SMT firenze station. In addition there is cheap shopping finds at the Sante Spirito piazza. Also for vegan travellers, two quick vegan restaurants around (raw firenze and santo falafel). The host had great recommendations on food and planning our 3 day stay. The stairs is the only downside, but manageable. The hosts were helpful with our bags during check-in.
